本發明係關於一種節肢害蟲的防制組成物及防制節肢害蟲的方法。
迄今為止,已知多種作為節肢害蟲的防制組成物的活性成分的化合物(參見,例如,The Pesticide Manual第15版(由BCPC出版);ISBN 978-1-901396-18-8)。
本發明目的係提供一種對節肢害蟲具有極佳防制效果的節肢害蟲的防制組成物。
本發明者深入研究以提供一種對節肢害蟲具有極佳的防制效果之節肢害蟲的防制組成物,且最終發現一種包含以下式(a)所示之醯胺化合物、以下式(1)所示之斯皮諾素化合物及一或多種選自群組(A)之化合物的組成物對節肢害蟲具有極佳的防制效果,從而達到本發明。
也就是說,本發明包括下列[1]至[10]:
[1]一種節肢害蟲的防制組成物,其包含:式(a)所示之醯胺化合物:
式(1)所示之斯皮諾素(spinosin)化合物:
其中R1代表氫原子或C1-C4烷基,R2代表C1-C4烷基,且X1及X2各代表氫原子,或X1及X2係在一起以形成單鍵;以及一或多種選自群組(A)的化合物:群組(A):該群組係由下列組成:芬普尼(fipronil)、派滅淨(pymetrozine)、式(b)所示之化合物:
及包含硝胍結構的擬新菸鹼(neonicotinoid)化合物。
[2]如上述[1]之節肢害蟲的防制組成物,其中該醯胺化合物與該斯皮諾素化合物之重量比係50:1至1:50。
[3]如上述[2]之節肢害蟲的防制組成物,其中該醯胺化合物對該一或多種選自群組(A)之化合物的重量比係50:1至1:100。
[4]如上述[1]至[3]中任一項之節肢害蟲的防制組成物,其中該擬新菸鹼化合物係一種式(2)所示之化合物:

[5]如上述[1]至[3]中任一項之節肢害蟲的防制組成物,其中該擬新菸鹼化合物係可尼丁(clothianidin)、益達胺(imidacloprid)、賽速安(thiamethoxam)或達特南(dinotefuran)。
[6]如上述[1]至[3]中任一項之節肢害蟲的防制組成物,其中該一或多種選自群組(A)的化合物係派滅淨、達特南或該式(b)所示之化合物。
[7]如上述[1]至[6]中任一項之節肢害蟲的防制組成物,其中該斯皮諾素化合物係賜諾殺(spinosad)或賜諾特(spinetoram)。
[8]一種防制節肢害蟲的方法,其包含施用有效量的如上述[1]至[7]中任一項之節肢害蟲的防制組成物到植物或植物所生長的區域。
[9]如上述[8]之防制節肢害蟲的方法,其中該植物或該植物所生長的區域係稻米或稻米所生長的區域。

相對於100重量份之本發明之醯胺化合物計通常為0.2至50000重量份、較佳為2至5000重量份、更佳為10至100重量份、再更佳為20致80重量份。本發明之化合物(A)以相對於100重量份之本發明之醯胺化合物計通常為0.2至100000重量份、較佳為2至10000重量份、更佳為50至200重量份、再更佳為80至180重量份。也就是說,(i)本發明之醯胺化合物對本發明之斯皮諾素化合物的重量比通常為500:1至1:500、較佳為50:1至1:50、更佳為10:1至1:1、再更佳為5:1至1:0.8;(ii)本發明之醯胺化合物對本發明之化合物(A)的重量比通常為500:1至1:1000、較佳為50:1至1:100、更佳為2:1至1:2、再更佳為1.25:1至1:1.8;及(iii)本發明之醯胺化合物對本發明之斯皮諾素化合物對本發明之化合物(A)的重量比可用上述本發明之醯胺化合物對本發明之斯皮諾素化合物的重量比及上述本發明之醯胺化合物對本發明之化合物(A)綜合表示。
本發明的節肢害蟲的防制組成物可藉由將本發明之醯胺化合物、本發明之斯皮諾素化合物及本發明之化合物(A)簡單地混合而配製,但是通常藉由將本發明之醯胺化合物、本發明之斯皮諾素化合物及本發明之化合物(A)與惰性載劑,及若必要時與界面活性劑及/或其他的調合物添加劑簡單地混合,及接著將混合物調配成諸如油溶液、可乳化性濃縮物、懸浮性濃縮物、可濕性粉劑、水可分散性顆粒、粉劑或顆粒的調合物。
