Abstract
A heat exchanger includes a casing seat, a heat-dissipating group, a cooling group, and a temperature control unit. The casing seat is segmented to provide an inner chamber coupled to a space, and an outer chamber coupled to the outside world. The heat-dissipating group has a plurality of hollow tubes penetrating the outer chamber and connecting to the inner chamber. The cooling group has a first fan installed in the inner chamber for extracting hot air in the space introducing the hot air into the tubes from the inner chamber, and a second fan installed in the outer chamber for extracting outside airflow to carry out heat exchange with the hot air in the tubes. The temperature control unit, based on the inner chamber temperature, controls the first and second fans' speed. In this way, under the circumstances that the space is not coupled to the outside world, the purpose of cooling is still obtainable, and quality heat dissipation effect can be achieved while meeting the requirements of simple structure and low cost. .
