Description
本發明係有關於車輛玻璃面板切除技術的索線處理。
如汽車擋風玻璃或摩托車擋風玻璃的車輛玻璃面板,一般係藉由如聚氨酯等黏著材料,於玻璃面板與支撐框架的周緣上形成一連續珠串,而將擋風玻璃黏固於支撐框架內。
以索線切除的技術已於先前提出,其可有效的應用於玻璃面板的移除如換裝或其他用途。一些典型的技術已被揭露,如歐洲專利公開號EP-A-0093283、加拿大專利案號2034221、美國專利6616800、德國專利4012207及PCT公開號WO2006/030212、WO86/07017及WO98/58779。
一種有助於切除擋風玻璃的改良技術及裝置已經開發完成,其係藉由設置一個供施放切除用索線的給線機構,給線機構具有一個可以安裝於玻璃面板上的安裝裝置,使於切除過程中可以自安裝於玻璃面板上的給線機構中施放切除用索線。一個捲線機構通常係安裝於擋風玻璃上,其具有一個或多個捲軸,捲線機構可在擋風玻璃的數個安裝位置間移動,並在不同的安裝位置進行各別的切除作業。
當一給線機構最初安裝於擋風玻璃表面時,切除用索線係繞設於玻璃面板周緣,且由給線機構放出的切除用索線的自由端可能會與捲線機構的捲軸連接。
通常捲線機構的捲軸係用以捲繞索線從而切斷黏著材料,其中在切除用索線從給線機構處放出時,會對黏著材料產生滑切作用。
本發明之第一目的在於提供一種施放系統,係用以在一種玻璃板切除作業中施放切除用索線,施放系統包括:一安裝器,係安裝於一玻璃板上,安裝器具有一安置區以供置設一索線儲存器;而索線儲存器,係置設於安裝器的安置區以供施放索線,且索線儲存器可從安置區拆下。
本發明另外提供一種施放系統,係用以在一種玻璃板切除作業中施放切除用索線,施放系統包括安裝於一玻璃板上的一安裝器,安裝器具有一安置區以供一索線儲存器進行可拆式接合的裝配。
如上所述之施放系統,較佳地安置區設有一旋轉裝置,以便操作從索線儲存器放出索線。
如上所述之施放系統,較佳地旋轉裝置係可控制的調整操作旋轉裝置所需之扭力。為此目的,較佳的係以一可調式制動裝置,用以調整操作旋轉裝置所需之扭力。可調式制動裝置較佳的包括一摩擦制動件,藉調緊摩擦制動件能提高制動效果,放鬆摩擦制動件則能降低制動效果。
如上所述之施放系統,較佳地旋轉裝置包括一旋轉器,而索線儲存器以可拆式接合的安裝方式與旋轉器連接。且較較佳地,於接合安裝時,為旋轉目的而將索線儲存器之捲筒與旋轉器連接。
如上所述之施放系統,較佳地當索線儲存器與旋轉器以可拆式接合的方式安裝時,旋轉器係容置於索線儲存器的一中央開口中。
如上所述之施放系統,較佳地當索線儲存器置設於安裝區時,安裝區與索線儲存器各以互補的接合安裝結構組接。其中較佳地,接合安裝結構讓索線儲存器能置設於安置區或從安置區處拆下,並在索線儲存器置設於安置區時,能確保索線儲存器與安置區一體連接而提供旋轉需求。
如上所述之施放系統,較佳地包括一可調式制動裝置,其係藉由一凸輪與一桿件操作之。
如上所述之施放系統,較佳地安裝器包括用以固設於玻璃板上的一吸杯式固定座。
本發明之第二目的在於提供一種施放系統,係用以在一種玻璃板切除作業中施放切除用索線,施放系統包括:一安裝器係安裝於一玻璃板上,安裝器結合一旋轉裝置以便從施放系統處放出索線,其中旋轉裝置係可控制的調整操作旋轉裝置所需之扭力。
如上第二目的所述之施放系統,較佳地包括一可調式制動裝置,用以調整操作旋轉裝置所需之扭力。可調式制動裝置較佳地包括一摩擦制動件,藉調緊摩擦制動件能提高制動效果,放鬆摩擦制動件則能降低
