Description
本發明係關於一種含有降低纖維黏性之添加劑組合物之彈性纖維。

已知與習知的無彈性纖維相比,彈性纖維顯示增加的膠黏性。由於其增加的膠黏性,彈性纖絲可彼此黏著或黏附於各種表面。高膠黏性在彈性纖絲係纏繞在芯軸上的包裝中尤其成問題。纖維的緊密相鄰加上纖維上(尤其在芯軸附近)的壓力會導致鄰近的纖絲彼此黏著,此導致受影響的纖絲無法使用,因為該等纖維難以在不斷裂的情況下自纏繞的包裝中移出。無法使用的纖絲通常發生在芯軸處且稱為「芯軸廢料」。封裝後,纖絲膠黏性可在貯存期間隨時間及溫度而增加。較長的貯存時間及較高的溫度等同於增加的膠黏性及比剛紡絲及封裝的彈性纖維更多的芯軸廢料。因此,彈性纖維膠黏性的降低可減少芯軸廢料及增加成本效益。

一種製備彈性纖維之示例性方法除其他以外尤其包括:(a)製備包含至少一種聚胺基甲酸酯、聚胺基甲酸酯脲或其混合物之組合物;(b)將約0.5至25重量%之防黏組合物添加至該組合物中;(c)將至少一種選自由硬脂酸鈣、硬脂酸鎂、有機硬脂酸鹽、矽油、礦物油及其混合物組成之群之添加劑添加至該組合物中;及(d)藉由選自由濕式紡絲、乾式紡絲及熔融紡絲組成之群之紡絲方法自該組合物製備纖維。

本發明實施例提供一種含有併入纖維中之防黏劑之彈性纖維、製備該纖維之方法、使用該纖維之方法、包含該纖維之層合物、包含該纖維之織物、包含該纖維之衣物及紡織品、及類似物。本發明實施例提供一種自封裝物或芯軸具有良好的纖維遞送性之彈性纖維。與其他導致不規則纖維遞送之彈性纖維相反,本發明實施例提供彈性纖維的流暢及均勻之遞送,此可減少纖維之折皺、斷裂及/或其他損傷。
本發明實施例包括含有可溶性防黏組合物之彈力或彈性纖維。該防黏組合物可包含對彈性纖維提供防黏效益以使該纖維可在無需添加局部加工劑的情況下使用之化合物。此外,與大多數防黏組合物不同,該等彈性纖維所包含的防黏組合物對纖維或紗的黏著力無有害作用,且甚至可利用熱熔融彈性附接黏著劑來增強紗對織物的黏著力。在一實施例中,該可溶性防黏組合物可包含特定的乙酸丁酸纖維素(CAB)及/或乙酸丙酸纖維素(CAP)。在一實施例中,該可溶性防黏組合物可包含CAB及/或CAP及其他添加劑(如硬脂酸鈣、硬脂酸鎂、有機硬脂酸鹽、矽油、礦物油及其混合物)。在纖維之紡絲前,將此等組合物添加至聚胺基甲酸酯或聚胺基甲酸酯脲聚合物中。
儘管已確定乙酸丁酸纖維素及乙酸丙酸纖維素可提供防黏效益而不降低膠黏性質,但應認識到其他種類之材料可提供相似的效益且可包含於本發明防黏組合物中。
在一實施例中,本發明彈性纖維包含聚胺基甲酸酯或聚胺基甲酸酯脲及經取代的纖維素、及一或多種添加劑。乙醯纖維素可包括(但不限於)乙酸丁酸纖維素、乙酸丙酸纖維素及其混合物。在一實施例中,該乙醯纖維素可係乙酸纖維素。合適的添加劑包括(但不限於)硬脂酸鈣、硬脂酸鎂、有機硬脂酸鹽、矽油、礦物油及其混合物。在其他實施例中,該彈性纖維可包含或不包含紡絲加工劑。在某些實施例中,除文中所述的化合物(如乙醯纖維素或其他經取代的纖維素)以外,該彈性纖維或防黏組合物可包含至少一種其他顆粒狀防黏劑。
在一實施例中,本發明彈性纖維以該纖維之重量計,包含(例如)約0.1%至1.0%、約0.1%至5%、約0.1%至10.0%、約0.1%至15.0%、約0.1%至20%、約0.1%至25%、約0.1%至50.0%、約0.5%至約5.0%及約1.0%至5.0%之經取代的纖維素。
在一實施例中,本發明乙醯纖維素係乙酸丁酸纖維素或包含乙酸丁酸纖維素。該乙酸丁酸纖維素可包含(例如)約5至90重量%、約20至30重量%、約30至40重量%、約40至50重量%、約50至60重量%、約60至70重量%、約70至80重量%、或約80至90重量%之丁醯基含量。或者,該組合物可係丁酸纖維素,其中該丁醯基之含量係高達且包括約100%(其將為丁酸纖維素)。
在一實施例中,本發明乙醯纖維素係乙酸丙酸纖維素。在一實施例中,該乙酸丙酸纖維素可包含(例如)約5至90重量%、約20至30重量%、約30至40重量%、約40至50重量%、約50至60重量%、約60至70重量%、約70至80重量%或約80至90重量%之丙醯基含量。

