Claims (10)

  1. 一種鏡頭模組，其包括一鏡筒及至少一設於該鏡筒中之鏡片，其中，該鏡筒之筒壁上設有至少一通孔，該至少一通孔沿該鏡筒之徑向貫穿該鏡筒之筒壁，該至少一鏡片周緣設有一缺口，該缺口與該通孔相對應。
  2. 如申請專利範圍第1項所述之鏡頭模組，其中，該至少一鏡片之個數為複數個，每一鏡片均具有一位於鏡片中心之光學部及一位於該光學部周緣之非光學部，該缺口位於該非光學部周緣。
  3. 如申請專利範圍第2項所述之鏡頭模組，其中，該缺口由一面向該鏡片之徑向方向之正面及兩個面向鏡片圓週方向之側面圍成。
  4. 如申請專利範圍第3項所述之鏡頭模組，其中，該鏡筒之筒壁上之通孔之個數與鏡片之個數相同，且一通孔與一鏡片之缺口相連通。
  5. 如申請專利範圍第1項所述之鏡頭模組，其中，該至少一通孔包括複數通孔，該複數通孔沿該鏡筒軸向方向之長度依次減小。
  6. 如申請專利範圍第1項所述之鏡頭模組，其中，該鏡頭模組中最靠近像側之鏡片上鍍有一層紅外濾光膜，能夠阻止紅外光穿過。
  7. 一種鏡頭模組組裝方法，其包括以下步驟：提供一鏡筒及至少一鏡片，該鏡筒之筒壁上設有至少一通孔，該至少一通孔沿該鏡筒之徑向貫穿該鏡筒之筒壁，該至少一鏡片周緣設有一缺口；將該至少一鏡片置入鏡筒中，並使該缺口與該通孔相對應；測試鏡片是否偏心；若是，用細棒插入該通孔中，輕觸相應鏡片缺口之側面，以撥動鏡片，直至鏡片光軸與鏡筒中心軸同軸。
  8. 如申請專利範圍第7項所述之鏡頭模組組裝方法，其中，該至少一鏡片之個數為複數個，每一鏡片均具有一位於鏡片中心之光學部及一位於該光學部周緣之非光學部，該缺口位於該非光學部周緣，該缺口由一面向該鏡片之徑向方向之正面及兩個面向鏡片圓週方向之側面圍成。
  9. 如申請專利範圍第8項所述之鏡頭模組組裝方法，其中，該通孔之個數與該鏡片之個數相同，將該複數鏡片依次置入該鏡筒時，一鏡片之缺口與一通孔相連通。
  10. 如申請專利範圍第9項所述之鏡頭模組組裝方法，其中，進一步包括從任一該通孔向該鏡片與鏡筒之間點膠，以將該鏡片固定於該鏡筒中。
