Description

文獻上已討論過乙酸乙烯酯和新烷酸乙烯酯之共聚物,用於油漆。〈乳液聚合物用之新乙烯酯單體〉載於《Progress in Organic Coating》第22卷第19-25頁,Elsevier(1993)討論過抗水性和塗裝效能,而〈乳液聚合物之疏水性塗裝〉載於《Journal of Coating Technology》第73卷第912期第43-55頁(2001),討論過調顏料之油漆。
US 5576384討論到低發射分散油漆,其共聚物組成份包括單體單位,衍自不飽和之水解性有機矽化合物,基於乙烯酯類,諸如乙酸乙烯酯和新癸酸乙烯酯。
因此,技術上指涉使用新癸酸乙烯酯為該項共聚物內之共聚用單體。新癸酸類,尤指C9-11
酸類之製法,係由烯烴系化合物與一氧化碳,再與水反應,製成高度支鏈酸類,在鄰接羧基的α碳原子上,含有新結構。該新烷酸類市上蜆殼公司有售,商標名稱有Versatics、VeoVa 9或VeoVa 10。其製造過程是以技術方式,在諸如三氟化硼等路易士酸存在下進行,載於Weissermel,Arpe《工業有機化學》第三版,1988年,第150-152頁。由於鄰基的立體效應,基於新癸酸之酯類,顯示高度抗熱性,和對水之高度水解穩定性,而C9
-C11
新癸酸類(VeoVa 10)之乙烯酯類,用來生產共聚物,供樹脂內之粘合劑用。此等共聚物之例,包括30% VeoVa 10和70%乙酸乙烯酯,載於〈乳液聚合物用之新乙烯酯單體〉,見《Progress in Organic Coating》第22卷第19-25頁,Elsevier(1993)。
新癸酸類之製造過程,需在路易士酸存在下,於寡聚物烯烴加壓添加一氧化碳,再於第二步驟加水,回收所需酸。由於複雜的製造過程,新癸酸類成本相當高,生產量有限。
所以,本發明之目的,在於提供一種共聚物組成份,性質與基於新癸酸乙烯酯之共聚物組成份相似,但使用成本誘人且易得之乙烯酯類。本發明解決此目的是提供共聚物,包括乙酸乙烯酯和3,5,5-三甲基乙酸乙烯酯,視需要附加單體單位和/或交聯官能基,以及基於此等共聚物之粘合劑,以改進性能,諸如在包括此等共聚物的物品中之水解穩定性、抗溶劑性和抗水性、對低能量表面之接著性,並具有高度乾燥強度、潤濕強度、機械性強度等。
本發明針對一種共聚物組成物,包括:(a)5-95 pphwm,更好是10-90 pphwm之乙酸乙烯酯;(b)95-5 pphwm,更好是90-10 pphwm之3,5,5-三甲基己酸乙烯酯,其中相對應3,5,5-三甲基己酸之3,5,5-
三甲基己酸異構物含量至少88%重量。
本發明共聚物包括乙酸乙烯酯(VA)和3,5,5-三甲基己酸乙烯酯,其中相對應3,5,5-三甲基己酸之3,5,5-三甲基己酸異構物含量至少88%重量,以至少97%重量為佳。
3,5,5-三甲基己酸係由二異丁烯與一氧化碳和氫之混合物,在諸如鈷或銠觸媒等過渡金屬觸媒存在下,以氫甲基化(亦稱為羰基反應)製成。二異丁烯基市售是由C4
流以蒸汽裂解製成,主要包括2,4,4-三甲基戊烯-1和2,4,4-三甲基戊烯-2(見Hydrocarbon Process.52(1973),No.4,pp.171-173;Ullmann氏《工業化學百科》第6版,第6卷第3頁)。
