Description
本發明涉及一種噴塗方法。
一般消費型電子產品如行動電話或電腦等外殼通常進行外表面之塗裝以達到美化外殼之裝飾目的。噴塗時,油漆或油墨噴塗於工件表面,溶劑揮發後形成塗膜。工件烘乾時,必須保持噴塗面大體水準烘烤以防止傾斜放置時上方之塗膜向下移動,使塗膜下邊緣厚,然而片狀工件水準放置烘烤使烘箱每層放置之工件量較少,烘烤成本較高。
有鑑於此,有必要提供一種烘烤成本較低之噴塗方法。
一種噴塗方法,包括以下步驟:提供一工件,該工件具有待噴塗面;噴塗,將黏度為1cP~8cP之液態塗料噴塗至工件之表面;高溫預烘烤,將工件置於50℃~80℃之溫度條件下烘烤10秒至90秒;低溫預烘烤,將工件置於30℃~50℃之溫度條件下烘烤1分鐘至4分鐘,烘烤過程中工件噴塗面之傾斜度在20度以內;
高溫烘乾,將工件置於50℃~80℃之溫度條件下烘烤5分鐘至15分鐘。
高溫預烘烤可以快速除去噴塗液態塗料中部分溶劑,降低塗膜流動性。高溫預烘烤時間較短,能夠能避免高溫時塗膜中溶劑與工件之表面發生反應而腐蝕工件。低溫預烘烤可以可緩慢除去噴塗液態塗料中部分溶劑。低溫預烘烤時塗膜具有一定流動性,同時溶劑之揮發速率較小,使得當溶劑揮發後,塗膜可以可流動至溶劑揮發所形成之空穴中,從而避免烘烤時由於溶劑蒸發過快而形成針孔等缺陷。高溫烘乾可以可徹底除去塗膜中之溶劑使工件表面之塗膜完全乾透。高溫預烘烤、低溫預烘烤與高溫烘乾三個步驟配合使噴塗之塗膜厚度均勻且不易形成針孔等缺陷。同時,高溫預烘烤降低塗膜之流動性,使低溫預烘烤時工件傾斜度小於二十度之範圍內即可進行,高溫烘乾時工件可更大傾斜角度擺放,從而提高烘烤設備之利用率,降低烘烤成本。
下面結合實施方式對本發明之噴塗方法作進一步詳細說明。
實施例一:一種噴塗方法,包括以下步驟:
步驟一,提供一工件,該工件具有待噴塗面。
步驟二,噴塗,將黏度為1cP之液態塗料噴塗至工件之待噴塗面以形成厚度為5μm-60μm塗膜。本實施例中,液態塗料為丙烯酸塗料,液態塗料之溶劑為四氫呋喃,丙酮,乙酸甲酯,純乙酸甲
酯,乙酸乙酯,丁酮,乙酸異丙酯,甲基正丙酮,正乙酸丙酯,甲基異丁基酮(MIBK),乙酸異丁酯,2-硝基丙烷,乙酸正丁酯,丙二醇甲醚,甲基異戊基酮(MIAK),乙酸甲基戊酯,丙酸正丁酯,丙二醇甲醚乙酸酯,乙酸戊酯,甲基正戊基甲酮,異丁酸異丁酯,羥乙基乙醚,環已酮,丙二醇單丁基醚,丙二醇單丙基醚,乙二醇乙醚乙酸酯,二異丁基甲酮(DIBK),乙二醇丙醚,二丙酮醇,乙二醇丁醚,丙二醇丁醚,甲酸-2-乙基已酯,乙二醇丁醚乙酸酯,二丙二醇甲醚,二醇二乙酸酯,二乙二醇甲醚,二乙二醇乙醚,二乙二醇丙醚,乙二醇己醚,二乙二醇乙醚乙酸酯,二乙二醇丁醚,乙二醇-2-乙基己醚塗,二乙二醇丁醚乙酸酯,丙二單苯基醚,甲醇,乙醇,異丙醇,正丙醇,2-丁醇,異丁醇,正丁醇,甲基異丁基甲醇,戊醇,環己醇,二氯甲烷,全氯乙烯,甲苯,石腦油,二甲苯中之一種或幾種之混合物。該液態塗料中固體質量佔塗料總質量之百分比為10%。
步驟三,高溫預烘烤,將工件放置於溫度為50℃之烘箱內烘烤90秒,烘烤過程中使工件之噴塗面於垂直於重力作用方向之平面上之投影面積達到最大。高溫預烘烤可快速除去液態塗料中之部分溶劑,降低塗膜流動性。
