Description

此外,根據本發明之式I化合物可用於在相關領域中控制真菌,例如用於技術物質之保護,包括木材和木材相關之技術產品、用於食品儲存或用於衛生管理。

在本發明範圍內,欲保護之有用植物典型包含下列的植物種類:穀類(例如小麥、大麥、稞麥、燕麥、稻米、玉米、高梁和相關種類);甜菜(如菾菜或飼料甜菜)、仁果類、核果類及軟皮果類(soft fruit)(蘋果、梨子、梅子、桃子、杏仁、櫻桃、草莓、覆盆子或黑莓);豆科植物(豆子、扁豆、碗豆、大豆);油科植物(油菜、芥末、罌粟、橄欖、向日葵、椰子、蓖麻、可可豆或花生);黃瓜科植物(南瓜、黃瓜或甜瓜)、纖維植物(棉、亞麻、大麻、黃麻)、柑桔類果實(橘子、檸檬、葡萄柚或柑橘)、蔬菜類(例如菠菜、萵苣、蘆筍、包心菜、胡蘿蔔、洋蔥、蕃茄、馬鈴薯、甜椒)、樟類(酪梨、肉桂、樟腦)或植物例如煙草、堅果、咖啡、茄子、甘蔗、茶、胡椒、葡萄樹、蛇麻草、香蕉和天然橡膠植物以及觀賞植物。
術語「有用植物」應被理解為也包括由於育種或基因工程的習知方法而已被賦予對像是溴苯腈(bromoxynil)的除草劑或各種除草劑類別(如例如HPPD抑制劑、ALS抑制劑(例如氟嘧磺隆(primisulfuron)、氟磺隆(prosulfuron)和三氟啶磺隆(trifloxysulfuron)、EPSPS(5-烯醇-丙酮酸-莽草酸酯-3-磷酸酯-合成酶)抑制劑、GS(麩胺醯胺合成酶)抑制劑)或PPO(原紫質原(protoporphyrinogen)-氧化酶)抑制劑)的耐受性的有用植物。已以習知的育種方法(突變作用)賦予對咪唑啉酮類(例如甲氧咪草煙(imazamox))的耐受性的作物之例子為Clearfield夏日油菜(Canola)。已以基因工程方法賦予對除草劑或除草劑類別的耐受性的作物之例子包括以商標名稱RoundupReady、Herculex I及LibertyLink商業上可得之嘉磷塞(glyphosate)-及固殺草(glufosinate)抗性之玉米變種。
術語「有用植物」應被理解為也包括已藉由使用重組DNA技術而經轉形而能夠合成一或多種選擇性作用毒素(如已知例如來自產生毒素的細菌,特別是該等芽孢桿菌屬(genus Bacillus))的有用植物。
該等植物之例子為:YieldGard(表現CryIA(b)毒素的玉米變種);YieldGard Rootworm(表現CryIIIB(b1)毒素的玉米變種);YieldGard Plus(表現CryIA(b)和CryIIIB(b1)毒素的玉米變種);Starlink(表現Cry9(c)毒素的玉米變種);Herculex I(表現CryIF(a2)毒素和酵素草胺膦(phosphinothricine)N-乙醯基轉移酶(PAT)以達成對除草劑固殺草銨的耐受性的玉米變種);NuCOTN 33B(表現CryIA(c)毒素的棉變種);Bollgard I(表現CryIA(c)毒素的棉變種);Bollgard II(表現CryIA(c)和CryIIA(b)毒素的棉變種);VIPCOT(表現VIP毒素的棉變種);NewLeaf(表現CryIIIA毒素的馬鈴薯變種);Nature-GardAgrisureGT Advantage(GA21嘉磷塞耐受特性)、AgrisureCB Advantage(Bt11玉米螟(CB)特性)、AgrisureRW(玉米根蟲特性)和Protecta。
術語「有用植物」應被理解為也包括已藉由使用重組DNA技術而經轉形而能夠合成具有選擇性作用的抗病原物質(如例如所謂的「病原性相關蛋白質」(PRP,參見例如EP-A-0 392 225))的有用植物。例如從EP-A-0 392 225、WO 95/33818及EP-A-O 353 191已知此等抗病原物質及能夠合成此等抗病原物質之基因轉殖植物的例子。產生此等基因轉殖植物之方法通常為熟諳此技藝者已知的且揭述在例如上述公告中。