由二異丁烯經氫甲基化反應所得醛混合物,包括3,5,5-三甲基己醛主成份,連同少量3,4,4-和3,4,5-三甲基己醛。此外,還有很少量的其他醛類,諸如2,5,5-三甲基己醛、4,5,5-三甲基己醛和6,6-二甲基庚醛存在。醛混合物經氧或含氧氣體,加以氧化,得3,5,5-三甲基己酸,為異構性酸混合物,再經精製。從二異丁烯的氫甲基化開始,接著3,5,5-三甲基己醛經氧化,以生產3,5,5-三甲基己酸,為已知技術,見Ullmann氏《工業化學百科》第5版,第A5卷,1986年,第244頁,Wiley出版社,而市售3,5,5-三甲基己酸顯示3,5,5-三甲基己酸異構物含量至少88%重量。3,5,5-三甲基己酸以技術上已知製法進一步處理,成為3,5,5-三甲基己酸乙烯酯,見Weissermel,Arpe《工業有機化學》第三版,1988年,第248-250頁,VCH出版公司。
聚合物系統內含3,5,5-三甲基己酸乙烯酯,可達成優良效能之疏水性、低能量表面接著性和水解穩定性。3,5,5-三甲基己酸部份的獨特而明確結構之重點是,在羥鏈末端具有新結構,而在鄰接羥基部份的α碳原子無烷基取代物,以確保最高水準之恒常效能。又,3,5,5-三甲基己酸較在鄰接羧酸部份的α碳原子具有新結構之支鏈新烷羧酸,方便以經濟誘人的成本取得。本發明共聚物組成份內存在的3,5,5-三甲基己酸乙
烯酯,係從3,5,5-三甲基己酸異構物含量至少88%重量,更好是97%重量之3,5,5-三甲基己酸衍生。
本發明共聚物組成份可視情形含一種或多種附加共聚用單體,和/或官能性單體,選自包括下列之群組:(i)40-1 pphwm之至少一種α-烯烴,以35-5 pphwm為佳,25-10 pphwm更好;(ii)10-0.1 pphwm之至少一種官能性單體,以8-0.5 pphwm為佳,8-2 pphwm更好;(iii)40-1 pphwm之乙烯系不飽和羧酸至少一種酯,以30-5 pphwm為佳,20-5 pphwm更好。
該共聚物之組成與合成,是為了一般可用於與乳液連接,例如做為編織或非織製品等纖維質基材、油漆、接著劑多孔性或非多孔性基材、營建水泥質組成物、再分散性粉劑之粘合劑。
此外,本發明組成份可以分散液乾燥所得再分散性粉劑之形式,用於瓷磚接著劑組成物,或以溶解形式,做為建築基材之底漿。
「官能性單體」包含自交聯單體,以及具有官能性部份的單體單位,包含穩定部份,諸如能夠與交聯材料等反應之離子基或羥基。
「pphwm」縮寫指百分之一重量單體,除非另有指定,係基於供應至反應媒質的單體而言。
「烷基(甲基)丙烯酸酯」指丙烯酸烷酯和甲基丙烯酸烷酯,典型上為C1-12
烷基,諸如丙烯酯丁酯或2-乙基己基丙烯酸酯等。又提供附加單體,諸如α-烯烴單體。適用之α-烯烴單體例,包含乙烯、丙烯、α-丁烯、α-戊烯、α-己烯或α-辛烯。
較佳聚合物包含上述乳液異種聚合物,惟視情形包含其他共聚用單體。其他潛在性有用之共聚用單體有1-庚烯、丁二烯、己二烯、異戊二烯、苯乙烯、甲基苯乙烯或二乙烯基
苯。又有其他乙烯系不飽和單體,其例包含鹵化單體,諸如氯乙烯、二氯乙烯、氯丁二烯或氯苯乙烯。
