Description
本發明係有關用於金屬表面之修整方法。
電腦行動電話及其它的裝置和設備通常係容裝在金屬罩殼或具有至少一些金屬表面的罩殼內,它們一般會被一表面塗層保護。一種可被用於該等裝置或設備上的表面修整技術係為金屬光澤修整。但必須很小心才能達成一金屬光澤外觀,其會展現出該基材表面的原始金屬光澤,且當使用一上漆製程來塗覆該金屬基材之表面時會隱藏該表面中的瑕疵。
依據本發明之一實施例,係特地提出一種表面修整方法,其中一疏水性材料及一水生材料的塗層係被塗敷於一金屬基材之一表面,該方法包含:i)塗敷該疏水性或水生材料之一者的一第一圖案化塗層於該金屬基材的該表面,該塗層係被塗敷呈一圖案來部份地覆蓋該表面;ii)於該第一塗層之後,塗敷該疏水性或水生材料之另一者的一第二充填塗層,而該第二充填塗層係會被該第一塗層排
斥,並披覆該金屬基材在未被該第一塗層披覆的區域中之表面。

表面修整方法之例將會被參照所附圖式來說明,其中:圖1(a)~(e)示出該產品在該表面修整製法中之不同階段的頂視圖;圖2(a)~(e)示出該產品在該表面修整製法中之不同階段對應於圖1(a)~(e)中各頂視圖的側視圖;圖3示出一製造流程圖;及圖4(a)~(d)示出一第一圖案化塗層之圖案形狀中的可能變化例。
塗層可被使用於金屬表面上來保護該表面,並提供一金屬光澤外觀。該等塗覆亦可提供一無污點的修整,其可隱藏該金屬基材之表面中的瑕疵。本製法能藉使用一種塗敷一疏水性材料的塗層及一水生材料的塗層之二步驟製法來達到一金屬光澤外觀,乃包含塗敷該等材料之一者的一第一圖案化塗層,及後續塗敷該另一材料之一第二充填塗層,其會被該第一塗層排斥,而使該第一塗層的表面不會被該第二塗層披覆。
該疏水性塗層可為要被塗敷的該第一塗層,於此情況下其可被圖案化,而該水生塗層可被用來充填該圖
案。或者,該水生塗層可被圖案化作為該第一塗層,而該疏水性塗層可被用來充填該圖案。該第一塗層亦可為一微米/奈米圖案化塗層。
該疏水性塗層可為一透明、半透明或不透明的塗層。該疏水性塗層可為一選自氟化烯烴基聚合物,特製氟丙烯酸酯,氟矽酮丙烯酸酯,氟尿烷,全氟聚醚/全氟聚氧雜環丁烷,氟調聚物(C-6或較低產品),聚四氟乙烯(PTFE),聚偏二氟乙烯(PVDF),氟矽氧烷,氟UV聚合物及疏水性聚合物(C-7或更長者)等之氟聚合物塗層。
用於該水生塗層的材料可被選自水生環氧基物,丙烯酸-環氧基混合物,丙烯酸,聚尿烷分散物及水生聚合物(包括水生UV聚合物)等。
請參閱圖1、2、3和4,一種修整一金屬基材譬如一鎂鋰(MgLi)合金之一表面,或其它金屬表面的舉例方法,可包含以下步驟:a)該金屬基材101的表面首先會被除去油脂301;b)該金屬基材101的去油表面嗣會被化學拋光302;c)在該拋光步驟302之後,該金屬基材101的表面後續會被鈍化303來形成一表面鈍化層102;d)一疏水性材料的圖案化塗層103嗣會被塗覆304在該鈍化層102上;e)該疏水性塗層103嗣會被烘烤305;f)一水生塗層材料104嗣會被塗覆306在該鈍化
