顯示裝置
本發明涉及一種顯示器裝置,其根據包含在視訊信號中的像素資料,藉由數位地驅動以矩陣圖形排列的像素來實現顯示。
現今,已經針對改進有機EL顯示器作出大量的研究和開發。自發光有機EL顯示裝置的優勢在於達到高對比度。而且,因為有機EL元件具有高反應率,是有可能顯示包括快速移動的視訊而不模糊。
目前,利用薄膜電晶體(TFT)來驅動有機EL元件的主動矩陣型顯示器已成為最普遍的應用,以響應高清晰度和高解析度之需求。這種顯示器典型地利用設置在基板上的有機EL元件來製造,所述基板上形成有低溫多晶TFT等。由於TFT的高遷移率和穩定操作,雖然低溫多晶TFT適合作為有機EL顯示的驅動元件,卻仍然存在廣泛的特徵變化的問題,像是臨界值或遷移率。當在飽和區域內應用恒定的電流驅動導致像素間不均勻時,在顯示器中明顯出現不均勻亮度。因此,揭露了一種數位驅動方法,藉由在線性區域中操作TFT來作為開關,以減少顯示不均勻性。例如,在日本專利2005-275315A(專利文獻1)和日本專利2005-331891A(專利文獻2)中揭露了在數位驅動中,利用複數個副框來達成複數個灰階值,因為在兩個值內控制像素、照明或非照明(副框型數位驅動)。

在傳統的副框型數位驅動中,很容易就發生假輪廓。特別地,抑制由視線高速移動造成之靜止影像中的假輪廓,仍然是個主要問題。專利文獻1揭露一種藉由增加頻率(再新速率)抑制假輪廓的方法。然而,隨著更高的頻率增加了功率損耗,在高頻下恆定的驅動是不佳的。因此,如果可以根據所顯示視訊的本質來改變再新速率,僅當視頻極有可能造成假輪廓被顯示時,藉由利用高頻,變得可能功率損耗的增加限制到一最小值。
應留意當改變再新速率時,視訊將導致假輪廓的可能性被精準地決定是必要的。如果假輪廓現實的可能性可以精確地偵測,則可以確定適當的頻率範圍。進而,有效地控制能夠同時抑制假輪廓並減少功率損耗。如果假輪廓顯示的可能性可被精準地偵測,則變得有可能決定出適當的頻率範圍。接著,有效控制能夠同時抑制假輪廓且降低功率損耗是變得有可能的。相反地,如果偵測是不精準的,此頻率可能會超出所需地被升高或降低,且因此,假輪廓抑制和降低功率損耗的有效組合是無法預期的。
本發明提供一種顯示裝置,其根據視訊信號之像素資料,藉著數位地驅動在矩陣圖形中排列的像素來執行顯示,該顯示裝置包含:一驅動器,其利用從一像素之該像素資料獲得複數個位元資料,以分配該等位元資料至一對應的副框;配置具有預定數量之單元圖框的一圖框;且在每個單元圖框中,供應對應的位元資料至各個像素,來數位地驅動每個像素;以及一分析電路,基於一真輪廓存在與否,分析該視訊信號之一螢幕中一假輪廓的發生機率,其中基於該視訊信號之一顯示方法是依照該分析電路之一分析結果來設定。
較佳為,該分析電路基於一螢幕視訊資料偵測一些假輪廓的發生位置和一些真輪廓的發生位置,用以根據偵測數量之間的比率,分析在一螢幕之顯示器中假輪廓的發生機率。
進一步較佳為,該分析電路將一螢幕分割成複數個區塊,並基於每個區塊內假輪廓發生位置的數量和真輪廓發生位置的數量的比率,來分析在一螢幕之該顯示器中出現假輪廓的發生機率。
進一步較佳為,該驅動器基於該分析電路的分析結果在一圖框內改變一些單元圖框。
進一步較佳為,該分析電路利用目標像素的像素資料和在該目標像素周圍的周邊像素資料之間的比較,來決定是否可能出現假輪廓。
進一步較佳為,其中該像素包含有機EL元件。
如上所述,根據本發明,可以更精準地分析假輪廓的發生機率來瞭解適當解決假輪廓的問題。
本發明在下文中參考所附圖式描述較佳實施例。