本發明共聚物可利用製造乙酸乙烯酯聚合物之各種技術製成,包含塊狀、溶液、分散液和乳液製法,見Kirk-Othmer《化學科技百科》第3版,第23卷第831-845頁(Wiley 1983)所載。本發明組成物之製造可使用無自由基乳液聚合之連續或不連續製法進行。進行聚合可借助習用反應容器,諸如迴路或攪拌反應器進行。以使用不連續製法為佳。
在此等製法中可採用水溶性和/或油溶性引發劑系統,諸如過氧二硫酸塩、偶氮化合物、過氧化氫、有機氫過氧化物或二苯甲醯基過氧化物。凡此可單獨使用,或併用還原化合物組合,諸如二價鐵塩、焦亞硫酸鈉、亞硫酸氫鈉、亞硫酸鈉、二硫酸鈉、甲醛硫羥酸鈉、抗壞血酸,做為氧化還原觸媒系統。在聚合之前、之際或之後,可添加乳化劑,和/或視適當情形,加保護膠體、添加劑和/或輔助劑。乳化劑例包含烷基芳基聚乙二醇醚類和烷基聚二醇醚類(各以每分子具有8至50莫耳環氧乙烷單位為佳)、環氧乙烷與環氧丙烷之嵌段共聚物、烷基磺酸酯或烷基芳基磺酸酯、烷基硫酸酯、烷基和芳基硫酸酯或磷酸酯(各在親脂性部份最好有8-18個碳原子,而在親水性部份有50個環氧乙烷或環氧丙烷單位),以及磺丁二酸或烷基酚之單酯類或二酯類(各在烷基最好有8-18碳原子)。較佳型式之乳化劑,在親脂性部份不含直鏈烷基酚單位。
本發明聚合物組成份可視情形接枝於多羥基聚合物,諸如聚乙烯醇,載於US 5,354,803,以適當聚合物接枝於組成物之任何適當技術均可用。接枝用之其他適當多羥基化合物,可包含糖、醚化纖維素衍生物和澱粉。
可用的乙烯系不飽和羧酸酯類代表例,包含丙烯酸烷基酯和甲基丙烯酸烷基酯,其中烷基含C1-12
或C1-10
,以及丁酸、順丁烯二酸、反丁烯二酸或亞甲基丁二酸等之酯類。具
有乙烯系不飽和之較佳代表性其他酯類,包含甲酸乙烯酯、丙酸或丁酸乙烯酯。丙烯酸酯乳膠內之聚合物骨架,可為親水性或疏水性,包括聚合之軟質單體和/或硬質單體。軟質和硬質單體係指在聚合時,可製成軟質或硬質聚合物,或介於其中的聚合物之單體。較佳軟質丙烯酸單體係選自含C2-8
烷基之丙烯酸烷基酯,包含丙烯酸乙酯、丙烯酸丙酯、丙烯酸正丁酯和2-乙基己基丙烯酸酯。硬質丙烯酸酯單體係選自含C3
以下烷基之甲基丙烯酸烷基酯,並選自非丙烯酸單體,諸如苯乙烯和取代苯乙烯、丙烯腈、氯乙烯,以及其均聚物Tg在50℃以上之一般任何相容性單體。較佳丙烯酸酯單體係選自含C1-12

單羧酸、α,β-不飽和C5-8

較佳不飽和單羧酸有例如丙烯酸、甲基丙烯酸和丁烯酸,及其酐類;不飽和二羧酸,例如順丁烯二酸、反丁烯二酸、亞甲基丁二酸和甲基順丁烯二酸,及其與C1-12
烷醇類之單酯類,諸如順丁烯二酸單用酯和順丁烯二酸單正丁酯。另外較佳乙烯系不飽和離子性單體,有乙烯系不飽和磺酸,例如乙烯基磺酸、2-丙烯醯胺基-2-甲基丙磺酸、2-丙烯醯氧基丙磺酸、3-甲基丙烯醯氧基丙磺酸、乙烯基苯磺酸,以及乙烯系不飽和膦酸,例如乙烯基膦酸。
此外,除上述酸類外,亦可用其塩類,以其鹼金屬塩類或其銨塩類為佳,尤其是其鈉塩,例如乙烯基磺酸和2-丙烯醯胺基丙磺酸之鈉塩。
上述乙烯系不飽和游離酸類,存在於pH 11之水溶液內,主要以其共軛基礎之形式,呈陰離子式,像上述塩類,
