Claims (22)

  1. 一種具有一整合觸控式螢幕的顯示裝置,係包含:一面板,係包含複數個電極,該等電極劃分為n個組,其中n係為一大於或等於二的正整數;一資料驅動器,係配設為:將自一定時控制器輸入的資料轉換為資料電壓;以及將該等資料電壓分別供給至複數個資料線;一閘極驅動器,係配設為將一閘極訊號順次地供給至複數個閘極線,在一水平同步訊號的一高邏輯週期期間,允許該等資料電壓分別應用於該面板的複數個畫素;以及一觸控感測單元,係配設為在該水平同步訊號的每n或更多個低邏輯週期,將一觸控掃描訊號應用於該n個組中的一個,該觸控掃描訊號在一個圖框期間至少在某時應用於該n個組的每一組。

  4. 如請求項第1項所述之具有一整合觸控式螢幕的顯示裝置,其中該觸控感測單元進一步配設為:在該等低邏輯週期之中,在一選定的第二低邏輯週期期間在應用該觸控掃描訊號的一第一時間週期期間,使用在該等低邏輯週期之中在一選定的第一低邏輯週期期間對其應用的該觸控掃描訊號,計算在該等組中一第一組的感測觸控坐標;隨後,在該等低邏輯週期之中,在至少一選定的第三低邏輯週期期間在應用該觸控掃描訊號的一第二時間週期期間,使用該選定的第二低邏輯週期期間對其應用的該觸控掃描訊號,計算在該等組中一第二組的感測觸控坐標;隨後,在該等低邏輯週期之中,在一選定的第四低邏輯週期期間在應用該觸控掃描訊號的至少一第三時間週期期間,使用該選定的至少一第三低邏輯週期期間對其應用的該觸控掃描訊號,計算在該等組中至少一第三組的感測觸控坐標;隨後,在該等低邏輯週期之中,在一選定的第五低邏輯週期期間在應用該觸控掃描訊號的一第四時間週期期間,使用該 選定的第四低邏輯週期期間對其應用的該觸控掃描訊號,計算在該第一組的感測觸控坐標;隨後,在該等低邏輯週期之中,在至少一選定的第六低邏輯週期期間在應用該觸控掃描訊號的一第五時間週期期間,使用該選定的第五低邏輯週期期間對其應用的該觸控掃描訊號,計算在該第二組的感測觸控坐標;以及其後,在該一個圖框之後,在一下一圖框的一選定的第一低邏輯週期期間在應用該觸控掃描訊號的至少一第六時間週期期間,使用該選定的至少一第六低邏輯週期期間對其應用的該觸控掃描訊號,計算該至少一第三組的感測觸控坐標。
  5. 如請求項第1項所述之具有一整合觸控式螢幕的顯示裝置,其中該資料包含紅色、綠色、以及藍色(RGB)資料。
  6. 如請求項第1項所述之具有一整合觸控式螢幕的顯示裝置,其中該觸控感測單元進一步配設為自該等各電極接收複數個觸控感測訊號,用以計算應用該觸控掃描訊號的低邏輯週期之間的觸控坐標。
  7. 如請求項第6項所述之具有一整合觸控式螢幕的顯示裝置,其中在一個圖框週期期間每一該等觸控感測訊號的一觸控報告速率相比較於該一個圖框期間的一顯示圖框速率為高。
  8. 如請求項第1項所述之具有一整合觸控式螢幕的顯示裝置,其中該n個組包含在一閘極線方向劃分的組。
  9. 如請求項第1項所述之具有一整合觸控式螢幕的顯示裝置,更包含複數個切換單元,該等切換單元進一步配設為執行自該觸控感測單元輸出的該觸控掃描訊號的切換,用以應用於該n個組中的一個。
  10. 如請求項第9項所述之具有一整合觸控式螢幕的顯示裝置,其中該等切換單元分別連接至每一該等組的一個電極。
  11. 如請求項第9項所述之具有一整合觸控式螢幕的顯示裝置,其中該等切換單元分別包含一n:1的多工器。
  12. 如請求項第1項所述之具有一整合觸控式螢幕的顯示裝置,其中該觸控感測單元包含複數個n:1的多工器,該等n:1的多工器配設為執行自該觸控感測單元輸出的該觸控掃描訊號的切換,用以應用於該n個組中的一個。
  13. 一種具有一整合觸控式螢幕的顯示裝置之驅動方法,係包含以下步驟:透過一資料驅動器,將自一定時控制器輸入的資料轉換為資料電壓;透過該資料驅動器,將該等資料電壓分別供給至複數個資料線;透過一閘極驅動器,將一閘極訊號順次地供給至複數個閘極線,在一水平同步訊號的一高邏輯週期期間允許該等資料電壓分別應用於一面板的複數個畫素,該面板包含複數個電極, 該等電極劃分為n個組,其中n係為大於或等於二的一正整數;以及透過一觸控感測單元,在該水平同步訊號的每n或更多個低邏輯週期,將一觸控掃描訊號應用於該n個組中的一個,該觸控掃描訊號在一個圖框期間至少在某時應用於該n個組的每一組。
