A hand dishwashing detergent composition containing a sulfosuccinic acid di- or monoalkyl ester or a salt thereof, an anionic surfactant, and a fatty acid or a salt thereof is disclosed in Japanese Laid-Open Patent Publication No. 2011-231310, the disclosure of which is incorporated herein .
The present invention relates to a hand dishwashing detergent composition comprising (a) an alkyl sulfosuccinate represented by the following formula (1) or a salt thereof (hereinafter referred to as (a) component], (b) An anionic surfactant having a hydrocarbon group of 8 to 21 carbon atoms and a sulfate group or a sulfonate group [excluding (a)] [hereinafter referred to as component (b)] 5 to 35 mass%, and (c a sulfobetaine type surfactant [hereinafter referred to as component (c)].
Further, the present invention relates to a method of cleaning a dishware which is hand-washed and cleaned by using a cleaning liquid of the hand dishwashing detergent composition of the present invention described above, and then rinsed with water.
In recent years, in order to reduce environmental load and effectively utilize water resources, it is preferable to reduce the amount of water used in hand washing and cleaning, and it is desirable to reduce the amount of washing water after cleaning with a dishwashing detergent as much as possible. However, a cleaning agent which is generally excellent in foaming/bubble persistence requires a large amount of water to complete the rinsing. Therefore, there is a strong demand for sufficient foaming and foam persistence when cleaning, but When washing, the bubble disappears instantly, and the hand-washing dishwashing detergent is rinsed with a small amount of water.
In this regard, in the case of the defoaming at the time of rinsing, no consideration is given in Japanese Patent Laid-Open No. Hei. No. 62-215699, Japanese Patent Laid-Open No. Hei. No. Hei. No. Hei. Further, in Japanese Patent Laid-Open No. Hei 3-207799, the fatty acid as an antifoaming agent exemplified as the "foaming inhibitor" is intended to be low-foaming at the time of cleaning, and it is not necessary to continuously form a sufficient amount of cleaning. The association between the bubble and the technique of instantaneous defoaming during rinsing. Further, in Japanese Patent Laid-Open No. Hei 3-33197, not only a specific example using an alkyl sulfosuccinate but also a carboxybetaine type surfactant as an example of a betaine, but a sulfobee is used. Specific examples of the alkali type surfactant are neither described nor suggested.
Accordingly, the present invention provides a hand dishwashing detergent which exhibits sufficient foaming and cleaning at the time of cleaning, but which disappears instantaneously upon rinsing, and which is rinsed with a small amount of water.

The sulfobetaine type surfactant can improve the foaming/bubble persistence during cleaning, but does not impair the defoaming properties at the instant of rinsing. As the sulfobetaine type surfactant, N-alkyl-N,N-dimethyl-N-sulfopropyl ammonium sulfobetaine and N-alkane having an alkyl group of 10 to 18 carbon atoms are preferred. The dishwashing detergent composition of Table 1 was diluted to 3.2% by mass with 3.5°DH hard water, and was filled in the foam pump container described in Fig. 1 of Japanese Patent Laid-Open No. 2008-260852. Here, a screen having a screen size of 200/inch was installed in the bubble ejection mechanism. Then, 3 g of bubbles were prepared in a 500 ml measuring cylinder by continuously pressing the pump head of the upper portion of the container three times. Furthermore, the speed of full press is performed at a rate of 1 second per press. At this time, the capacity is recorded based on the scale of the cylinder, and the initial bubble amount is set. The foaming property was evaluated by the initial amount of foam.
Next, 100 ml of 3.5° DH hard water was added to the bubble through a hard water introduction mechanism (a homemade watering can) provided on the upper portion of the measuring cylinder, and left for 10 seconds. This operation was repeated until the total amount of hard water added became 300 ml. The last water was added and the amount of foam after 10 seconds of standing was measured. Furthermore, about The foaming property is determined by the rate of change of the amount of foam shown in the following formula during the addition of 300 ml of hard water. If it is 70% or more before the addition of 300 ml, it is judged that the rapid use of dilution (flushing) can be achieved. bubble.
泡量變化率(%)=[1-(添加硬水300ml後之泡量/初期之泡量)]×100 The rate of change in the amount of foam (%) = [1 - (the amount of foam after adding 300 ml of hard water / the amount of foam in the initial stage)] × 100

Figure. The manufacturing method of the self-made watering can as the introduction mechanism of the hard water is as follows. First, a body portion of a 250 ml polypropylene jar (manufactured by AS ONE: Aiboi jar) was cut from the bottom to about one-third of the height. Then, a polyethylene plate made of a thin circular polyethylene plate having a diameter of 4 cm was prepared by cutting 13 polyethylene holes having a diameter of 2 mm at intervals of 9 mm as shown in Fig. 2 . Finally, the above-mentioned polyethylene perforated plate was fixed as an opening portion 4 to the opening portion (diameter: 4 cm) of the upper portion of the cut jar, and a hard water introduction mechanism 3 (a homemade watering can) was produced. The hard water introduction mechanism 3 (home-made watering can) produced in this manner is held in an inverted state as shown in Fig. 1, and inserted into the opening of the measuring cylinder 1. The hard water system is input from the resection side of the jar.