制動效果。旋轉裝置較佳地包括一可與索線儲存器連接之旋轉器,而施放系統的可調式制動裝置係與旋轉器接合,以便調整操作旋轉器所需之扭力,且其中可調式制動裝置與旋轉器的接合面係垂直於旋轉器的轉軸。
本發明之再一目的在於提供一種索線儲存器,係用以儲存切除用索線以供施放之用,索線儲存器包括:一環形外套,具有一環形基座與一從環形基座向上延伸之弧形直立外壁,弧形直立外壁係沿著環形基座繞設並形成二端邊,二端邊則定義出弧形直立外壁的一間隙開口;一環形捲筒,係套入環形外套的弧形直立外壁中並與環形外套彼此相互制衡,而使二者間的相對轉動更順暢。
如上再一目的所述之索線儲存器,較佳地索線儲存器的一圓柱形內壁即環形捲筒的一圓柱形內壁。
如上再一目的所述之索線儲存器,較佳地藉由複數個結構(較佳地為彈性卡扣之接合結構),將環形捲筒套入環形外套的弧形直立外壁中,以防止環形捲筒從套入的環形外壁中脫離,並容許環形外套與環形捲筒間能相對轉動。
如上再一目的所述之索線儲存器,較佳地索線儲存器之圓柱形內壁(較佳地為環形捲筒之圓柱形內壁)具有複數個結構,以容許索線儲存器可旋轉的連接至一旋轉裝置,而放出或拉回切除用索線。

以下係以特定的實施例配合圖式詳細說明本發明之技術特徵。
請參考圖1至圖4,係顯示一切除系統,特別指應用於如擋風玻璃之已固著的汽車玻璃面板之切除系統,其包括一捲線機構1與一給線機構2。
捲線機構1,包括一對可釋放吸盤支架10、11,使捲線機構1可以穩固地於擋風玻璃上輸放索線。可釋放吸盤支架包括一硬質塑料杯12與一底層的彈性橡膠裙膜13;一相關的啟動/釋放桿14使得恆定式的抽吸得以進行和釋放;這些可釋放吸盤支架10、11一般應用於擋風玻璃的更換與維修。可釋放吸盤支架10、11以樞接式/傾斜式地設置於捲線機構1的支撐架15,以確保可釋放吸盤支架10、11可以與弧形曲線的擋風玻璃形成良好契合。支撐架15的本體承載著一對並肩排列且與軸向轉軸連接的捲軸4、5,軸向轉軸則被捲線機構1上的二軸承16、17所支承。捲軸4、5是經由一手動式捲繞機或一機械式啟動機軸向旋轉地驅動,實際的機械式啟動機如馬達捲繞機或絞車。
二驅動凸筒18具有二方型孔的母插座19以承接公的驅動工具。捲軸4、5的外側各自設有軸向旋轉的低摩擦塑膠材料的導線用滑輪8、9,當索線從滑輪的切線方向抽出時會令滑輪轉動,此部分將於稍後描述。捲軸4、5藉由各自的棘輪機構沿單一方向(各自的方向相反)旋轉,每個棘輪機構包括棘輪調控器,其可將原已繃緊之索線放鬆或捲回(反向捲動)。
如圖2所示,捲線機構1係固定於一玻璃板3位於車內之表面,如位在方向盤上方的擋風玻璃上;給線機構2則固定於玻璃板3之外側表面。一索線41係從角落A延伸至角落B、C、D的繞設於玻璃板外側周緣,再從鄰近玻璃板最下緣處(從D到A)的角落A之PU黏合珠被鑽通的一孔口穿入,並使索線的自由端連接至捲軸5。一截膠帶6係固定於玻璃板上並覆蓋住索線。給線機構2包括一吸附式固定座2a及一內部給線匣,內部給線匣可在一外殼內自由轉動,以便在索線承受一所需強度之張力時,還能從給線機構處放出索線。膠帶6可在給線機構放出索線之過程中提供阻力,亦可用其他制動裝置(基本上為提供阻力或摩擦力的裝置)取代膠帶或與膠帶併用。
藉由捲動捲軸5從角落A沿著該玻璃板之側邊上移並繞過角落B進行切除作業。在切除過程中若遭遇一較堅硬或較大之PU黏合珠而產