  14. 如請求項第13項所述之具有一整合觸控式螢幕的顯示裝置之驅動方法,更包含,透過該觸控感測單元:在該等低邏輯週期之中,在一選定的第二低邏輯週期期間在應用該觸控掃描訊號的一第一時間週期期間,使用在該等低邏輯週期之中在一選定的第一低邏輯週期期間對其應用的該觸控掃描訊號,計算在該等組中一第一組的感測觸控坐標;隨後,在該等低邏輯週期之中,在一選定的第三低邏輯週期期間在應用該觸控掃描訊號的一第二時間週期期間,使用該選定的第二低邏輯週期期間對其應用的該觸控掃描訊號,計算在該等組中一第二組的感測觸控坐標;以及隨後,在該一個圖框之後,在一下一圖框的一選定的第一低邏輯週期期間在應用該觸控掃描訊號的一第三時間週期期間,使用該選定的第三低邏輯週期期間對其應用的該觸控掃描訊號,計算在該等組中一第三組的感測觸控坐標。
  15. 如請求項第13項所述之具有一整合觸控式螢幕的顯示裝置之 驅動方法,更包含,透過該觸控感測單元:在該等低邏輯週期之中,在一選定的第二低邏輯週期期間在應用該觸控掃描訊號的一第一時間週期期間,使用在該等低邏輯週期之中在一選定的第一低邏輯週期期間對其應用的該觸控掃描訊號,計算在該等組中一第一組的感測觸控坐標;隨後,在該等低邏輯週期之中,在至少一個選定的第三低邏輯週期期間在應用該觸控掃描訊號的一第二時間週期期間,使用該選定的第二低邏輯週期期間對其應用的該觸控掃描訊號,計算在該等組中一第二組的感測觸控坐標;隨後,在該等低邏輯週期之中,在至少一選定的第四低邏輯週期期間在應用該觸控掃描訊號的至少一第三時間週期期間,使用該至少一個選定的第三低邏輯週期期間對其應用的該觸控掃描訊號,計算在該等組中至少一個第三組的感測觸控坐標;以及其後,在該一個圖框之後,在一下一圖框的一選定的第一低邏輯週期期間在應用該觸控掃描訊號的一第四時間週期期間,使用該至少一選定的第四低邏輯週期期間對其應用的該觸控掃描訊號,計算該第一組的感測觸控坐標。
  16. 如請求項第13項所述之具有一整合觸控式螢幕的顯示裝置之驅動方法,更包含,透過該觸控感測單元:在該等低邏輯週期之中,在一選定的第二低邏輯週期期間 在應用該觸控掃描訊號的一第一時間週期期間,使用在該等低邏輯週期之中在一選定的第一低邏輯週期期間對其應用的該觸控掃描訊號,計算在該等組中一第一組的感測觸控坐標;隨後,在該等低邏輯週期之中,在至少一選定的第三低邏輯週期期間在應用該觸控掃描訊號的一第二時間週期期間,使用該選定的第二低邏輯週期期間對其應用的該觸控掃描訊號,計算在該等組中一第二組的感測觸控坐標;隨後,在該等低邏輯週期之中,在一選定的第四低邏輯週期期間在應用該觸控掃描訊號的至少一第三時間週期期間,使用該選定的至少一第三低邏輯週期期間對其應用的該觸控掃描訊號,計算在該等組中至少一第三組的感測觸控坐標;隨後,在該等低邏輯週期之中,在一選定的第五低邏輯週期期間在應用該觸控掃描訊號的一第四時間週期期間,使用該選定的第四低邏輯週期期間對其應用的該觸控掃描訊號,計算在該第一組的感測觸控坐標;隨後,在該等低邏輯週期之中,在至少一選定的第六低邏輯週期期間在應用該觸控掃描訊號的一第五時間週期期間,使用該選定的第五低邏輯週期期間對其應用的該觸控掃描訊號,計算在該第二組的感測觸控坐標;以及其後,在該一個圖框之後,在一下一圖框的一選定的第一低邏輯週期期間在應用該觸控掃描訊號的至少一第六時間週 期期間,使用該選定的至少一第六低邏輯週期期間對其應用的該觸控掃描訊號,計算該至少一第三組的感測觸控坐標。
  17. 如請求項第13項所述之具有一整合觸控式螢幕的顯示裝置之驅動方法,其中該資料包含紅色、綠色、以及藍色(RGB)資料。
  18. 如請求項第13項所述之具有一整合觸控式螢幕的顯示裝置之驅動方法,更包含透過該觸控感測單元自該等各電極接收複數個觸控感測訊號,用以計算應用該觸控掃描訊號的低邏輯週期之間的觸控坐標。
  19. 如請求項第18項所述之具有一整合觸控式螢幕的顯示裝置之驅動方法,其中在一個圖框週期期間每一該等觸控感測訊號的一觸控報告速率相比較於該一個圖框期間的一顯示圖框速率為高。
  20. 一種具有一整合觸控式螢幕的顯示裝置之驅動方法,其中該具有一整合觸控式螢幕的顯示裝置包含一面板以及一觸控感測單元,該面板包含複數個電極,該等電極劃分為n個組,其中n係為一大於或等於二的正整數,該種具有一整合觸控式螢幕的顯示裝置之驅動方法包含以下步驟:在一水平同步訊號的一高邏輯週期期間,將資料電壓應用於該面板的複數個畫素;以及透過該觸控感測單元,在該水平同步訊號的每n或更多個 低邏輯週期,將一觸控掃描訊號應用於該n個組的一個,該觸控掃描訊號在一個圖框期間至少在某時應用於該n個組的每一組。
  21. 如請求項第20項所述之具有一整合觸控式螢幕的顯示裝置之驅動方法,更包含:透過該觸控感測單元,自該等各電極接收複數個觸控感測訊號,用以計算應用該觸控掃描訊號的低邏輯週期之間的觸控坐標。
  22. 如請求項第21項所述之具有一整合觸控式螢幕的顯示裝置之驅動方法,其中在一個圖框週期期間每一該等觸控感測訊號的一觸控報告速率相比較於該一個圖框期間的一顯示圖框速率為高。