第1圖顯示本發明實施例中顯示裝置101的整體配置。顯示裝置101包括像素陣列2,其中像素1以矩陣圖形排列,每一個都發射R(紅色)、G(綠色)和B(藍色)的任意一種;選擇驅動器4,用來選擇性地驅動選擇線6;資料驅動器5,用來驅動資料線7;以及多工器3,用來將資料驅動器5的輸出連接至R、G或B的資料線7。當每個資料線7被提供來對應每列像素1時,每一個選擇線6被提供來對應每行像素1。R、G和B的三個像素1形成很能夠全彩的全彩像素的一個單元。W(白色)的像素1可加入這些像素以形成RGBW的全彩像素單一單元。在這種情況下,加入W的資料線7並且多工器3其中之一被配置能夠選擇該W的資料線7。
第1圖所示的資料驅動器5包括輸入電路5-1、圖框記憶體5-2、輸出電路5-3和時序控制電路5-4,當作具有內嵌式記憶體的資料驅動器來操作。自外源的每個點(像素)的資料係輸入時序控制電路5-4,其中根據輸入資料產生控制信號,且供應至輸入電路5-1、圖框記憶體5-2和輸出電路5-3。
自時序控制電路5-4輸出的每個點的資料係利用輸入電路5-1轉換為每個線的資料,並對每個資料儲存在圖框記憶體5-2中。儲存在圖框記憶體5-2中的資料係被逐線讀出(is read out per line),並傳送至輸出電路5-3。多工器3按如R、G和B的順序來選擇。接著,當RGB的每個資料線7與輸出電路5-3依次連接時,對應的每個線的資料依照R、G和B的順序輸出至每個資料線7。
應注意的是,輸入資料可以單獨地針對R,G和B的每一個做輸入,在獨立提供R、G和B的每一個的圖框記憶體5-2的每一個中獨立儲存;以及依序從輸出電路503輸出。或者,RGB的輸入資料可以在按照R、G和B的順序排列之後輸入至輸入電路5-1,以形成全彩像素資料的一個單元,接著所有的輸入資料可以被寫入一個圖框記憶體5-2。
如上所示,因為資料驅動器5所需的輸出線的數量僅為全彩像素的單元數量,多工器3的使用可以簡化配置。因此,多工器3廣泛地被用在行動終端。例如,對於240×320的四分之一視訊圖形陣列(QVGA)的情況,因為資料驅動器5輸出線所需的數量僅為240減小輸出電路5-3的尺寸,使用多工器3的優勢在於可降低成本。沒有多工器3時,輸出線的所需數量為240x3=720,因為資料驅動器5的輸出線應分別連接至R、G和B的資料線。
當資料輸出至資料線7時,選擇驅動器4在輸出資料時刻選取選擇線6。以此方式,資料從資料驅動器5適當地寫入對應線的像素1。在完成資料寫入之後,選擇驅動器4釋放對應線的選擇,並重複選取和釋放每一個後續線的操作。也就是,操作選擇驅動器4用以每次僅選取一線。
提供選擇驅動器4經常作為如同像素在相同基板上的低溫多晶TFT。或者,提供選擇驅動器4作為驅動IC或資料驅動器5的內部組裝件。
第2圖顯示了時序控制電路5-4的內部配置。每個點的輸入資料和輸入控制信號係第一輸入資料分析電路5-5,用以分析何種資料係含蓋在視訊中。基於這個分析結果,再新速率控制電路5-6,伴隨視訊資料,輸出控制信號用以產生對輸入視訊係為最佳的再新速率。自再新速率控制電路5--6輸出的控制信號供應至圖框記憶體5-2、輸出電路5-3、選擇驅動器4等等。顯示裝置101於輸入視訊之最佳再新速率處顯示視訊。
第3圖圖示關於輸入視訊之再新速率以標準、2x、4x和8x之不同再新速率設定之假輪廓外觀的變化,當灰階資料“31(011111)”和“32(100000)”以在具有每個副框SF0至SF5,加權1:2:4:8:16:32的6位元灰階顯示器中係上下相鄰顯示。括弧內顯示的數字為位元資料。第3圖水平軸顯示時間。當觀看者的檢視線從頂部移動至底部時,觀看者觀察亮度圖形與(a-1)至(a-8)以及(b),(c)和(d)的箭頭所指之圖形相似,其根據再新速率而有所不同。隨著視訊以標準速率顯示時,也就是,輸入視訊具有相同的再新速率,則觀看者傾向觀察到具有31/63或32/64的亮度週期的亮度,然而,當檢視線沿(a-1)移動時,觀看者觀察在一個全圖框週期內連續的亮度,其顯示出假輪廓出現在顯示器上。