稱為陰離子單體。
官能性單體包含後交聯共聚用單體,技術上偶爾稱為自交聯單體。此等單體包含例如丙烯醯胺基乙醇酸、甲基丙烯醯胺基乙醇酸甲酯、N-羥甲基丙烯醯胺、N-異丁氧基丙烯醯胺、N-羥甲基甲基丙烯醯胺、N-羥甲基胺甲酸烯丙酯,烷基醚類,諸如N-羥甲基丙烯醯胺、N-羥甲基甲基丙烯醯胺和N-羥甲基胺甲酸烯丙酯之異丁氧基醚類或酯類。
另適用做官能性單體者有交聯環氧化物官能性共聚用單體,諸如甲基丙烯酸環氧丙酯和丙烯酸環氧丙酯。其他例有矽官能性共聚用單體,諸如丙烯氧基丙基三(烷氧基)矽烷和甲基丙烯氧基丙基三(烷氧基)矽烷、乙烯基三烷氧基矽烷和乙烯基甲基二烷氧基矽烷,可存在之烷氧基有例如甲氧基、乙氧基和乙氧基丙二醇醚自由基。值得一提的有用單體具有羥基或羰基,例如甲基丙烯酸和丙烯酸羥烷基酯,諸如丙烯酸或甲基丙烯酸羥乙酯、羥丙酯或羥丁酯,以及丙烯酸或甲基丙烯酸二丙酮丙烯醯胺和乙醯基乙氧基乙酯,見US 2007/0112117所載。
可與本發明聯合用做官能性單體之交聯劑,也是前交聯共聚用單體,諸如複數乙烯系不飽和共聚用單體,例如己二酸二乙烯酯、二乙烯基苯、己二醇二丙烯酸酯、順丁烯二酸二烯丙酯、甲基丙烯酸烯丙酯,或三聚氰酸三烯丙酯。
在較佳具體例中,共聚物組成份包括:(a)5-89 pphwm乙酸乙烯酯,以20-85 pphwm為佳;(b)40-10 pphwm 3,5,5-三甲基己酸乙烯酯;(c)40-1 pphwm(甲基)丙烯酸烷基酯單體單位,以20-15 pphwm為佳;其中相對應3,5,5-三甲基己酸之3,5,5-三甲基己酸異構物含量至少88%重量,以至少97%重量為佳;係在0.5-15 pphwm,更好是4-10 pphwm聚乙烯醇做為保護膠體之存在下,經乳液聚合製成。所得乳膠可經噴霧乾燥,
轉變成再分散性粉劑,最後用於瓷磚接著劑之配方。
(甲基)丙烯酸烷基酯單體一般選自(甲基)丙烯酸酯C1-12
烷基酯單位,可為例如丙烯酸丁酯單位。
在本發明另一具體例中,提供一種共聚物組成份,包括:(a)5-89.9 pphwm乙酸乙烯酯,以50-89.7 pphwm為佳;(b)40-10 pphwm 3,5,5-三甲基己酸乙烯酯;(c)10-0.1 pphwm官能性單體單位,以5-0.3 pphwm為佳;其中相對應3,5,5-三甲基己酸之3,5,5-三甲基己酸異構物含量至少88%重量,以至少97%重量為佳。
官能性單體單位以交聯單體單位為佳,更好是自交聯單體單位。在較佳具體例中,共聚物組成份含0.3-5 pphwm自交聯單體單位,諸如乙烯基三烷氧基矽烷。共聚物可經由乳液聚合製成,最後乳膠可做為油漆之粘合劑。
在本發明又一具體例中,提供一種共聚物組成份,包括:(a)10-90 pphwm乙酸乙烯酯,以60-90 pphwm為佳;(b)40-10 pphwm 3,5,5-三甲基己酸乙烯酯,其中相對應3,5,5-三甲基己酸之3,5,5-三甲基己酸異構物含量至少88%重量,以至少97%重量為佳。
共聚物經由溶液聚合製成,使用乙酸乙烯酯為溶劑,所得溶液可用做石膏或水泥等建築基材之溶劑底漿。
如上所述,本發明共聚物組成份可在油漆配方內用做粘合劑,通常是5-35份重量共聚物組成份對50-70份重量填料和顏料。