因此調配之節肢害蟲的防制組成物可作為節肢害蟲防制劑直接使用,或在添加其他的惰性成分之後使用。
本發明之醯胺化合物、本發明之斯皮諾素化合物及本發明之化合物(A)在本發明之節肢害蟲的防制組成物中的總量,通常為0.01至99重量%、較佳為0.1至90重量%、更佳為0.5至70重量%。
用於調合該節肢害蟲的防制組成物的該固體載體的實例包括下列者之細粉及顆粒:礦物質(例如高嶺土、鎂鋁海泡石黏土、膨土、微晶高嶺石、酸性白黏土、葉蠟石、滑石、矽藻土及方解石);天然有機物質(例如玉米芯粉及核桃殼粉);合成之有機物質(例如尿素);鹽類(例如碳酸鈣及硫酸銨);及合成之無機物質(例如合成之水合氧化矽)。

本發明的節肢害蟲的防制組成物可用來保護植物免於受到由於節肢害蟲的攝食或吸吮的損害。

本發明之防制節肢害蟲的方法(下文中稱之為「本發明之防制方法」)包含施用有效量的本發明之醯胺化合物、本發明之斯皮諾素化合物及本發明之化合物(A)至植物或植物生長區域。如本文所使用之植物包括植物的莖和葉、植物的花朵、植物的果實、植物的種子等。
在本發明之防制方法中,本發明之醯胺化合物、本發明之斯皮諾素化合物及本發明之化合物(A)可同時或分別施予至植物或植物生長區域,但為處理方便,通常係施予包含彼等化合物的本發明之組成物。
本文中所述的「有效量」意謂能夠對節肢害蟲發揮防制效果之本發明之醯胺化合物、本發明之斯皮諾素化合物及本發明之化合物(A)的總量。
在本發明之防制方法中,施用本發明之醯胺化合物、本發明之斯皮諾素化合物及本發明之化合物(A)的方法實
例包括施用於植物的莖和葉,諸如樹葉施用;施用於植物的種子;及施用於植物生長區域,諸如土壤施用和浸沒施用(submerged application)。
本發明中施用於植物的莖和葉(諸如樹葉施用)的特定實例,包括施用於栽培之植物的表面,諸如使用手動噴灑器、電動噴灑器、桿式噴灑器或Pancle噴灑器之地面施用(ground application),或空中施用(aerial application),或使用無線電控制直升機噴灑等等。
本發明中施用於植物種子的特定實例包括浸入處理、噴塗處理、包覆處理、塗膜處理和塗粒處理。
本發明中施用於植物生長區域(諸如土壤施用和浸沒施用)之特定實例包括栽植洞處理、植物根部處理、栽植溝處理、栽植行處理、散播處理、邊行處理、育苗箱處理、苗床處理、與培養土混合、與苗床土混合、與糊狀肥料混合、水表面處理、噴灑在水面上等,較佳為育苗箱處理。
當本發明的節肢害蟲的防制組成物係施用於植物或植物生長區域時,則施用量係取決於欲保護之植物種類、欲防制之節肢害蟲之種類或規模大小、調合物形式、施用時機、氣象條件等而改變,但是以本發明之醯胺化合物、本發明之斯皮諾素化合物及本發明之化合物(A)的總量而言以每1,000 m2植物生長區域計通常在0.05至10,000公克之範圍內,較佳在0.5至1,000公克之範圍內。
當本發明的節肢害蟲的防制組成物係施用於稻米育苗
箱時,則施用量係以本發明之醯胺化合物、本發明之斯皮諾素化合物及本發明之化合物(A)的總量而言,以每一稻米育苗箱計(寬:約60公分,長:約30公分)通常在0.1至35公克之範圍內,較佳在0.2至20公克之範圍內。
當本發明的節肢害蟲的防制組成物係施用於插秧後的每1,000 m2稻米生長區域的20個稻米育苗箱時,則施用量係以本發明之醯胺化合物、本發明之斯皮諾素化合物及本發明之化合物(A)的總量而言,以插秧後的每1,000 m2稻米生長區域計通常在2至700公克之範圍內,較佳在4至400公克之範圍內。