在一實施例中,合適的聚二醇組分包括(但不限於)數量平均分子量為約600至3,500之聚醚二醇、聚碳酸酯二醇及聚酯二醇。可包含兩種或更多種聚二醇之混合物或共聚物。

在一實施例中,在合成本發明聚合物的溶液後,將防黏添加劑併入該溶液中。可將其中分散有防黏添加劑之溶液乾式紡紗形成本發明之彈性纖維。乾式紡絲係指強制聚合物溶液通過紡嘴孔進入一軸中以形成纖絲之方法。使加熱的惰性氣體通過腔室中,其在纖絲通過該軸時自纖絲蒸發溶劑。然後可將所得之彈性纖維纏繞在圓柱形芯軸上,以形成彈性纖維供料包裝。亦可使用濕式紡絲法及聚合物溶液之澆鑄及乾燥。
在一實施例中,本發明彈性纖維可包含為特殊目的而添加的其他習知添加劑,諸如抗氧化劑、熱安定劑、UV安定劑、顏料及去光劑(如二氧化鈦)、染料及染料增強劑、潤滑劑(如聚矽氧油)、增強抗氯降解性之添加劑(如氧化鋅、氧化鎂及碳鈣鎂礦及水菱鎂礦之混合物)及類似物,只要該等添加劑不與本發明彈性纖維彈性體或防黏添加劑產生拮抗作用即可。某些習知添加劑(如二氧化鈦)對越端放線張力(OETOT)測量(用於評價彈性纖維膠黏性之參數,如以下實例中所述)顯示較小影響,但其等對OETOT測量皆無明顯影響且未以某些含量添加至該彈性纖維中來降低膠黏性。
本發明實施例包括一種包含本發明彈性纖維的製造物件。此等製造物件包括(但不限於)織物及層合物結構。
在一實施例中,本發明提供一種包含彈性纖維之織物,該彈性纖維含有聚胺基甲酸酯或聚胺基甲酸酯脲及約0.5至25重量%之乙酸丁酸纖維素。可包含其他添加劑,如:硬脂酸鈣、硬脂酸鎂、有機硬脂酸鹽、矽油、礦物油及其混合物。

按照美國專利第4,296,174號,第4欄,第20至45行及圖6(其以引用的方式併入本文中)中所述,測定越端放線張力(OETOT)。測量在45.7 m/min之遞送速率下,自一管狀紗供料包裝移出183 m長的彈性纖維紗樣品所需的平均拉伸負荷。在以下實例中,於該包裝物之表面、中心及芯軸處進行測量。例如,在移出幾克纖維以建立預期的纏繞圖案後進行測量,即「表面測量」;在移出約一半之包裝物後進行測量,即「中心測量」;及在已自包裝物移出幾乎全部纖維而僅剩約125 g之纖維後進行測量,即「芯軸測量」。在57℃下烘箱老化16小時的24小時後,以克數記錄OETOT,以模擬貯藏約6個月之情況。
根據以下合成方法製備含有防黏添加劑之彈性纖維。在乾紡機上將乙酸丁酸纖維素紡入不含加工劑之約40丹尼爾(44分德士)的聚胺基甲酸酯脫纖維中。該添加劑明顯降低紗膠黏性,如下表1及圖1中之OETOT所量化。
此實例中所使用之聚合物係藉由以1.63之莫耳比,利用MDI使分子量為1800之聚四亞甲基醚二醇封端而製得。在DMAc溶劑中,利用乙二胺及2-甲基-1,5-戊二胺之混合物(90/10之莫耳比)擴展所得之經封端之二醇的鏈長並以二乙胺終止。除經取代的纖維素防黏劑以外,該聚合物亦包含:購自Ciba之1.4重量%的Irgonox抗氧化劑、購自E. I. DuPont de Nemours之0.5重量%的Methacrol 2462B UV安定劑、購自Microfine Minerals,Ltd.之3.9%的Ulteacarb(碳鈣鎂礦/水菱鎂礦之礦物混合物)、由96重量%之聚二甲基矽氧烷及4重量%之聚二戊基矽氧烷組成之0.6重量%的矽油、及購自E.I. Dupont de Nemours,Inc之0.3重量%的二氧化鈦去光劑。
圖2及3中之分佈曲線顯示可藉由添加紡入不含局部施用加工劑之490及610丹尼爾(540及680分德士)的纖維中之不同濃度的乙酸丁酸纖維素或乙酸纖維素來控制OETOT。每條線/分佈曲線係自個別包裝物測得。包裝物之外部係重量較大的部分(~3000克)。當消耗紗時,餅重量減少。在不同包裝物重量下測量越端放線張力。重量較輕的部分更接近該包裝物之芯軸。此實例中之纖維係由實例1中所使用之相同聚合物製得。
圖4描述針對存在加工劑之重量40丹尼爾(44分德士)的纖維中之不同濃度乙酸丁酸纖維素的OETOT分佈曲線。即使存在加工劑,但將乙酸丁酸纖維素添加至紗中仍可減小OETOT。此實例使用與實例1中所用者相同的聚合物。將局部施用的加工劑以約4及6重量%之濃度添加至紗中且其係由6重量%之硬脂酸鎂於聚二甲基矽氧烷矽油中之分散液組成。
圖5顯示對於存在加工劑之纖維而言,OETOT與時間的關係。此實例中之纖維係40丹尼爾(44分德士)且係由如下所示之組成的聚合物製得。此實例中所使用之聚合物係藉由以1.63之莫耳比,利用MDI使分子量為1800之聚四亞甲基醚二醇封端而製得。在DMAc溶劑中,利用乙二胺及2-甲基-1,5-戊二胺之混合物(90/10之莫耳比)擴展所得之經封端之二醇的鏈長並以二乙胺終止。除經取代的纖維素防黏劑以外,該聚合物亦包含:購自Ciba,Inc.之1.0重量%的Irgonox 245抗氧化劑、購自E.I.DuPont de Nemours之0.35重量%的Methacrol 2462B UV安定劑、及由96重量%之聚二甲基矽氧烷及4重量%之聚二戊基矽氧烷組成之0.4重量%的矽油。此實例中所使用之加工劑係如實例3中之相同組合物並以相同的比例施用。