所用較佳填料有例如碳酸鈣、菱鎂礦、雲母石、高嶺土、雲母、滑石、矽石、硫酸鈣、長石、硫酸鋇、塑膠粒。填料可用做個別成份。填料之混合物,諸如碳酸鈣/高嶺
土、碳酸鈣/高嶺土/滑石,已知為實務上特別有用。為增加遮蓋率,並節省二氧化鈦,常用微粉化填料,例如微粉化碳酸鈣,以及有不同粒徑分配的諸種碳酸鈣之混合物。
所用白顏料之例,有氧化鋅、硫化鋅、鹼式碳酸鉛、三氧化銻、鋅鋇白(硫化鋅+硫酸鋇),和較佳的二氧化鈦。宜用的無機著色顏料例,有氧化鐵、碳黑、石墨、發光顏料、鋅黃、鋅綠、群青和錳黑。適當之有機著色顏料較佳者,有例如靛藍、偶氮染料、蔥醌和靛藍染料,以及甲亞胺系列之金屬複合物顏料。
除填料和顏料外,油漆配方包括水和輔助劑,諸如分散劑、稠化劑、消泡劑和防腐劑,均為技術上已知。
以下實施例進一步說明本發明,而非限制本發明。使用3,5,5-三甲基己酸乙烯酯,係基於市售3,5,5-三甲基己酸之3,5,5-三甲基己酸異構物含量至少88%重量。
實施例1
取120克水、7.33克Mowiol 1388溶液(水內12% w/w)、0.6克硫酸亞鐵1%水溶液,和31克甲醛硫羥酸鈉5%水溶液,裝入3公升反應器內,此反應器設有錨或閘攪拌器、冷凝器、熱電偶,和連接到恒溫浴之外套。用氮沖洗後,把含58克乙酸乙烯酯、12克丙烯酸丁酯和8克3,5,5-三甲基己酸乙烯酯之單體混合物,加料入反應器內。
反應器料加熱到50℃;再將40.5克過氧化氫5%水溶液、36克甲醛硫羥酸鈉5%水溶液、67.5克碳酸氫鈉5%水溶液,進料至反應器,歷4小時30分鐘;開始聚合後(溫度升高△T=3℃),將767克乙酸乙烯酯、98克丙烯酸丁酯和157克3,5,5-三甲基己酸乙烯酯之混合物,進料入反應器,經4小時以上。加料完畢時,添加額外量引發劑,以降低殘餘單體水準,生成物在最高溫度保持30分鐘。聚合結束所得分散液之固體含量50%,Brookfield RVT粘度<300 mPa*s(23
℃,20 rpm,1號錠子),在75微米篩選剩餘<0.03%,pH=4.5-5.5。
乳膠再經噴霧乾燥法,轉變成再分散性粉劑,最後用於瓷磚接著劑配方。技術特徵可與參考文獻所得媲美,即由同樣處方製成的乳膠,3,5,5-三甲基己酸乙烯酯改用同量(w/w)之Veova®
10。
實施例2
取267克乙烯甲酯、181克乙酸乙烯酯、46克3,5,5-三甲基己酸乙烯酯、0.05克檸檬酸和0.290克二(4-三級丁基環己基)過氧二碳酸酯,載入3公升反應器內,反應器設有錨或閘攪拌器、冷凝器、熱電偶,和連接至恒溫浴之外套。把1克二(4-三級丁基環己基)過氧二碳酸酯,溶入78克乙烯甲酯內(S1)。
反應器料加熱到65℃,以熱引發聚合;開始反應後,取47克S1,以及672克乙酸乙烯酯和167克3,5,5-三甲基己酸乙烯酯之混合物,加料到反應器,歷4小時。於加料之際(開始時間=0),進行下列添加:t=30分鐘,添加88克乙酸甲酯;t=1小時,添加10.6克S1,設定恒溫浴溫度為75℃;t=2小時,添加10.6克S1;t=3小時,添加10.6克S1和590克乙酸甲酯。加料完畢時,保持生成物在最高溫度1小時。聚合結束所得溶液之固體含量51%,Brookfield RVT粘度為8000 mPa*s(23℃,20 rpm,5號錠子)。