生過大阻力時,索線會從給線機構2處放出並滑切過PU黏合珠,此即所謂的「滑切」。在玻璃板上設置給線機構之目的,係為使「滑切」於切除作業中提早產生,而不必事先切斷索線41形成另一自由端。一旦索線41繞過角落B,便可將捲線機構1從玻璃板之右側移至左側並重新固定之,如圖3所示。但在重新定位捲線機構1之前,必須先釋放捲軸5之棘輪,以便捲軸5在跨越玻璃板重新定位時,索線不會被捲軸5拉住。當捲線機構1重新定位完成後,便可固定棘輪,然後再次操作捲軸5以捲收該索線。
當沿著頂邊之切除作業接近完成時,須將捲線機構1轉動九十度並重新定位於圖4所示之位置,使切除位置繞過角落C繼續進行切除。接著移除膠帶6,並從給線機構2放出足以延伸並可捲繞於捲軸4之索線,然後將該經量過長度的索線從給線機構處切斷形成一自由端,並將該自由端由撬開擋風玻璃業已分離之角落所形成的小間隙拉進車內,抑或將自由端穿入角落A先前已鑽通的PU黏合珠開孔而拉進車內。在將索線41之自由端繞過滑輪8連接至捲軸4後,便可操作捲軸4捲收索線進行沿玻璃板底邊之切除。
圖5至圖10顯示本發明之一索線儲存/施放器50,其優於既知技術之索線儲存/施放器。
如圖5所示的索線儲存/施放器50包括一環型外套51或外殼,環型外套中容納一可捲繞索線的捲筒52。環型外套51與捲筒52以可彼此相對旋轉的方式接合。捲筒52單獨地顯示於圖7。環型外套51顯示於圖6,其具有一環型基座53和一直立的外壁54,而外壁54係沿著索線儲存/施放器50的周緣延伸並具有二端邊55、56,藉此定義出外壁54的一周緣開口。一內緣立唇57則延伸圍繞於環型外套51的中央開口58處。在外壁54的上緣59且位於外壁的上端內徑面61與下端內徑面62之間形成一肩部60,且上端內徑面61位於下端內徑面62的徑向外側。複數個凸扣63分別設於外壁54的上端內徑面61上。一止擋凸耳64則自外壁54的外表面徑向外凸。
如圖7所示,捲筒52具有一上表面68及其下方朝外徑向延伸的一上凸緣66。捲筒52尚具有一底凸緣65與一做為索線捲繞的凹環壁67。索線儲存/施放器50的組裝,係將捲筒52向下推入環型外套51中,直到底凸緣65置於環型外套51的環型基座53上;接著,凸扣63會變形並夾扣住捲筒
52的上凸緣66,如此,捲筒52會被環型外套51所制約,但兩元件間仍可相對旋轉。捲筒52的內周緣壁上更具有二相對的凹部70、71,係用於定位一安裝器75的旋轉絞盤90上之結構,這部分將於稍後描述。一捲繞凸起部73係位於捲筒52的上表面68,提供捲筒52可對應於環型外套51進行手動捲繞。凹環壁67上具有一索線的插入孔72其係以一角度延伸穿透凹環壁67,而使索線的一端可以插入並穩固於捲筒52上。上表面68又具有一視孔76,以便能從上方觀視插入孔72。
圖9至圖11清楚顯示前述可供安裝索線儲存/施放器50以施放索線之安裝器75。安裝器75包括一可釋放之吸杯式固定座77,其可將該安裝器以可釋放之方式固定於擋風玻璃上。吸杯式固定座77包括一硬質塑膠杯82及一位於其下方之撓性橡膠裙膜83。一引動/釋放桿84係用於施加及移除一持續之吸力。一如前述,此等吸杯式固定座已普遍應用於擋風玻璃之更換及維修作業。在安裝器75底面至呈下壓或接合狀態之引動/釋放桿84之間設一模製元件86(圖11),模製元件可承納一安裝平台89之複數個固定螺栓88,而安裝平台89裝設有一旋轉絞盤90,且具有一從旋轉絞盤向外延伸之周緣凸緣表面89a。旋轉絞盤90大致為圓柱形且具有一中央通孔91,此中央通孔係套置於一固定套管92之外周緣圓柱表面,藉此將旋轉絞盤90以可轉動之方式裝設於安裝平台89上。一引動/釋放桿94係以一固定銷93樞轉,從而以類似凸輪之方式抵頂於一反作用蓋95,而反作用蓋以一芯管95a置於固定套管92之中央軸孔中。上述之凸輪式的抵頂動作迫使反作用蓋95向下移動,但由於芯管95a之底端抵靠於一彈簧97而對反作用蓋95與芯管95a之向下壓力及向下移動產生一抵抗作用。