步驟四,低溫預烘烤,將工件自溫度為50℃之烘箱取出後放置於溫度為30℃之烘箱內烘烤4分鐘,烘烤過程中工件噴塗面之傾斜度在20度以內。低溫預烘烤可緩慢除去噴塗液態塗料中部分溶劑。低溫預烘烤時塗膜具有一定流動性,同時溶劑揮發速率較小,使得當溶劑揮發後,塗膜可流動至溶劑揮發所形成之空穴中,從而避免烘烤時塗膜形成針孔等缺陷。
步驟五,高溫烘乾,將工件自溫度為30℃之烘箱取出後放置於溫度為50℃之烘箱內烘烤15分鐘。經過步驟四處理之工件表面之塗膜已經固化,但是塗膜中還有含有少量溶劑,此時塗膜較軟,性能較差且不方便存放,高溫烘乾可徹底除去塗膜中溶劑使工件表面之塗膜完全乾透。
塗膜經過高溫預烘烤、低溫預烘烤以及高溫烘乾,能去除塗膜中之溶劑。高溫預烘烤可快速除去液態塗料中之部分溶劑,降低塗膜流動性。同時,高溫預烘烤之時間較短,能避免高溫時塗膜中溶劑與工件之表面發生反應而腐蝕工件;低溫預烘烤在塗膜具有一定流動性時緩慢之除去溶劑,能防止溶劑揮發過快形成針孔等缺陷;高溫烘乾徹底除去塗膜中之溶劑使工件表面之塗膜完全乾透。高溫預烘烤後降低了塗膜之流動性,此時,工件傾斜放置時,上方之塗膜不易受到重力之影響向下流動,使得低溫預烘烤時工件傾斜度小於二十度之範圍內即可進行,高溫烘乾時工件可以更大之傾斜角度擺放,從而提高了烘烤設備之利用率,降低烘烤之成本。
進一步,在步驟二之後還可將工件於25℃之溫度條件下放置30秒,使工件表面之液態塗料流平,此時工件之噴塗面應大體水準。當液態塗料為紫外光固化塗料時,在步驟五之後還可對工件進行紫外光固化以使液態塗料中之固體發生化學反應而固化。
實施例二:一種噴塗方法,包括以下步驟:
步驟一,提供一工件,該工件具有待噴塗面。
步驟二,噴塗,將黏度為8cP之液態塗料噴塗至工件之待噴塗面
以形成厚度為5μm-60μm塗膜。本實施例中,液態塗料為丙烯酸塗料,液態塗料之溶劑為四氫呋喃,丙酮,乙酸甲酯,純乙酸甲酯,乙酸乙酯,丁酮,乙酸異丙酯,甲基正丙酮,正乙酸丙酯,甲基異丁基酮(MIBK),乙酸異丁酯,2-硝基丙烷,乙酸正丁酯,丙二醇甲醚,甲基異戊基酮(MIAK),乙酸甲基戊酯,丙酸正丁酯,丙二醇甲醚乙酸酯,乙酸戊酯,甲基正戊基甲酮,異丁酸異丁酯,羥乙基乙醚,環已酮,丙二醇單丁基醚,丙二醇單丙基醚,乙二醇乙醚乙酸酯,二異丁基甲酮(DIBK),乙二醇丙醚,二丙酮醇,乙二醇丁醚,丙二醇丁醚,甲酸-2-乙基已酯,乙二醇丁醚乙酸酯,二丙二醇甲醚,二醇二乙酸酯,二乙二醇甲醚,二乙二醇乙醚,二乙二醇丙醚,乙二醇己醚,二乙二醇乙醚乙酸酯,二乙二醇丁醚,乙二醇-2-乙基己醚塗,二乙二醇丁醚乙酸酯,丙二單苯基醚,甲醇,乙醇,異丙醇,正丙醇,2-丁醇,異丁醇,正丁醇,甲基異丁基甲醇,戊醇,環己醇,二氯甲烷,全氯乙烯,甲苯,石腦油,二甲苯中之一種或幾種之混合物。該液態塗料中固體質量佔塗料總質量之百分比為50%。
步驟三,高溫預烘烤,將工件放置於溫度為80℃之烘箱內烘烤10秒,烘烤過程中使工件之噴塗面於垂直於重力作用方向之平面上之投影面積達到最大投影面積之0.966倍。
步驟四,低溫預烘烤,將工件自溫度為80℃之烘箱取出後放置於溫度為50℃之烘箱內烘烤1分鐘,烘烤過程中工件噴塗面之傾斜度在15度以內。
步驟五,高溫烘乾,將工件自溫度為50℃之烘箱取出後放置於溫度為80℃之烘箱內烘烤5分鐘。