用於本文,術語有用植物的「所在地」意欲包含有用植物生長的地方、有用植物之植物繁殖物質播種之處或有用植物之植物繁殖物質將放進土壤中之處。此所在地之例子為其中作物植物生長之田地。
術語「植物繁殖物質」應了解為表示植物的生殖部分,例如種子,其可用於後者之增殖,以及植物物質例如切枝和塊莖(例如,馬鈴薯)。可提及者例如種子(狹義)、根、果實、塊莖、球莖、根莖及植物的部分。也可提及欲在發芽之後或從土壤出現之後移植之發芽植物及年輕植物。這些年輕植物可在移植之前藉由浸漬而整個或部分處理來保護。較佳地,「植物繁殖物質」應被理解為表示種子。
式I之化合物可呈未經修飾之形式使用,或較佳地,與調配技藝中所習用之載劑和佐劑一起使用。
因此,本發明也有關用於控制植學性病原微生物和不受植學性病原微生物之害之組成物,其包含式I化合物和惰性載劑,及有關控制或預防有用植物被植學性病原微生物感染之方法,其中將包含作為活性成分之式I化合物和惰性載劑的組成物施用至植物、至其部分或其所在地。
為此目的,式I之化合物和惰性載劑以已知方式方便地調配成可乳化濃縮物(emulsifiable concentrate)、可塗佈糊劑、直接可噴灑或可稀釋溶液、稀釋乳劑、可濕性粉劑、可溶性粉劑、粉末、粒劑,以及囊封物(encapsulation),例如在聚合性物質中者。隨著組成物之類型,根據所欲之目的和流行的環境選擇施用方法,例如噴灑、噴霧、撒粉、散播、塗佈或注入。組成物也可包含進一步的佐劑例如穩定劑、抗泡劑、黏度調節劑、結合劑或增黏劑以及肥料、微量營養素供體或其他獲得特殊效果之調配物。
適當載劑和佐劑可為固體或液體且為有用於調配技術之物質,例如天然或再生礦物物質、溶劑、分散劑、潤濕劑、增黏劑、增稠劑、結合劑或肥料。此等載劑係例如揭述於WO 97/33890中。
式I化合物或包含作為活性成分之式I化合物和惰性載劑的組成物可與另外的化合物同時地或連續地施用至植物之所在地或欲處理之植物。這些另外的化合物可為例如肥料或微量營養素供體或其他影響植物生長之製劑。其也可為選擇性除草劑以及殺蟲劑、殺真菌劑、殺細菌劑、殺線蟲劑、殺軟體動物劑(molluscicide)或數種這些製劑之混合物,如果需要與在調配技藝中慣用之進一步載劑、界面活性劑或施用促進佐劑一起。
施用式I化合物或包含作為活性成分之式I化合物和惰性載劑的組成物之較佳方法為葉的施用。施用頻率和施用率會視被對應病原感染的風險而定。然而,式I化合物也可藉由以液體調配物濕透植物的所在地,或藉由將呈固體形式(例如呈顆粒形式)之化合物施用至土壤(土壤應用)而經由土壤(系統作用)透過根擴散於植物。在水稻作物中,該等粒劑可施用於灌水水稻田中。式I化合物也可經由以殺真菌劑液體調配物浸泡種子或塊莖,或用固體調配物塗佈種子而施用於種子(塗佈)。
調配物,也就是包含式I化合物和如果需要的話,固體或液體佐劑的組成物,係以已知的方式製備,典型地藉由徹底混合及/或研磨化合物與增量劑,例如溶劑、固體載劑和,視需要,界面-活性化合物(界面活性劑)製備。
農業化學調配物通常會含有0.1至99重量%(較佳0.1至95重量%)之式I化合物,99.9至1重量%(較佳99.8至5重量%)之固體或液體佐劑,和0至25重量%(較佳0.1至25重量%)之界面活性劑。
鑒於較佳者為將商業產品調配成濃縮物,最後使用者通常會使用稀釋的調配物。