藉由上述的彈簧97可將反作用蓋95向上偏頂至一平衡位置。當引動/釋放桿94被移至其引動位置時(如圖11所示),反作用蓋95與芯管95a均向下移動且彈簧97被壓縮。一軸桿99其下端99a具有螺紋,且下端99a容設於安裝平台89的一凸容室100之螺孔中。藉由將引動/釋放桿94的方向轉成筆直位置,使軸桿99沿其縱軸上下移動,並使反作用蓋95與其芯管95a相對於旋轉絞盤90之上表面90a產生往上或向下的移動。此外,一壓制盤103(例如毛氈圓盤)則裝設於反作用蓋95之底側。
當引動/釋放桿94被移至其引動位置時(如圖11所示),反
作用蓋95與芯管95a均向下移動並壓縮彈簧97。由於軸桿99沿其縱軸上下移動的結果,導致反作用蓋95與芯管95a兩者相對於旋轉絞盤90之上表面90a產生相當程度的上移或下移,致使壓制盤103(其作用如同一煞車盤)可完全脫離旋轉絞盤90之上表面90a或強制壓合於旋轉絞盤90之上表面90a,從而對安裝平台89上的旋轉絞盤90的轉動產生一制動力,如此一來,索線儲存/施放器便包括一制動機構,而能在索線施放過程中隨時調整其制動力。上述制動機構之制動程度取決於軸桿99上下移動的幅度,在一極限狀況下,壓制盤103與旋轉絞盤90之上表面90a並未形成摩擦接合,故旋轉絞盤90可自由轉動;而在另一極限狀況下,壓制盤103與旋轉絞盤90之上表面90a則充分接合,致旋轉絞盤90完全無法轉動;而介於兩種極限狀況之間的驅動該旋轉絞盤90轉動所需之扭力則視軸桿99之位置而定。透過此一方式,便可微調施於旋轉絞盤90之制動力。
旋轉絞盤90之相對周緣壁上設有一對制動銷106、107,且當索線儲存/施放器50向下安裝於安裝平台89之周緣凸緣表面89a並緊貼於旋轉絞盤90之外表面時,制動銷106、107係與捲筒52相對內周緣壁上之二凹部70、71匹配及接合(圖15)。凹部70、71之形狀係配合制動銷106、107,因此,一旦制動銷106、107與凹部70、71相接合,捲筒52便無法相對於旋轉絞盤90轉動,僅能隨旋轉絞盤同步轉動(除非被前述之制動機構有效制止)。需注意的是,環形外套51並不會隨旋轉絞盤90及捲筒52一起轉動,如此便能確保直立外壁54的端邊55、56之間的施放間隙得以保持在一固定位置。
然而,對於制動銷106、107與凹部70、71間之接合,僅需施以極小之手力,即可將索線儲存/施放器50從原本的安裝位置向上拉起使其與旋轉絞盤90完全分離,為達此目的,制動銷106、107或凹部70、71等接合結構最好為線性結構,且係相對於旋轉絞盤90及捲筒52之周緣壁呈向上或向下延伸的線性結構。另,凹部70、71較佳包括有開縫或溝槽。此外,旋轉絞盤90尚包括一凹口105,供作收納延伸穿過索線儲存/施放器50之索線插入孔72的索線末端部分。
在將繞有索線之索線儲存/施放器50安設於安裝器75後,便可將索線從索線儲存/施放器50中拉出,其使用方式如同圖2至圖4所述之
給線機構2。然而,相較於圖2至圖4所述之給線機構2,本發明之索線儲存/施放器50具有下列優點:首先,索線儲存/施放器50可輕鬆、方便地自安裝器75上卸除。如此,藉由撬開擋風玻璃已分離之角落所形成的小間隙,並使索線儲存/施放器50穿過此間隙的方式,將捲筒52上仍繞有索線之索線儲存/施放器50從擋風玻璃之這面移至另一面,然後再將所需長度之索線由捲筒52拉出並切斷之。