進一步,在步驟二之後還可將工件於30℃之溫度條件下放置30秒,使工件表面之液態塗料流平,此時工件之噴塗面應大體水準。當液態塗料為紫外光固化塗料時,在步驟五之後還可對工件進行紫外光固化以使液態塗料中之固體發生化學反應而固化。
實施例三:一種噴塗方法,包括以下步驟:
步驟一,提供一工件,該工件具有待噴塗面。
步驟二,噴塗,將黏度為4cP之液態塗料噴塗至工件之待噴塗面以形成厚度為5μm-60μm塗膜。本實施例中,液態塗料為丙烯酸塗料,液態塗料之溶劑為四氫呋喃,丙酮,乙酸甲酯,純乙酸甲酯,乙酸乙酯,丁酮,乙酸異丙酯,甲基正丙酮,正乙酸丙酯,甲基異丁基酮(MIBK),乙酸異丁酯,2-硝基丙烷,乙酸正丁酯,丙二醇甲醚,甲基異戊基酮(MIAK),乙酸甲基戊酯,丙酸正丁酯,丙二醇甲醚乙酸酯,乙酸戊酯,甲基正戊基甲酮,異丁酸異丁酯,羥乙基乙醚,環已酮,丙二醇單丁基醚,丙二醇單丙基醚,乙二醇乙醚乙酸酯,二異丁基甲酮(DIBK),乙二醇丙醚,二丙酮醇,乙二醇丁醚,丙二醇丁醚,甲酸-2-乙基已酯,乙二醇丁醚乙酸酯,二丙二醇甲醚,二醇二乙酸酯,二乙二醇甲醚,二乙二醇乙醚,二乙二醇丙醚,乙二醇己醚,二乙二醇乙醚乙酸酯,二乙二醇丁醚,乙二醇-2-乙基己醚塗,二乙二醇丁醚乙酸酯,丙二單苯基醚,甲醇,乙醇,異丙醇,正丙醇,2-丁醇,異丁醇,正丁醇,甲基異丁基甲醇,戊醇,環己醇,二氯甲烷,全氯乙烯,甲苯,石腦油,二甲苯中之一種或幾種之混合物。該液態塗料中固體質量佔塗料總質量之百分比為30%。
步驟三,高溫預烘烤,將工件放置於溫度為70℃之烘箱內烘烤30
秒,烘烤過程中使工件之噴塗面於垂直於重力作用方向之平面上之投影面積達到最大。
步驟四,低溫預烘烤,將工件自溫度為70℃之烘箱取出後放置於溫度為45℃之烘箱內烘烤3分鐘,烘烤過程中工件噴塗面之傾斜度在20度以內。
步驟五,高溫烘乾,將工件自溫度為45℃之烘箱取出後放置於溫度為70℃之烘箱內烘烤8分鐘。
進一步,在步驟二之後還可將工件於25℃之溫度條件下放置30秒,使工件表面之液態塗料流平,此時工件之噴塗面應大體水平。
當液態塗料為紫外光固化塗料時,在步驟五之後還可對工件進行紫外光固化以使液態塗料中之固體發生化學反應而固化。
實施例四:一種噴塗方法,包括以下步驟:
步驟一,提供一工件,該工件具有待噴塗面。
步驟二,噴塗,將黏度為6cP之液態塗料噴塗至工件之待噴塗面以形成厚度為5μm-60μm塗膜。本實施例中,液態塗料為丙烯酸塗料,液態塗料之溶劑為四氫呋喃,丙酮,乙酸甲酯,純乙酸甲酯,乙酸乙酯,丁酮,乙酸異丙酯,甲基正丙酮,正乙酸丙酯,甲基異丁基酮(MIBK),乙酸異丁酯,2-硝基丙烷,乙酸正丁酯,丙二醇甲醚,甲基異戊基酮(MIAK),乙酸甲基戊酯,丙酸正丁酯,丙二醇甲醚乙酸酯,乙酸戊酯,甲基正戊基甲酮,異丁酸異丁酯,羥乙基乙醚,環已酮,丙二醇單丁基醚,丙二醇單丙基醚,乙二醇乙醚乙酸酯,二異丁基甲酮(DIBK),乙二醇丙醚,二丙酮醇,乙二醇丁醚,丙二醇丁醚,甲酸-2-乙基已酯,乙二
醇丁醚乙酸酯,二丙二醇甲醚,二醇二乙酸酯,二乙二醇甲醚,二乙二醇乙醚,二乙二醇丙醚,乙二醇己醚,二乙二醇乙醚乙酸酯,二乙二醇丁醚,乙二醇-2-乙基己醚塗,二乙二醇丁醚乙酸酯,丙二單苯基醚,甲醇,乙醇,異丙醇,正丙醇,2-丁醇,異丁醇,正丁醇,甲基異丁基甲醇,戊醇,環己醇,二氯甲烷,全氯乙烯,甲苯,石腦油,二甲苯中之一種或幾種之混合物。該液態塗料中固體質量佔塗料總質量之百分比為40%。