當本發明的節肢害蟲的防制組成物係施用於植物種子時,則施用量係取決於欲保護之植物種類、欲防制之節肢害蟲之種類或規模大小、調合物形式、施用時機、氣象條件等而改變,但是以本發明之醯胺化合物、本發明之斯皮諾素化合物及本發明之化合物(A)的總量而言,以每1公斤種子計通常在0.001至100公克之範圍內,較佳為在0.05至50公克之範圍內。
可乳化性濃縮物、可濕性粉劑或懸浮性濃縮物形式之本發明的節肢害蟲的防制組成物通常係在以水稀釋之後施用。在此情況下,本發明之醯胺化合物、本發明之斯皮諾素化合物及本發明之化合物(A)的總濃度通常為0.00001至10重量%、較佳為0.0001至5重量%。粉劑或顆粒形式之本發明的節肢害蟲的防制組成物通常未稀釋即施用。
本發明的節肢害蟲的防制組成物可在例如稻米播種或插秧之前、期間或之後的時間施予稻米或稻米生長區域。施予時機可隨稻米的生長條件、疾病、病蟲害和雜草發生程度,氣象條件等而改變,但是通常係在從稻米播種前30天至稻米插秧後20天之範圍內,較佳為播種前至插秧前,更佳為插秧前3天至插秧前。
下文中,本發明經由非限制本發明之調配例和試驗例更明確地描述。在實例中,術語「份」,除非另有指明,皆表示重量份。
將二(2)份本發明之醯胺化合物、0.5份賜諾特、1.5份可尼丁、1份合成的水合氧化矽、2份木質磺酸鈣、30份硼土及其餘份量的高嶺黏土混合,且接著將100份混合物仔細研磨及混合。將水添加至所得混合物之後,將該混合物充份捏合並接著在研磨的同時乾燥,以獲得顆粒。
重複如調配例1中所述之相同程序以獲得各個目標顆粒(除了使用表1所示之各化合物的各使用量以代替1.5
份可尼丁外)。
將二(2)份本發明之醯胺化合物、1份賜諾殺、1.5份可尼丁、1份合成的水合氧化矽、2份木質磺酸鈣、30份硼土及其餘份量的高嶺黏土混合,且接著將100份混合物仔細研磨及混合。將水添加至所得混合物之後,將該混合物充份捏合並接著在研磨的同時乾燥,以獲得顆粒。
重複如調配例10中所述之相同程序以獲得各個目標顆粒(除了使用表2示之各化合物的各使用量以代替1.5份可尼丁外)。
將三(3)份本發明之醯胺化合物、15份賜諾特及15份可尼丁添加至4份十二烷基硫酸鈉、2份木質磺酸鈣、20份合成的水合氧化矽細粉末與41份矽藻土之混合物中,且接著將所得混合物以攪拌充份混合,以獲得可濕性粉劑。
重複如調配例19中所述之相同程序以獲得各個目標可濕性粉劑(除了使用表3之各化合物的各使用量以代替15份可尼丁外)。
將三(3)份本發明之醯胺化合物、15份賜諾殺及15份可尼丁添加至4份十二烷基硫酸鈉、2份木質磺酸鈣、20份合成的水合氧化矽細粉末與41份矽藻土之混合物中,且接著將所得混合物以攪拌充份混合,以獲得可濕性粉劑。
重複如調配例26中所述之相同程序以獲得各個目標可濕性粉劑(除了使用表4之各化合物的各使用量以代替15份可尼丁外)。
將一(1)份本發明之醯胺化合物、0.5份賜諾特、0.15份可尼丁、10份滑石粉及其餘份量的高嶺黏土細研磨及混合,以獲得100份粉劑。
重複如調配例33中所述之相同程序以獲得各個目標粉劑(除了使用表5示之各化合物的各使用量以代替0.15份可尼丁外)。
將一(1)份本發明之醯胺化合物、0.5份賜諾殺、0.15份可尼丁、10份滑石及其餘份量的高嶺黏土細研磨及混合,以獲得100份粉劑。
重複如調配例41中所述之相同程序以獲得各個目標粉劑(除了使用表6示之各化合物的各使用量以代替0.15份可尼丁外)。
將十(10)份本發明之醯胺化合物、2份賜諾特、6.6份可尼丁、含有50份聚氧乙烯烷基醚硫酸銨的30份白碳及其餘份量的水混合,且接著將100份所得混合物以濕研磨法細研磨,以獲得懸浮性濃縮物。
重複如調配例49中所述之相同程序以獲得各個目標懸浮性濃縮物(除了使用表7所示之各化合物的各使用量以代替6.6份可尼丁外)。
將十(10)份本發明之醯胺化合物、2份賜諾殺、6.6份可尼丁、含有50份聚氧乙烯烷基醚硫酸銨的30份白碳及其餘份量的水混合,且接著將100份所得混合物以濕研磨法細研磨,以獲得懸浮性濃縮物。