有利的施用率正常地為每公頃(ha)5克至2公斤之活性成分(a.i.),較佳10克至1公斤a.i./ha,更佳20克至600克a.i./ha。當用作浸種劑(seed drenching agent)時,方便的施用率為每公斤的種子10毫克至1克之活性物質。所要作用之施用率可藉由實驗決定。其視例如作用的類型、有用植物之發育階段而定,和視施用(地點、時間安排、施用方法)而定且由於這些參數,可在寬限制範圍內改變。
令人驚訝地,已發現式I之化合物也可用於使有用植物的作物不受植學性病原有機體侵害之方法以及治療經植學性病原有機體感染之有用植物的作物之方法,其包含將嘉磷塞和至少一種式I化合物之組合物投予至植物或其所在地,其中植物為對嘉磷塞有抗性或對嘉磷塞敏感。
與嘉磷塞不存在下使用式I化合物相比,該等方法可提供意外改善之疾病控制。該等方法可有效於增強藉由式I化合物的疾病控制。儘管嘉磷塞與至少一種式I化合物之混合物可(至少部分)藉由式I化合物增加所控制之疾病範圍,式I化合物對已知藉由式I化合物控制至某種程度之疾病種類的活性增加亦可為觀察到之效果。
該等方法尤其對真菌界、擔子菌門(phylumBasidiomycot
)、鏽菌綱(classUredinomycetes
)、鏽菌亞綱(subclassUrediniomycetidae
)及鏽菌目(orderUredinales
)(通常稱為鏽菌(rusts))之植學性病原有機體有效。對農業具有極大影響之鏽菌物種包括層鏽菌科(familyPhakopsoraceae
)之鏽菌,尤其層鏽菌屬(genusPhakopsora
)之鏽菌,例如豆薯層鏽菌(Phakopsora pachyrhizi
),其亦稱為亞洲大豆鏽菌,及柄鏽菌科(familyPucciniaceae
)之鏽菌,尤其柄鏽菌屬(genusPuccinia
)之鏽菌,諸如小麥稈鏽菌(Puccinia graminis
),亦稱為稈鏽菌或黑鏽菌,其為穀類作物之問題疾病,及隱匿柄鏽菌(Puccinia recondita
),亦知為褐鏽菌。
該等方法之具體實例為使有用植物之作物不受植學性病原有機體侵害及/或治療經植學性病原有機體感染之有用植物的作物之方法,該等方法包含同時施用嘉磷塞(包括其鹽或酯)及至少一種具有對植學性病原有機體的活性之式I化合物至選自由植物、植物之部分及植物所在地所組成之群組的至少一員。
上述之式(I)化合物或其醫藥鹽也可具有用於治療及/或預防動物微生物感染之有利活性範圍。「動物」可為任何動物,例如昆蟲、哺乳動物、爬行動物、魚、兩棲動物,較佳為哺乳動物,最佳為人類。「治療」意謂使用於具有微生物感染之動物以降低或減緩或停止感染之增加或蔓延,或降低感染或治癒感染。「預防」意謂使用於不具有明顯微生物感染徵象之動物以預防任何未來感染,或降低或減緩任何未來感染之增加或蔓延。根據本發明,係提供式(I)化合物用於製造治療及/或預防動物微生物感染之醫藥品的用途。亦提供式(I)化合物作為醫藥劑之用途。亦提供式(I)化合物在治療動物中作為抗微生物劑之用途。根據本發明,亦提供包含式(I)化合物或其醫藥上可接受之鹽作為活性成份及醫藥上可接受之稀釋劑或載劑的醫藥組成物。可將此組成物使用於治療及/或預防動物微生物感染。此醫藥組成物可呈適於經口投予之形式,諸如錠劑、菱形錠劑(lozenge)、硬質膠囊、水性懸浮液、油性懸浮液、乳劑、可分散性粉劑、可分散性顆粒、糖漿及酏劑。或者,此醫藥組成物可呈適於局部應用之形式,諸如噴霧、乳膏劑或洗劑。或者,此醫藥組成物可呈適於非經腸胃投予之形式,例如注射劑。或者,此醫藥組成物可呈可吸入形式,諸如霧劑噴霧。式(I)化合物可對各種能夠引起動物微生物感染之微生物物種有效。此等微生物物種之例子為造成麴菌病(Aspergillosis)者,諸如煙麴菌(Aspergillus fumigatus

