Abstract

A method for manufacturing bicycle hub and its product are disclosed. The manufacturing method comprises steps of preparing dried carbon gauze, fitting the dried carbon gauze into an inner tube, placing the inner tube into an upper and lower molds, pumping vacuum, adding a binding agent and heating and pressurizing formation. Since the manufacturing method uses tubular dried carbon gauze to manufacture hub cases, the process of producing the hubs can be simplified, and product defects can be reduced to further enhance the production speed and product stability.