實施例3
於裝設有錨或閘攪拌器、冷凝器、熱電偶和連接至恒溫浴之外套的3公升反應器內,載入394克水和1.8克乙酸鈉。取含有700克乙酸乙烯酯、300克3,5,5-三甲基己酸乙烯酯和2克乙烯基三乙氧基矽烷之單體的混合物,添加於含23克Cetopal O55、18克Rhodacal Ds4/E25、11克硫羥酸乙烯酯25%水溶液、5.6克乙酸鈉和0.2克消泡劑Comiel L808E之409克水中,在攪拌下形成預乳液。
把反應器內之初料加熱至70℃,再加75克預乳液,以溶於10克水的0.4克過硫酸銨,引發反應。剩餘預乳液再連同70克水內含3.1克過硫酸銨之溶液,加料入反應器內,歷4.5小時以上。在反應全程中保持溫度在78-84℃。加料時間結束時,生成物保持在最高溫度60分鐘,然後冷卻到週圍溫度,於分散液添加28克乙酸丁基縮水甘油酯。
分散液的固體含量51.5%,Brookfield RVT粘度為100 mPa*s(20 rpm,1號錠子),在44微米篩選剩餘0.03%,pH=4.5。
實施例3A(比較例)
使用實施例3的配方製備分散液,惟3,5,5-三甲基己酸乙烯酯改用Veova®
10(以重量計等量)。
分散液之固體含量為51.3%,Brookfield RVT結度為50 mPa*s(20 rpm,1號錠子),在44微米篩選剩餘0.05%,pH=4.6。
油漆配方
實施例3和3A之所得分散液,用做下列室內乳液漆75% PVC(「顏料容量濃度」之縮寫)配方內之粘合劑:
實施例3和3A所得二聚合物之油漆和薄膜,依照下述測試方法進行測試:濕法抗洗性
濕法抗洗性是按照DIN 53778測量,以分析乳液漆之粘合力。
對Leneta板施加油漆薄膜,濕厚120 μm。在標準狀態,23℃和50%相對濕度(H.R.),乾燥28天後,使用適當設備進行測試,測量由刷子除去油漆厚度,到顯露塗漆的基材為止之循環次數。循環次數愈多,油漆的濕法抗洗性愈高。
吸水性
吸水性是按照UNI 9589測量,建立藉測量油漆薄膜在水中之重量變化,以評估其行為之方法。此法應用於聚合物之薄膜。
聚合物分散液施加於厚度0.2 mm之聚乙烯箔片。薄膜在23℃和50% H.R.乾燥七天。按照下列程序,在水中浸泡1小時、24小時、3天和7天後,進行雙重測試。
裁切八個樣片,直徑60 mm,從基材取下聚合物樣片,在分析天平上秤重,浸泡水中,每次浸泡二樣片。從水中取出樣片,使過量水乾燥,以分析天平秤重。起初和最後重量相差,即是吸水(以起初重量之變化百分比計)。
測試結果綜列於表1。
表1內數據表示基於3,5,5-三甲基己酸乙烯酯之油漆和薄膜,其中相對應3,5,5-三甲基己酸之3,5,5-三甲基己酸異構物含量至少88%重量,最好至少97%重量,與基於Veova®
10的油漆和薄膜相較,測試結果近似。
Claims (23)
- 一種共聚物組成份,包括:(a)5-95 pphwm乙酸乙烯酯;和(b)95-5 pphwm 3,5,5-三甲基己酸乙烯酯,其中相對應3,5,5-三甲基己酸之3,5,5-三甲基己酸異構物含量,至少88%重量者。