另一方面,如果再新速率設為2x(“雙速”),圖框週期縮短一半,而視訊快速形成,以便顯示器相對不會受到檢視線移動的影響。參考第3圖便可理解。如果檢視線的移動速度與上述示例一樣,則檢視線移動如箭頭(a-2)所示,故即使視線移動在任意時刻開始,也無法觀察到圖框週期內連續的亮度。結果,不會看到假輪廓。然而,如果觀看者的檢視線移動加快,如箭頭(b)所示,就會觀察到比預定亮度更大的亮度,導致顯示器上出現假輪廓的外觀。這對於再新速率為四或八倍基本速率(4x或8x)也是一樣的。如果視線的移動速度有限,如沿箭頭(a-4)或(a-8),則會觀察到少數的假輪廓。然而,如果視線的移動速度加到符合4x或8x,如箭頭(c)或(d),就會觀察到比預定亮度更大的亮度,再一次導致出現假輪廓。然而,由於人類視覺的實際追蹤速度有限,所以如果顯示器以高於某種程度的頻率再新(refreshed),則無法觀察到假輪廓。如此,為了防止假輪廓,越高的再新速率越好。根據本發明所進行的實驗,當應用4x或倍數更高的再新速率時,就不會觀察到假輪廓。實驗觀察亦證實,當藉由將最高有效位元(MSB)副框或另一相同副框分割為二個或更多個副框來減少亮度週期時,不需要將再新速率增至8x,藉由施予大約為4x的再新速率,可限制假輪廓。
然而,輸入視訊不須包括會導致假輪廓的資料。如果輸入視訊包括導致如第3圖所示的假輪廓時,再新速率最好愈高,但如果視訊不包括這種資料,為了降低功率損耗最好使用較低的頻率。
藉由比較相鄰像素之輸入資料的位元排列來決定是否有假輪廓將出現,將在隨後解釋之。當原始資料且係藉由在含蓋目標像素之相鄰像素群組的每一位元位資料上執行一OR操作所獲得的資料,和鄰近包括在目標像素之上、下、右、左和對角的像素的目標像素的像素間的比較結果有一個顯著差異時,可決定輸入視訊以導致假輪廓。舉例來說,在下文中研究一種具有灰階資料“31(011111)”的像素和一種具有灰階資料“32(100000)”的相鄰像素。這些相鄰像素之間的OR操作結果為“63(111111)”。獲得的結果大約為原始資料“31”的兩倍。如第3圖所示,由於可能出現明顯的假輪廓,可斷定標準再新速率在此是不充分的。另一方面,對於相鄰像素的灰階為“31(011111)”和“30(011110)”的示例,OR操作的結果為“31(011111)”。因為這些值大致相似,可斷定標準再新速率是充分的。
即使相鄰像素的灰階資料是不連續的,如(像素)值“33(100001)”和“30(011110)”,因為OR操作的結果為“63(111111)”,可決定這些相鄰像素將導致假輪廓。OR操作和資料比較使假輪廓的識別較可能發生。這種偵測除了利用位元OR操作外也可以利用位元操作執行,像是位元AND操 作。例如,在上述灰階資料“31(011111)”和“32(100000)”的示例中,各個位元AND操作的結果為“0(000000)”,其明顯不同於原始“31(011111)”。相反地,具有灰階資料值“31(011111)”和“30(011110)”時,位元AND操作的結果為“30(011110)”,其與原始灰階資料非常相似。因此,可決定不會有假輪廓出現。
如上所述,可利用比較相鄰像素的位元資料來偵測是否有假輪廓初現。然而,即使有會導致假輪廓(稱為“假輪廓像素”或“假輪廓發生位置”)的像素,如果這種像素的數量相對較小,則顯示器上的假輪廓是不會太明顯的。當有一些假輪廓出現在某些顯示區時,假輪廓像素僅影響顯示器的外觀。因為這種特徵,可以藉由計算某些區域內假輪廓像素的大概數量而估算假輪廓程度(false contour degree)。