其次,本發明之可調式制動機構使玻璃板之切除作業可依實際需求量身訂做,以確保可對索線之施放進行準確控制。例如,在沿擋風玻璃之周緣布設索線之過程中,有時需防止過多的索線從索線儲存/施放器50中釋出,此時便可施用最大之制動力;但若需自由施放索線時,則制動系統可完全鬆放。又例如在切除過程中,若在進行滑切而需要一扭力時,本發明之施放系統亦能藉由操作者於引動/釋放桿94上施予想要的力量,而即時調整出可供滑切操作之扭力。
索線儲存/施放器50之另一優點在於具有環形外套51,且環形外套內部納設有可相對於轉動之捲筒52,捲筒上繞設有索線;上述設計使索線儲存/施放器50的索線施放及捲線得以在一控制的狀態,並預防所謂的「鳥築巢(birds nesting)」現象發生。「鳥築巢」係指一捲軸上之線材因未妥善纏繞而以不受控制之方式自捲軸彈出,進而相互糾纏、打結,導致無法使用。
本發明提供的索線切除系統之優點在於並未使用太過於複雜之系統構造,且亦不需在初始設定後大費周章的重新裝配,經由簡易例行之初始設定後,操作者即使欠缺經驗或體力稍弱亦可使用本發明之技術。
以上所述者,僅為本發明之較佳實施例,當不能以之限制本發明的範圍。即大凡依本發明申請專利範圍所做之均等變化及修飾,仍將不失本發明之要義所在,亦不脫離本發明之精神和範圍,故都應視為本發明的進一步實施狀態。

Claims (10)
- 一種用以在一玻璃板切除作業中施放索線之施放系統,包括一安裝器係安裝於一玻璃板上,安裝器結合一旋轉裝置以便從施放系統處放出索線;其中旋轉裝置係可控制的調整操作旋轉裝置所需之制動扭力,於最大制動扭力時無索線施放,於最小制動扭力時索線可完全施放,並於最大制動扭力及最小制動扭力之間調整所需的制動扭力。
- 如申請專利範圍第1項所述之施放系統,尚包括一可調式制動裝置,用以調整操作旋轉裝置所需之制動扭力。
- 如申請專利範圍第2項所述之施放系統,其中可調式制動裝置包括一摩擦制動件,藉調緊摩擦制動件能提高制動效果,放鬆摩擦制動件能降低制動效果。
- 如申請專利範圍第1至3項中任一項所述之施放系統,其中旋轉裝置包括一與索線儲存器連接之旋轉器,而施放系統的可調式制動裝置係與旋轉器接合,以便調整操作旋轉器所需之制動扭力,且其中可調式制動裝置與旋轉器的接合面係垂直於旋轉器的轉軸。
- 如申請專利範圍第4項所述之施放系統,其中可調式制動裝置係藉由一凸輪與一桿件操作之。
- 一種索線儲存器,係用以儲存切除用索線以供施放之用,索線儲存器包括:一環形外套,具有一環形基座與一從環形基座向上延伸之弧形直立外壁,弧形直立外壁係沿著環形基座繞設並形成二端邊,二端邊則定義出弧形直立外壁的一間隙開口;及一環形捲筒,係套入環形外套的弧形直立外壁中並與環形外套彼此相互制衡,而使二者間的相對轉動則順暢。
- 如申請專利範圍第6項所述之索線儲存器,其中索線儲存器的一圓柱形內壁即環形捲筒的一圓柱形內壁。
- 如申請專利範圍第6或7項所述之索線儲存器,其中藉由複數個結構,將環形捲筒套入環形外套的弧形直立外壁中,以防止環形捲筒從套入的環形外壁中脫離,並容許環形外套與環形捲筒間能相對轉動。
- 如申請專利範圍第6至8項中任一項所述之索線儲存器,其中索線儲存器 之圓柱形內壁具有複數個結構,以容許索線儲存器可旋轉的連接至一旋轉裝置,而放出或拉回切除用索線。
- 如申請專利範圍第9項所述之索線儲存器,其中環形捲筒之圓柱形內壁具有複數個結構,以容許索線儲存器可旋轉的連接至一旋轉裝置,而放出或拉回切除用索線。
