Claims (26)
- 一種有機電激發光顯示器,其特徵在於包含發光區域,其依序形成有下部電極、有機層及上部電極;周邊區域,其設於前述發光區域之周邊;保護膜,其覆蓋前述上部電極之上面;及保護電極,其與前述上部電極電連接,且配置於前述周邊區域之端部,用於使歸因於前述保護膜的成膜之電化電荷流出至前述周邊區域。
- 如請求項1之有機電激發光顯示器,其中前述上部電極於前述發光區域內之複數個像素共同地配置。
- 如請求項1之有機電激發光顯示器,其中前述上部電極以覆蓋前述發光區域內之複數個像素之方式配置。
- 如請求項2之有機電激發光顯示器,其中前述上部電極以覆蓋前述發光區域內之前述複數個像素之方式配置。
- 如請求項1之有機電激發光顯示器,其中前述上部電極以覆蓋前述發光區域的全部之方式配置。
- 如請求項2之有機電激發光顯示器,其中前述上部電極以覆蓋前述發光區域的全部之方式配置。
- 如請求項1至6中任一項之有機電激發光顯示器,其中包含輔助互連,其配置於與前述下部電極之相同層,且對該下部電極保持絕緣性;前述輔助互連與前述上部電極電連接。
- 如請求項1至6中任一項之有機電激發光顯示器,其中前述保護電極對應於矩形之前述發光區域之頂點而設置。
- 如請求項7之有機電激發光顯示器,其中前述保護電極對應於矩形之前述發光區域之頂點而設置。
- 一種電子機器,其搭載如請求項1至9中任一項之有機電激發光顯示器。
- 一種有機電激發光顯示器用之基板,該有機電激發光顯示器於有效區域上之發光區域依序包含下部電極、有機層、上部電極及覆蓋上部電極之上面之保護膜,其特徵在於包含外部周邊電極,其設置於前述有效區域外,且與前述上部電極電連接,用於使歸因於前述保護膜的成膜之電化電荷經由前述上部電極流出。
- 如請求項11之有機電激發光顯示器用之基板,其中前述上部電極於前述發光區域內之複數個像素共同地配置。
- 如請求項11之有機電激發光顯示器用之基板,其中前述上部電極以覆蓋前述發光區域內之複數個像素之 方式配置。
- 如請求項12之有機電激發光顯示器用之基板,其中前述上部電極以覆蓋前述發光區域內之前述複數個像素之方式配置。
- 如請求項11之有機電激發光顯示器用之基板,其中前述上部電極以覆蓋前述發光區域的全部之方式配置。
- 如請求項12之有機電激發光顯示器用之基板,其中前述上部電極以覆蓋前述發光區域的全部之方式配置。
- 如請求項11至16中任一項之有機電激發光顯示器用之基板,其中包含輔助互連,其配置於與前述下部電極之相同層,且對該下部電極保持絕緣性;前述輔助互連與前述上部電極電連接。
- 如請求項11至16中任一項之有機電激發光顯示器用之基板,其中與前述上部電極及前述外部周邊電極電連接之保護電極對應於矩形之前述發光區域之頂點而設置。
- 如請求項17之有機電激發光顯示器用之基板,其中與前述上部電極及前述外部周邊電極電連接之保護電極對應於矩形之前述發光區域之頂點而設置。
- 一種有機電激發光顯示器之製造方法,其包括形成下部電極之步驟; 形成有機層之步驟;形成上部電極之步驟;及藉由涉及電化的成膜處理來成膜覆蓋前述上部電極之上面的保護膜之步驟;該有機電激發光顯示器包含依序形成有前述下部電極、前述有機層、前述上部電極及前述保護膜之發光區域;該製造方法之特徵在於包含在成膜前述保護膜之步驟之前,於前述發光區域外形成與前述上部電極電連接的外部周邊電極之步驟;於前述上部電極與前述外部周邊電極電連接之狀態而進行成膜前述保護膜之步驟,藉此使歸因於前述保護膜的成膜之電化電荷流出至前述外部周邊電極。
- 如請求項20之有機電激發光顯示器之製造方法,其中前述上部電極於前述發光區域內之複數個像素共同地配置。
- 如請求項20之有機電激發光顯示器之製造方法,其中前述上部電極以覆蓋前述發光區域內之複數個像素之方式配置。
- 一種有機電激發光顯示器之製造方法,其包括形成下部電極之步驟;形成有機層之步驟;形成以覆蓋發光區域的全部之方式成為上部電極之膜之步驟;及於前述發光區域上藉由涉及電化的成膜處理來成膜保 護膜之步驟;該有機電激發光顯示器包含形成有多層結構之前述發光區域,該多層結構依序形成有前述下部電極、前述有機層、前述上部電極及前述保護膜;該製造方法之特徵在於包含在成膜前述保護膜之步驟之前,於前述發光區域外形成與前述上部電極電連接的外部周邊電極之步驟;於前述上部電極與前述外部周邊電極電連接之狀態而進行成膜前述保護膜之步驟,藉此使歸因於前述保護膜的成膜之電化電荷流出至前述外部周邊電極。
- 如請求項20至23中任一項之有機電激發光顯示器之製造方法,其中於形成前述下部電極之步驟,亦形成對該下部電極保持絕緣性、且與前述上部電極電連接之輔助互連。
- 如請求項20至23中任一項之有機電激發光顯示器之製造方法,其中於形成前述外部周邊電極之步驟,亦形成與前述發光區域之複數個像素電路共同地連接之共同電極。
- 如請求項24之有機電激發光顯示器之製造方法,其中於形成前述外部周邊電極之步驟,亦形成與前述發光區域之複數個像素電路共同地連接之共同電極。