例如,如第4A圖所示,一個螢幕分割為複數個區域分割單元(區塊),其可以具有固定的位置或可週期性地改變位置。利用在每個區域分割單元(區塊)內計算假輪廓像素的結果而形成如第4B圖所示的直方圖。分析這個直方圖來決定那一個區域包括有意義數量的假輪廓像素。可預計在包含最多數量之假輪廓像素的區域內之最明顯的假輪廓。因此,再新速率可基於該區域之假輪廓像素的數量來決定。
然而,用簡單計算假輪廓像素獲得的計數值無法精確反映假輪廓的視覺感知程度。例如,在兩個視訊信號的示例中,具有最大計數值100的視訊“A”和具有最大計數值20的視訊“B”,如果應用上述控制方法,則具有最大計數值100的視訊A的再新速率係設定得比視訊B的再新速率還高。然而,對視訊B而言有些情況係應設定較高的再新速率。
例如,如第5A圖所示,當假輪廓像素圍繞文本散射時,假輪廓像素(由“X”標記代表)不是很明顯。相反地,如第5B圖所示,當假輪廓以相對平面背景(plain background)的一直線排列時,假輪廓變得明顯。可能因為具有文本的假輪廓並不明顯,由於不像如第5B圖所示,故當觀看一平面背景時,觀看者將注意力集中在文本的輪廓。進一步地,另一個原因是人的視覺傾向於聚焦在具有輪廓的物體,所以當本文或其它等等其檢視線傾向保持專注時,被顯示的假輪廓較不可能被注意到。另一方面,當觀看者在如第5B圖所示的平面背景上觀看具有假輪廓的視訊時,觀看者的檢視線從一個地方移動到另一個地方搜索目標,以聚焦於這個目標。結果,吸引觀看者注意的假輪廓可能為重複或連續不適的來源。另一方面,在第5A圖中,當檢視線聚焦在文本時,檢視線不會漂移。即使視線漂移導致一假輪廓,由於文本輪廓所產生之強烈印象,導致假輪廓比較不可能引起觀看者的感知。
這種人類視覺之特徵在估算假輪廓像素的計數值的研究,使其可能計算出更接近指出實際視覺感知的值。
有幾種方法可以用於估算計數值。最簡單且通常最有效的方法是獲得每個區域分割單元中假輪廓像素的計數值和相同區域內視訊的真輪廓的計數值之間的比率(假輪廓對比),接著在區域分割單元中計算出具有最高比率的輪廓對比。計算可以利用下面方程式表示:
假輪廓對比度=假輪廓像素的計數值/真輪廓像素的計數值(方程式1)
當假輪廓彼此靠近使假輪廓更加明顯時,則假輪廓對比度變大。當背景中存在少量真輪廓時,假輪廓對比度變得更大。依照這個方式用假輪廓對比度可不僅參考假輪廓像素的數量,且在假輪廓的背景中是否存在真輪廓。因此,數量上可估算假輪廓的明顯性,以便獲得地值將更真實地反映出實際視覺感知。
可以注意到的是,假輪廓對比度可藉由將假輪廓像素的計數值和真輪廓像素的計數值之間的比率增加至1/2、1/n或x次冪而獲得。或者,藉由計算對數(LOG)值來定義假輪廓對比度。當假輪廓對比度按照這個方式計算地時候,儘管當分母很小時,可減少計算導致相當高的假輪廓對比度。
在第5A圖和第5B圖所示的示例中,如果第5A圖中的假輪廓像素的最大計數值為100而第5B圖中為20時,只要像是文本的真輪廓存在,儘管當第5A圖中的計數值變得非常高時,第5A圖中的假輪廓對比度不會比第5B圖高,因為第5B圖中的真輪廓的計數值在任意區域內為0。然而,因為無法計算數字除以0的除法,故設定有限值。可適當地利用設定這個值獲得接近實際視覺感知的值。
以下將詳細描述利用假輪廓對比度(假輪廓對比度方法)在估算方法中處理資料。第6圖顯示資料分析電路5-5的內部配置,其中輪廓對比方法應用於將一個螢幕分割成N個區域。同時輸入至資料分析電路5-5的像素資料和週邊像素資料係首先進入到假輪廓偵測器5-7以及真輪廓偵測器5-8。假輪廓偵測器5-7利用位元操作或其它操作來估算特定像素是否會導致假輪廓。當決定了像素將導致假輪廓時,屬於該像素的區域之假輪廓計數器5-9增加其計數。真輪廓偵測器5-8決定視訊中包括真輪廓的範圍。例如,當像素資料和週邊像素資料之間的差別大於某些值的時候,可決定真輪廓的存在,以算出屬於該像素的區域的真輪廓計數器5-10(真輪廓像素,真輪廓出現位置)。當假輪廓像素存在時,假輪廓計數器5-9會增加其一個計數,且當真輪廓像素存在時,真輪廓計數器5-10會增加其一個計數。或者,這些計數器可以增加對應假輪廓存在發生機率的值。進一步地,可利用增加像素資料和週邊像素資料之間的差,對應真輪廓存在發生機率的值,可加到計數器。