步驟三,高溫預烘烤,將工件放置於溫度為70℃之烘箱內烘烤30秒,烘烤過程中使工件之噴塗面於垂直於重力作用方向之平面上之投影面積達到最大。
步驟四,低溫預烘烤,將工件自溫度為70℃之烘箱取出後放置於溫度為45℃之烘箱內烘烤3分鐘,烘烤過程中工件噴塗面之傾斜度在20度以內。
步驟五,高溫烘乾,將工件自溫度為45℃之烘箱取出後放置於溫度為70℃之烘箱內烘烤12分鐘。
進一步之,在步驟二之後還可將工件於25℃之溫度條件下放置30秒,使工件表面之液態塗料流平,此時工件之噴塗面應大體水準。當使用之液態塗料為紫外光固化塗料時,在步驟五之後還可對工件進行紫外光固化以使液態塗料中之固體發生化學反應而固化。

Claims (10)
- 一種噴塗方法,包括以下步驟:提供一工件,該工件具有待噴塗面;噴塗,將黏度為1cP~8cP之液態塗料噴塗至工件之表面;高溫預烘烤,將工件置於50℃~80℃之溫度條件下烘烤10秒至90秒;低溫預烘烤,將工件置於30℃~50℃之溫度條件下烘烤1分鐘至4分鐘,烘烤過程中工件噴塗面之傾斜度在20度以內;高溫烘乾,將工件置於50℃~80℃之溫度條件下烘烤5分鐘至15分鐘。
- 如申請專利範圍第1項所述之噴塗方法,其中高溫預烘烤時,將工件置於70℃之溫度條件下烘烤30秒,烘烤過程中使工件之噴塗面於垂直於重力作用方向之平面上之投影面積達到最大及最大投影面積之0.966倍之間。
- 如申請專利範圍第1項所述之噴塗方法,其中低溫預烘烤時,將工件置於45℃之溫度條件下烘烤3分鐘。
- 如申請專利範圍第1項所述之噴塗方法,其中高溫烘乾時,將工件置於70℃之溫度條件下烘烤8分鐘至12分鐘。
- 如申請專利範圍第1項所述之噴塗方法,其中高溫預烘烤前將工件在20℃~30℃之溫度條件下放置30~60秒。
- 如申請專利範圍第1項所述之噴塗方法,其中將液態塗料噴至工件上形成之塗層厚度為5μm-60μm。
- 如申請專利範圍第1項所述之噴塗方法,其中所述液態塗料為丙烯酸塗料。
- 如申請專利範圍第1項所述之噴塗方法,其中所述液態塗料中之溶劑為四氫呋喃,丙酮,乙酸甲酯,純乙酸甲酯,乙酸乙酯,丁酮,乙酸異丙酯 ,甲基正丙酮,正乙酸丙酯,甲基異丁基酮(MIBK),乙酸異丁酯,2-硝基丙烷,乙酸正丁酯,丙二醇甲醚,甲基異戊基酮(MIAK),乙酸甲基戊酯,丙酸正丁酯,丙二醇甲醚乙酸酯,乙酸戊酯,甲基正戊基甲酮,異丁酸異丁酯,羥乙基乙醚,環已酮,丙二醇單丁基醚,丙二醇單丙基醚,乙二醇乙醚乙酸酯,二異丁基甲酮(DIBK),乙二醇丙醚,二丙酮醇,乙二醇丁醚,丙二醇丁醚,甲酸-2-乙基已酯,乙二醇丁醚乙酸酯,二丙二醇甲醚,二醇二乙酸酯,二乙二醇甲醚,二乙二醇乙醚,二乙二醇丙醚,乙二醇己醚,二乙二醇乙醚乙酸酯,二乙二醇丁醚,乙二醇-2-乙基己醚塗,二乙二醇丁醚乙酸酯,丙二單苯基醚,甲醇,乙醇,異丙醇,正丙醇,2-丁醇,異丁醇,正丁醇,甲基異丁基甲醇,戊醇,環己醇,二氯甲烷,全氯乙烯,甲苯,石腦油,二甲苯中之一種或幾種之混合物。
- 如申請專利範圍第1項所述之噴塗方法,其中所述液態塗料烘烤前固體質量佔塗料總質量之百分比為10%~50%。
- 如申請專利範圍第1項所述之噴塗方法,其中所述液態塗料為紫外光固化塗料,高溫烘乾後對塗膜進行紫外光固化。