下列非限制性實施例更詳細地說明上述發明而不限制該發明。
製備實施例:實施例P1:3-二氟甲基-1-甲基-1H-吡唑-4-羧酸甲氧基-[1-甲基-2-(2,4,5-三氯噻吩-3-基)乙基]醯胺(化合物編號1.001)之製備:
在磺化燒瓶中,將171毫克(0.62毫莫耳)的於實施例P2c)中製得之胺和94毫克(0.93毫莫耳)的三乙胺溶解在10毫升的二氯甲烷中。然後,於周圍溫度、在攪拌下慢慢地加入139毫克(0.72毫莫耳)3-二氟甲基-1-甲基-1H-吡唑-4-羧醯氯和10毫升二氯甲烷的混合物。於周圍溫度下攪拌24小時之後,於水噴射真空中蒸發溶劑和藉由通過矽膠之管柱層析法(洗提液:乙酸乙酯/庚烷1:2)純化殘餘物。所得油狀物(254毫克)經庚烷再結晶進一步純化。產量:198毫克(理論之74%)白色結晶;m.p. 70-72℃。

a) 2,3,5-三氯-4-((E/Z)-2-硝基丙烯基))噻吩之製備
將包含15.1克(0.07莫耳)2,4,5-三氯噻吩-3-碳醛、36克(0.48莫耳)硝基乙烷、12.9克(0.167莫耳)乙酸鈉和100毫升之乙酸的混合物在攪拌下於85℃之溫度加熱6小時。在冷卻之後,將混合物用600毫升的第三丁基甲基醚稀釋和將有機相用水洗滌5次。在乾燥和溶劑的蒸發之後,藉由管柱層析法(洗提液:第三丁基甲基醚/庚烷1:50-1:10)純化殘餘物。產量:10.9克(理論之57%)的褐色油狀物。1

實施例B-2:對小麥之隱匿柄鏽菌(Puccinia recondita)(褐鏽病)之預防性作用
將小麥葉段置於多孔盤(24孔形式)中之瓊脂上且以測試溶液(0.02%活性成份)噴灑。乾燥後,以真菌之孢子懸浮液接種葉盤。適當培育後,接種後8天評估化合物之活性作為預防性殺真菌活性。在此測試中化合物1.001、1.004、1.016、1.019、1.036、1.037(非鏡像異構物對1)、1.037(非鏡像異構物對2)、2.036、3.001、3.016和3.019顯示極佳活性(抑制)。

將來自低溫(cryogenic)儲存之真菌的分生孢子直接地混入營養培養液中。將測試化合物之(DMSO)溶液(0.02%活性成份)置於微量滴定盤(96孔形式)中後,添加含有真菌孢子之營養培養液。在24℃下培育測試盤,且3-4天後光度測定生長之抑制。在此測試中化合物1.001、1.004、1.012、1.016、1.019、1.036、1.037(非鏡像異構物對1)、1.037(非鏡像異構物對2)、2.016、2.036、2.037、3.001、3.016、3.019、3.036和3.037顯示極佳活性(抑制)。
實施例B-7:對花生球腔菌(Mycosphaerella arachidis
)/液體培養(早期葉斑病(early leaf spot))之作用

Claims (12)
- 一種式I之化合物,
其中R1 為C1 -C4 烷基或C1 -C4 鹵烷基;R2 為氫、氟基或氯基;R3 為氫或C1 -C4 烷基;R4 和R5 彼此獨立地為氫或C1 -C4 烷基;X為氧、硫或不存在;R6 ,如果X為氧或硫,則為C1 -C4 烷基或C1 -C4 鹵烷基,或如果X不存在,則為氫;R7 、R8 和R9 彼此獨立地為氫、鹵素或≡-R10 ;其限制條件為R7 、R8 和R9 之至少一個不同於氫;及R10 為氫、C1 -C6 烷基、C1 -C6 鹵烷基或C1 -C4 烷氧基烷基;及該化合物之農藝上可接受的鹽類/立體異構物/非鏡像異構物/鏡像異構物/互變異構物和N-氧化物。 - 根據申請專利範圍第1項之化合物,其中R1 為二氟甲基、三氟甲基或甲基。