重複如調配例57中所述之相同程序以獲得各個目標懸浮性濃縮物(除了使用表8所示之各化合物的各使用量以代替6.6份可尼丁外)。
參照試驗例,於下文顯示本發明的效果。
將各10毫克本發明之醯胺化合物、賜諾特、賜諾殺、達特南及本發明之化合物(b)溶解在0.2毫升含5%(w/v)SORGEN TW-20(由Dai-Ichi Kogyo Seiyaku Co.,Ltd.所製造)的丙酮(由Wako Pure Chemical Industries,Ltd.所製造)溶液中,且接著以水稀釋,以得到既定濃度。
將本發明之醯胺化合物之水稀釋液、賜諾特或賜諾殺之水稀釋液及達特南或本發明之化合物(b)之水稀釋液混合,以製備試驗溶液。
將各1毫升的試驗溶液噴灑在200洞盤中長成2.5葉齡的稻苗(水稻(Oryza sativa),栽培品種:Hinohikari)根部附近的土壤上。待靜置2小時之後,將該幼苗移植到1/10,000a瓦氏盆(Wagner pot)中的湛水土壤中,並將該盆置於溫室內(夜間溫度:17℃,日間溫度:22℃)。在處理後一(1)天,在其上釋放10隻褐飛蝨(
Nilaparvata lugens)的三齡若蟲。將其稱為經處理之部分。
在與經處理之部分相同的方式中,移植未以試驗溶液經任何處理之稻苗並接著將昆蟲釋入其中。此稱為未經處理之部分。
在釋入試驗若蟲後四(4)天,觀察昆蟲之存亡狀態。從觀察的結果由以下的公式1)計算昆蟲死亡率及由以下的公式2)計算校正之昆蟲死亡率。將各處理重複3次。將平均值顯示於表9中。
公式1):昆蟲死亡率(%)=(試驗之昆蟲數量-存活之昆蟲數量)/試驗之昆蟲數量x 100
公式2):校正之昆蟲死亡率(%)={(經處理之部分的昆蟲死亡率-未經處理之部分的昆蟲死亡率)/(100-未經處理之部分的昆蟲死亡率)}x 100
將各10毫克本發明之醯胺化合物、賜諾特、賜諾殺及派滅淨溶解在0.2毫升含5%(w/v)SORGEN TW-20(由Dai-Ichi Kogyo Seiyaku Co.,Ltd.所製造)的丙酮(由Wako Pure Chemical Industries,Ltd.所製造)溶液中,且接著以水稀釋,以得到既定濃度。
將本發明之醯胺化合物之水稀釋液、賜諾特或賜諾殺之水稀釋液及派滅淨之水稀釋液混合,以製備試驗溶液。
將各1毫升試驗溶液噴灑在200洞盤中長成2.5葉齡的稻苗(水稻(Oryza sativa),栽培品種:Hinohikari)根部附近的土壤上。待靜置2小時之後,將該幼苗移植到1/10,000a瓦氏盆(Wagner pot)中的中的湛水土壤中,

在釋入昆蟲五(5)天後,將所有釋入的昆蟲移除。在釋入昆蟲後十七(17)天,檢查寄生於稻米的剛孵出之若蟲的數量。從觀察的結果由以下的公式3)計算防制值。將各處理重複3次。將平均值顯示於表10中。
公式3):防制值={1-(經處理之部分的昆蟲數量/未經處理之部分的昆蟲數量)}x 100
將各10毫克本發明之醯胺化合物、賜諾特、賜諾殺

Claims (5)
- 一種節肢害蟲的防制組成物,其包含:式(a)所示之醯胺化合物:
選自賜諾殺(spinosad)或賜諾特(spinetoram)之斯皮諾素(spinosin)化合物;以及式(b)所示之化合物: - 如申請專利範圍第1項之節肢害蟲的防制組成物,其中該醯胺化合物與該斯皮諾素化合物之重量比係50:1至1:50。
- 如申請專利範圍第2項之節肢害蟲的防制組成物,其中該醯胺化合物對該式(b)所示之化合物的重量比係50:1至1:100。
- 一種防制節肢害蟲的方法,其包含施用有效量的如申請專利範圍第1項之節肢害蟲的防制組成物到植物或植物所生長的區域。
- 如申請專利範圍第4項之防制節肢害蟲的方法,其中該植物或該植物所生長的區域係稻米或稻米所生長的區 域。
