Abstract
This invention relates to a force magnifying mechanism for spindle drawbar, wherein a plurality of bearings are disposed inside the spindle socket to mount the rotation shaft. There are disk-shaped springs stacked and installed inside the rotation shaft, and a drawbar is inserted and installed at the central position thereof. The lower end of drawbar rod connects with clamp claw that can open, close, pull and release the tool, and the upper end connects with the force- magnifying mechanism of the drawbar; the force-magnifying mechanism has a propping bead capable of moving laterally and accommodated in the tube wall at the upper end of the rotation shaft. The upper portion of the drawbar in the rotation shaft is formed with a first oblique propping and locking plane at the position corresponding to the upper position of the propping bead. Moreover, an outer annular seat capable of elevating and moving is equipped on the exterior of the rotation shaft. The outer annular seat is equipped with an accommodating trough in its interior, and the lower portion of the accommodating trough is equipped with a second oblique propping and locking plane at the position corresponding to the bottom of the propping bead. An inner annular seat that links with the outer annular seat is equipped on the top of the drawbar rod in the rotation shaft. The inner annular seat also links with the drawbar to pull and release the tool. As a result, by the design of the propping bead and two oblique propping and locking planes, a force magnification effect in tool clamping is ensured for the spindle when the drawbar is pulled, and the action is smooth, which in turn will lower the power to release the tool, thus achieving the purpose of quickly changing the tool.
