Description
本發明關於一種用於清洗開放及封閉的鞋的內空間及內部與外表面的清潔劑。
遠多於一百年以來，人們將鞋外側清理並改善鞋的外觀，最初這點限於鞋的純機械式清洗以及隨後皮革的處理，純機械方式的清理大多利用刷子，而處理係利用脂或蠟以將皮革含浸，長久以來還知道用化學藥劑將鞋外部清理，例如US-A-1447879或US-A-1439915所示。
在近年衛生觀點才浮上枱面，因此，舉例而言，EP 1234517發表了一種裝置，其中使用一種方法清理鞋子，其中將鞋子用紫外線照射並用含臭氧的大氣處理。但這種處理並非個別使用考慮者，而係用於將鞋子在加工前作預處理，以改善其附著性，但對於家庭應用，一般為所謂的除臭劑，它們除了某些消毒劑外，含有大量液體載體物質，如丁烷、醇、丙烷及水，以及結合氣味的藥劑，例如蓖麻油酸鋅。蓖麻油酸鋅具有除氣味的性質，而不會對細菌、真菌或排汗(Transpiration)有阻礙作用。但也有一些鞋除臭劑，具有抑菌或抑真菌的作用，當然，利用這些鞋除臭劑不能達到清理效果，特別是對積垢(Ablagerung)的清理效果，這些除臭劑反而造成了附加的污染。
人們普遍知道：污染物、細菌和病毒會引起各種皮膚病和過敏。特別是在封閉的鞋子中形成較濕暖的環境，如果假設大多人每天穿鞋八小時以上，則菌及病毒有足夠間繁殖並定居在腳上也不足為奇。這些菌及病毒不會造成不快氣味，而且會污染鞋子和腳。統計上，僅僅在歐洲，就約五億五千萬人為腳臭困擾。往往在美國有二億一千萬人患有由人類乳頭瘤病毒(Papillomviren，英：papilloma virus)引起的足底疣(Plantarwarzen)，而在世界上，約二億九千萬人患有灰指甲(Nagelpilz)，而約一百三十四萬人帶有金葡萄球菌(Staphylo coccus aureus)，它在腳上引起各種疾和過敏。
今日所用的鞋噴劑很難定量供量，大部分的噴劑(Spray)甚至不進入鞋中，且其中所含之過揮發的溶劑造成空氣污染，且所殺死的菌和病毒屍體留在鞋中，又構成新的菌和病毒的營養來源，因此它們可呈指數方式繁殖。此外在原來的腳運動時，可能造成不同粒的磨損，例如皮膚、物料，它們同樣提供菌和病毒的培養基。此外，大多噴劑只能含一種到二種抗菌物質，且在鞋中幾乎不能達到較長作用時間。
在日專利申請案JP 1 027 6901 A提到一種洗濯劑，它不會造成過敏反應。這洗濯劑由於清洗鞋子，且係在鞋內噴灑，此開發的洗劑係以植物成分為基礎，且呈微粒子形式溶在水中，且用壓力噴入所要清洗的鞋子，為了提高消毒性油脂及殺死真菌，故另外將含臭氧的水噴入。因此這種方式並未用物理及化學組合的方式清洗鞋內空間，因此本明的目的在提供有這雙重效果的清洗劑。
依本發明，清洗鞋內空間的目的係利用一種呈高粘度揉捏(捏合)料(Knetmasse，英：kneading mass)形式的達成，它由天然橡膠(Guar)和75%～95%之結合的水與液態消毒作用的消毒劑構成，並有含氯化鋁的清潔劑以及抗微生物和抗真菌的藥劑，其中稠度(Konsistenz)調成使該藥劑在重力影響下可配合鞋子內空間或表面，且它可將鬆的粒子封入。
所用消毒劑宜用醇類或酒精，當然其他形式的醇也同樣可考慮，所加入的抗真菌劑宜為最多達0.5重量%的甲基Paraben(Methylparaben)(對羥基苯甲酸的甲基酯)。
為了改善可保持性，同樣可用各種不同作用劑。此處宜加入至多達0.5重量%的丙基Parahen(Propylparaben)(對羥基苯甲酸的丙基酯)。
當然也可加少量芳香劑及顏料。
芳香具可同樣地造成抗菌作用，因為其特定的物質，例如檸檬醛(Citral)及銀離子，都已知有抗菌作用。
在以下顯示一種具有該有用的範圍的一般之較佳的配方示於下(單位重量%)：