層102上來覆蓋未被該疏水性塗層103塗覆的區域;g)該疏水性塗層103和水生塗層104嗣會被固化307;h)一保護塗層或保護膜會被塗敷308在該固化的疏水性和水基塗層上。
i)該保護塗層嗣會被固化309;雖以上說明係針對一種製法,其中塗敷一圖案化疏水性塗層103會後續塗敷一水生塗層104,但應請瞭解該第一塗層亦可為一水生塗層而後續一疏水性塗層。
在其它材料中,該基材可被選自鋁、鎂、鈦、鋰、鋅、鈮或該等金屬之一者或多者的一合金。
該去油步驟可被以具有或沒有表面活性劑的鹼性溶液來進行。
該拋光步驟可為一噴砂、擦光、化學或化學機械拋光(CMP)步驟。
該鈍化步驟可包含塗敷一或更多薄層的磷酸鋅鋁、鉬酸鋅鈣、磷酸鉬酸鋅、硼矽酸鈣或磷矽酸鍶、磷酸鹽、錳鹽、磷酸錳、磷酸鈣、磷酸鋅、釩、錫酸鹽、鋯酸鹽等。
該疏水性塗層103可為一透明、半透明或不透明的微米/奈米圖案化氟聚合物塗層,且可被選自氟化烯烴基聚合物,特製氟丙烯酸酯,氟矽酮丙烯酸酯,氟尿烷,全氟聚醚/全氟聚氧雜環丁烷,氟調聚物(C-6或較低產品),聚四氟乙烯(PTFE),聚偏二氟乙烯(PVDF),氟矽氧烷,氟UV
聚合物及疏水性聚合物(C-7或更長者)。該疏水性塗層103的厚度可在1~100μm的範圍內,且一般在5~30μm的範圍內,該疏水性塗層之圖案中的小點可在橫跨3nm至30μm的範圍內,並可覆蓋該金屬基材表面至高達40%的面積。
該疏水性塗層103可被以噴墨印刷,網幕印刷,3D列印或噴灑乾燥來塗敷。
用於該水生塗層104的材料可被選自水生環氧基物,丙烯酸-環氧基混合物,丙烯酸,聚尿烷分散物及水生聚合物等。該水生塗層104的厚度亦可在1~100μm的範圍內,而一般在5~30μm的範圍內,且其將會概括地覆蓋該金屬基材未被該疏水性塗層覆蓋的表面。
用於該水生塗層的材料可藉流塗、噴灑、網幕印刷或噴墨印刷來塗敷。
該保護塗層可被使用一選自塗覆或薄膜轉移的製法來塗敷,並可包含模內裝飾,模外裝飾,模內薄膜,模內標籤,釋離膜和奈米壓印微影術等之一者。
該第一塗層的烘烤溫度係在60~120℃之範圍內歷經30~60分鐘。該等疏水性、水生和保護塗層的固化可在一120~180℃之範圍內的溫度歷經30~120分鐘。就UV聚合物而言,該固化可被曝露在UV下少於3分鐘來進行,且較好在15~30秒的範圍內。
該保護塗層可為一種聚丙烯酸樹脂與一氟聚合物譬如氟矽氧烷的組合物,而被以流塗、噴灑、網幕印刷或噴墨印刷來塗敷。該保護塗層或薄膜可被塗敷成具有一
厚度在1~50μm的範圍內,且較好在5~30μm的範圍內。
上述類型的表面處理方法可被用來減少或消除由基材缺陷所引生的瑕疵問題。
此表面處理方法可使用該疏水性材料塗層或水生材料塗層中的圖案,其具有細點形狀包括圓形(見圖1)。三角形(見圖4(a)),方形、矩形或梯形(見圖4(b)),卵形(見圖4(c)),彎月形(見圖4(d)),標記或任何其它形狀,包含隨意形狀或這些之任一或全部的組合。該等形狀可被塗敷於藉空間地罩蔽或控制一列印頭之輸出所造成的規則圖案中,或可為較隨機,假使藉譬如細滴之無罩蔽噴灑等方法來塗敷。
該金屬外觀的程度可藉選擇微米和奈米塗層細點的尺寸和數目,及水生或疏水性塗層的顏色外觀來被造成並控制。