Claims (27)
- 一種彈性纖維,其包含聚胺基甲酸酯或聚胺基甲酸酯脲及0.5至25重量%之可溶性防黏組合物,其中該可溶性防黏組合物包含選自由丁酸纖維素、乙酸丁酸纖維素、乙酸丙酸纖維素及其混合物組成之群之經取代的纖維素。
- 如請求項1之彈性纖維,其進一步包含至少一種選自由硬脂酸鈣、硬脂酸鎂、有機硬脂酸鹽、矽油、礦物油及其混合物組成之群之其他添加劑。

- 一種製備彈性纖維之方法,其包含:(a)製備包含至少一種聚胺基甲酸酯、聚胺基甲酸酯脲或其混合物之組合物;(b)將0.5至25重量%之防黏組合物添加至該組合物中,其中該防黏組合物係選自乙酸丁酸纖維素、乙酸丙酸纖維素及其混合物;(c)將至少一種選自由硬脂酸鈣、硬脂酸鎂、有機硬脂酸鹽、矽油、礦物油及其混合物組成之群之添加劑添加 至該組合物中;且(d)藉由選自由濕式紡絲、乾式紡絲及熔融紡絲組成之群之紡絲方法自該組合物製備纖維。
- 如請求項16之方法,其中該乙酸丁酸纖維素包含35至57重量%之丁醯基含量。
- 如請求項16之方法,其中該乙酸丁酸纖維素包含50至90重量%之丁醯基含量。
- 一種織物,其包含含有聚胺基甲酸酯或聚胺基甲酸酯脲及0.5至25重量%之可溶性防黏組合物之彈性纖維,其中該可溶性防黏組合物包含選自由丁酸纖維素、乙酸丁酸纖維素、乙酸丙酸纖維素及其混合物組成之群之經取代的纖維素。
- 如請求項19之織物,其進一步包含至少一種選自由硬脂酸鈣、硬脂酸鎂、有機硬脂酸鹽、矽油、礦物油及其混合物組成之群之其他添加劑。
- 如請求項19或20之織物,其中該織物包括針織、織布或不織布結構。
- 如請求項19或20之織物,其包含衣物。
- 一種層合物結構,其包含:包含聚胺基甲酸酯或聚胺基甲酸酯脲及0.5至25重量%之可溶性防黏組合物之彈性纖維,其中該可溶性防黏組合物包含選自由丁酸纖維素、乙酸丁酸纖維素、乙酸丙酸纖維素及其混合物組成之群之經取代的纖維素;及其中將該纖維黏附於選自由織物、不織布、薄膜、及 其組合所組成之群之基材的一或多個層上。
- 如請求項23之層合物結構,其進一步包含至少一種選自由硬脂酸鈣、硬脂酸鎂、有機硬脂酸鹽、矽油、礦物油及其混合物組成之群之其他添加劑。