此外,優選地是,在每個RGB顏色中,偵測假或真輪廓,並利用偵測值中的最高值作為全彩單元像素的代表值。更具體地,對每個RGB顏色中的像素資料和週邊像素資料,可同時進入假輪廓偵測器5-7和真輪廓偵測器5-8。可分別計算假輪廓可能生和真輪廓可能生。較佳是,假輪廓計數器5-9和真輪廓計數器5-10的計數係根據最高值。
假輪廓計數器5-9和真輪廓計數器5-10在每圖框的開始點重置並初始化為0(零)。像素資料通常從螢幕的頂部左邊輸入至底部右邊。因此,基於輸入資料順序識別像素屬於的區域分割單元。因此,對偵測假輪廓或真輪廓的像素導致所述像素所屬假輪廓計數器5-9或真輪廓計數器5-10中任意一個的計數增加。當完成一圖框週期的時候,一螢幕的假輪廓像素和真輪廓像素的數量係藉由計數器來計數。
當對一螢幕完成偵測時,基於來自假輪廓計數器5-9和真輪廓計數器5-10的值,對每個區域的假輪廓對比度係利用計算單元5-11來計算。計算值中最大值係儲存在暫存器5-12中。單一共用計算單元5-11可以用來計算假輪廓對比度,利用假輪廓計數器1至N和真輪廓計數器1至N,依次計算假輪廓對比度值,來獲得最大值。基於這個最大值,再新速率控制電路5-6調節再新速率,用以輸出控制信號和視訊資料,使得視訊以最佳再新速率顯示。
較佳地,藉由計算以上所示每個圖框輪廓對比度來設定再新速率,因為這使得裝置快速地回應影像快速被切換的視訊。然而,如果不經常顯示視訊移動影像,對複數個圖框來說可獲得一螢幕的假輪廓對比值。在這個情況中,因為全N個分區的假輪廓計數器5-9和真輪廓計數器5-10不是必須的,某些計數器是可以被忽略的。例如,如果一區域分割單元的偵測器係利用一圖框來執行,由於一螢幕的偵測可用N個圖框來執行,故僅只需要一個假輪廓計數器5-9和一個真輪廓計數器5-10。
或者,藉由提供具有一真輪廓計數器5-10的假輪廓計數器5-9之分割數量N,利用一螢幕真輪廓之計數值,來計算輪廓對比度。這個配置亦可有效地顯示輪廓,導致第5B圖的輪廓對比度比第5A圖高。
第7圖顯示根據假輪廓對比度設定再新速率的示例。基本上,假輪廓對比度愈高,再新速率設定愈高。在第7圖所示的示例中,當假輪廓對比度是低的時候,則再新速率快速增加,但接著在假輪廓對比度達到某種程度後就慢慢地改變。然而,再新速率不必須具有平穩連續的變化特性。反而,再新速率可具有特性使得以逐步形式變為整數倍或以線性形式改變。可以利用查對表等等,假輪廓對比度和再新速率是有關聯的,其係可於再新速率電路5-6內被提供。更具體來說,當利用資料分析電路5-5計算最大假輪廓對比值係進入再新速率控制電路5-6時,根據查對表設定再新速率。再新速率控制電路5-6輸出控制信號和視訊資料,使得像素陣列2以較佳的再新速率被驅動。
第8圖顯示了像素1的配置。而第9圖顯示了,再新速率的加速度、四速數位驅動時序圖。如第8圖所示,像素1包括有機EL元件10、驅動電晶體11、選擇電晶體12和儲存電容13。有機EL元件10的陽極和陰極分別與所有像素共通的驅動電晶體11的汲極端子和陰極電極9連接。驅動電晶體11的源極端子與所有像素共通的電源線8連接,而閘極端子與儲存電容13的一端連接,並且亦與選擇電晶體12的源極端子連接。儲存電容13的另一端與電源線18連接。選擇電晶體12的閘極端子和汲極端子分別連接到選擇線6和資料線7。可以意識到的是電源線8和陰極電極9沒有在第1圖圖示所有的配置。