該塗層製法可被用來使能達成一金屬光澤外觀,而容許該基材表面的原始金屬光澤能展現穿出。
該塗層製法亦可減少或消除由基材缺陷所引生的表面瑕疵之可見性。

- 一種表面修整方法,其中一疏水性材料及一水生材料的塗層係被塗敷於一金屬基材之一表面,該方法包含:i)塗敷該疏水性或水生材料之一者的一第一圖案化塗層於該金屬基材的該表面,該塗層係被塗敷呈一圖案來部份地覆蓋該表面;ii)於該第一塗層之後,塗敷該疏水性或水生材料之另一者的一第二充填塗層,藉此,該第二充填塗層會被該第一塗層排斥,而披覆該金屬基材在未被該第一塗層披覆的區域中之表面。

- 一種表面修整方法,包含:i)塗敷一疏水性材料的第一塗層於一金屬基材之一表面,該塗層係被塗敷呈一圖案來部份地覆蓋該表面;ii)於該疏水性材料的塗層之後,塗敷一水生材料的一第二充填塗層,藉此,該水生材料會被該疏水性材料排斥,而披覆該金屬基材在未被該疏水性材料披覆的區域中之表面。
- 如請求項3之方法,包含塗敷該第一塗層呈一圖案其具有多數個區域各有一寬度在3nm至30μm的範圍內。
- 如請求項3之方法,包含塗敷該第一塗層呈一圖案其會覆蓋該金屬基材的表面至高達40%。
- 如請求項3之方法,更包含該基材之一烘烤,在該第一塗層被塗敷之後且在該第二塗層被塗敷之前,及該等疏水性材料和水生材料的塗層之一固化,在該第二塗層被塗敷之後。
- 如請求項6之方法,包含塗敷一保護層於該等疏水性材料和水生充填材料的固化塗層上。
- 如請求項7之方法,包含使用一選自塗覆或薄膜轉移的製法來塗敷該保護塗層。
- 一種罩殼具有至少一金屬表面,該金屬表面形成一用於一表面修整的金屬基材表面,包含:i)一氟聚合物材料的圖案化層,被圖案化成部份地覆蓋該基材表面;ii)一第二材料之一圖案化層,其係不同於該氟聚合物材料,置設在未被該氟聚合物材料之圖案化層覆蓋的區域中之基材表面上。
- 如請求項9之罩殼,其中該基材係選自鋁、鎂、鈦、鋰、鋅、鈮,或此等金屬之一或更多者的一合金。
- 如請求項9之罩殼,其中該氟聚合物材料的圖案化層係為一已經固化的微米/奈米圖案化氟聚合物塗層。
- 如請求項9之罩殼,其中該氟聚合物材料係選自氟化烯烴基聚合物,氟丙烯酸酯,氟矽酮丙烯酸酯,氟尿烷,全氟聚醚/全氟聚氧雜環丁烷,氟調聚物(C-6或較低者),聚四氟乙烷(PTFE),聚偏二氟乙烯(PVDF),氟矽氧烷,氟UV聚合物及疏水性聚合物(C-7或更長者)。
- 如請求項9之罩殼,其中該第二材料係選自水生環氧基物,丙烯酸-環氧基混合物,丙烯酸,聚尿烷分散物及水生聚合物。
- 如請求項9之罩殼,其中一保護層係被設在該氟聚合物材料和該第二材料的圖案化層上。
- 如請求項14之罩殼,其中該保護層包含一材料選自:氟化烯烴基聚合物,氟丙烯酸酯,氟矽酮丙烯酸酯,氟尿烷,全氟聚醚/全氟聚氧雜環丁烷,氟調聚物(C-6或較低者),聚四氟乙烯(PTFE),聚偏二氟乙烯(PVDF),氟矽氧烷,氟UV聚合物,疏水性聚合物(C-7或更長者),水生環氧基物,丙烯酸-環氧基混合物,丙烯酸,聚尿烷分散物,水生聚合物(包括UV聚合物)或這些之二或更多者的一組合。