- 如申請專利範圍第1項之共聚物組成份,包括:(a)10-90 pphwm乙酸乙烯酯;和(b)90-10 pphwm 3,5,5-三甲基己酸乙烯酯者。
- 如申請專利範圍第1項之共聚物組成份,其中在3,5,5-三甲基己酸乙烯酯內,相對應3,5,5-三甲基己酸之3,5,5-三甲基己酸異構物含量,至少97%重量者。

- 如申請專利範圍第8項之油漆配方,其中相對應3,5,5-三甲基己酸之3,5,5-三甲基己酸異構物含量至少97%重量者。
- 如申請專利範圍第7項之油漆配方,其中該共聚物組成份包括至少又一共聚用單體,選自包括下列組群:(i)40-1 pphwm之至少一種α-烯烴;(ii)10-0.1 pphwm之至少一種官能性單體;(iii)40-1 pphwm之至少一種乙烯系不飽和羧酸酯者。
- 如申請專利範圍第11項之油漆配方,其中該共聚物組成份包括至少又一共聚用單體,選自包括下列組群:(i)35-5 pphwm之至少一種α-烯烴;(ii)8-0.5 pphwm之至少一種官能性單體;(iii)30-5 pphwm之至少一種乙烯系不飽和羧酸酯者。
- 如申請專利範圍第12項之油漆配方,其中該共聚物組成份包括至少又一共聚用單體,選自包括下列組群:(i)25-10 pphwm之至少一種α-烯烴;(ii)8-2 pphwm之至少一種官能性單體;(iii)20-5 pphwm之至少一種乙烯系不飽和羧酸酯者。
- 一種纖維質製品,包含纖維質基材,和施加之共聚物組成份,包括:(a)5-95 pphwm乙酸乙烯酯;(b)95-5 pphwm 3,5,5-三甲基己酸乙烯酯,其中相對應 3,5,5-三甲基己酸之3,5,5-三甲基己酸異構物含量至少88%重量者。
- 如申請專利範圍第14項之纖維質製品,其中該共聚物組成份,包括:(a)10-90 pphwm乙酸乙烯酯;(b)90-10 pphwm 3,5,5-三甲基己酸乙烯酯者。
- 如申請專利範圍第14項之纖維質製品,其中相對應3,5,5-三甲基己酸之3,5,5-三甲基己酸異構物含量至少97%重量者。
- 如申請專利範圍第15項之纖維質製品,其中相對應3,5,5-三甲基己酸之3,5,5-三甲基己酸異構物含量至少97%重量者。
- 如申請專利範圍第14項之纖維質製品,其中該共聚物組成份包括至少又一共聚用單體,選自包括下列組群:(i)40-1 pphwm之至少一種α-烯烴;(ii)10-0.1 pphwm之至少一種官能性單體;(iii)40-1 pphwm之至少一種乙烯系不飽和羧酸酯者。
- 如申請專利範圍第18項之纖維質製品,其中該共聚物組成份包括至少又一共聚用單體,選自包括下列組群:(i)35-5 pphwm之至少一種α-烯烴;(ii)8-0.5 pphwm之至少一種官能性單體;(iii)30-5 pphwm之至少一種乙烯系不飽和羧酸酯者。
- 如申請專利範圍第19項之纖維質製品,其中該共聚物組成份包括至少又一共聚用單體,選自包括下列組群:(i)25-10 pphwm之至少一種α-烯烴;(ii)8-2 pphwm之至少一種官能性單體;(iii)20-5 pphwm之至少一種乙烯系不飽和羧酸酯者。