當選擇線6利用選擇驅動器4選擇(低)時,選擇電晶體12被開啟,並且供應至資料線7的資料電位係應用到驅動電晶體11的閘極端子,以控制驅動電晶體11的開/關。例如,當資料線7的資料電位為低的時候,則驅動電晶體11被開啟來導致電流流經有機EL元件10,據以發亮。相反地,當資料線7的資料電位為高的時候,驅動電晶體11係關閉,以便沒有電流流經有機EL元件10,也就是據以關閉。施加至驅動電晶體11之閘極端子的資料電位,係儲存在儲存電容13中。因此,即使利用選擇驅動器4選擇電晶體12係關閉(高),仍維持著驅動電晶體11的開/關狀態。有機EL元件10維持其發亮狀態(開或關)直到下一圖框到來。可以意識到的是,儘管第8圖中的像素1僅包括P型電晶體,也可以包括P型和N型電晶體,或僅使用N型電晶體。此外,像素1可以具有除了第8圖所示的傳統配置之外的其他配置。
第9圖(上圖)圖示在一單元圖框週期內的副框結構,其中6位元灰階顯示可以利用6個副框實現。也就是,利用一單元圖框顯示6位灰階。6位元顯示可始於最不重要的位元,SF0,並於最重要的位元,SF5完成。然而,從最不重要位到最重要位元,在這個順序中是沒有必要使用副框。反而,此順序係可從最重要位元到最不重要位元,或者使用隨機順序。當如第1圖所示的顯示裝置係用來執行如第9圖的上圖所示的驅動時,每個線,L0至L4,於時間T時有必要地以時間分割方式時來選擇之,而控制位元資料用來被寫入對應的線。更具體地,應執行時間分割選擇,使得在時間T,資料位元0、1、2、3和4時分別寫入線L0、L1、L2、L3和L4。如專利文獻2中詳細描述的控制方法的實例,在此不提出說明。
如果如第9圖(上圖)所示的單元圖框週期為,例如,1/4圖框週期,則四個單元圖框構成第9圖下圖所示的一個圖框週期,導致產生以4x速度來顯示。也就是,藉由改變單元圖框週期可以改變再新速率。因此,再新速率控制電路5-6利用設定時鐘週期或水平週期產生如第9圖所示的副框時序,以對應一設定再新速率之單元圖框週期的方法,來改變再新速率。
可以意識到的是,儘管第8圖圖示之像素1係以單一像素來配置,但像素1可以包含兩個或兩個以上的子像素。用此類配置,仍舊可以改變再新速率,以類似方式減少假輪廓。
進一步地,很明顯地根據本發明實施例之技術,當這些顯示是以副框型數位驅動來驅動時,係可用於所有類型之有機EL顯示器,像是微型顯示器;自發射顯示器,像是等離子顯示器、場發射顯示器,以及無機EL顯示器;以及光學裝置,像是數位微鏡裝置(DMD)。

Claims (4)

  1. 一種顯示裝置,其根據視訊信號之像素資料,藉著數位地驅動在矩陣圖形中排列的像素來執行顯示,該顯示裝置包含:一驅動器,其利用從一像素之該像素資料獲得複數個位元資料,以分配該等位元資料至一對應的副框;配置具有預定數量之單元圖框的一圖框;且在每個單元圖框中,供應對應的位元資料至各個像素,來數位地驅動每個像素;以及一分析電路,基於一真輪廓存在與否,分析該視訊信號之一螢幕中一假輪廓的發生機率,其中基於該視訊信號之一顯示方法是依照該分析電路之一分析結果來設定,其中該分析電路基於一螢幕視訊資料偵測一些假輪廓的發生位置和一些真輪廓的發生位置,用以根據偵測數量之間的比率,分析在一螢幕之顯示器中假輪廓的發生機率,以及其中該分析電路將一螢幕分割成複數個區塊,並基於每個區塊內假輪廓發生位置的數量和真輪廓發生位置的數量的比率,來分析在一螢幕之該顯示器中出現假輪廓的發生機率。
  2. 依據申請專利範圍第1項所述的顯示裝置,其中該驅動器基於利用該分析電路的分析結果在一圖框內改變一些單元圖框的週期。
  3. 依據申請專利範圍第1項所述的顯示裝置,其中該分析電路利用目標像素的像素資料和在該目標像素周圍的周邊像素資料之間的比較,來決定是否可能出現假輪廓。
  4. 依據申請專利範圍第1項至第3項任一項所述的顯示裝置,其中該像素包含一有機EL元件。