顯然地，在此範圍內有各種不同的可能的配方，它方各依配方不同而清潔料可造成較低或較高的濃度。本發明的清潔料可由使用者直接壓入鞋子進去，且由於有高附著性，該清潔劑的稠度可呈揉捏料的作用，也可呈一塊像口香糖一樣地再抽出來，在此同時可使物理性雜質鬆掉，並隨腳垢(Fussel)一齊從襪子和其他雜質附著在清潔劑上，這些雜質利用伴混的物質(它們以小量在鞋表面加入鞋內空間)中和。利用一些揉捏運動，這些雜質被揉捏到物料中。其中清潔料的表面積同時改變，且清潔料又有新的表面可作進一步清潔作用。因此此該清潔料不須在每次使用後就丟掉，而係可使用多次，由於清潔料本身為一種液體，因此可以流動，故它在重力作用下可配合鞋內空間形狀。這點各依粘度的大小而定在較短或較長的時間內達成，對應地，該清潔料也只短時受壓，因在它被抽出來前，立刻再取出或留在鞋子中較長時間。由於在此配方中的水和其他液體係被結合者，故對鞋內空間有少許潤濕作用，這種潤濕作用是所希望者，因為它可在表上造成長期的潤濕，另外將油脂和其他的頑強的固體粒子溶掉。
此處所述的配方含有較高成分5～8重量%的丙三醇、還含有一和藥劑，它對皮革有保養鞋的性質，這種較高成分的甘油也可在鞋內保持皮革柔軟及易變性。
本發明的揉捏料對於腳的疾病──例如腳癬(Tinea Pedis)、指甲癬(Tinea-Unguium)[灰指甲(Nagelpilze)]及念珠菌病(Candidiasis)[鵝口瘡(Soor，英：thrush)有一種預防的(prophylaktisch)]作用。利用此處所述之揉捏料的研究顯示，在幾分鐘作用時間後，達99%的所有這些病菌都可殺死，在將清潔料除去後，可發現，處理過的鞋子中，鬆粒子和病菌極端地去除達100%，因此可有效抑制氣味形成，這點和許多噴劑(它們只設法供應一些氣味物質蓋過鞋子不快氣味)不同。
此處特別有效的消毒劑為2～7重量%的烷基二甲基苯基氯化銨，利用消毒劑二癸基二甲基氯化銨可另外改善此作用，它也可和上述消毒劑及其他消毒劑有效使用。同樣地適合當消毒劑使用者有硼酸，它在此處用量可為0.1～0.5重量%。
伴混少於0.5重量%的甲基Paraban可提高此清潔料的保持性。丙基Paraban具有這種作用及一些清潔作用，它宜同樣以少於0.5重量%的呈伴混加到清潔劑中。
利用此處所述之配方，可造成一些清潔物料，其粘度在50000及150000mPa之間。如此，該清潔料也可侵入接縫、縫隙和縫合處中，當拿來時，該物料保持在一塊。此清潔料可吸收雜質或將雜質封入，將病菌和病毒封入，將氣味中和，將殺死的細菌粘著結合住。
Claims (11)
- 一種用於清洗開放及封閉的鞋的內空間的清潔劑，其特徵在：該清潔劑為一高粘度揉捏料粘度為50,000到80,000mPa且具高內聚力值，而可呈一塊料形式從鞋底拉出，該揉捏料由天然瓜爾膠及硼酸及75重量%~95重量%結合的水與液體消毒作用的消毒劑構成，具含有含氯化銨的清洗劑，以及抗微生及抗真菌的藥劑，其中稠度調整成使該清潔劑受重力影響下，可配合開放及封閉的鞋的內空間。
- 如申請專利範圍第1項之清潔劑，其中：該消毒劑為一種醇。
- 如申請專利範圍第1項之清潔劑，其中：該消毒劑為乙醇。
- 如申請專利範圍第3項之清潔劑，其中：有烷基二甲基苄基氯化銨當作附加之消毒劑。
- 如申請專利範圍第3或4項之清潔劑，其中：有二癸基二甲基氯化銨當作附加之消毒劑。
- 如申請專利範圍第1項之清潔劑，其中：進一步包含至多0.5重量%的對羥基苯甲酸甲酯當作抗真菌劑。
- 如申請專利範圍第1項之清潔劑，其中：進一步包含有至多0.5重量%對羥基苯甲酸丙酯以改善可保持性。
- 如申請專利範圍第1項之清潔劑，其中：含有重氮叉尿素以改善保持性。
- 如申請專利範圍第1項之清潔劑，其中：該清潔劑至少有一潤濕作用，可將油脂溶解及其他固體粒子吸收。
- 如申請專利範圍第1項之清潔劑，其中：該清潔劑的物料具有抗腳病的預防作用。
