Claims (17)

  1. 一種冷凍機用潤滑油組成物,其係於基油中搭配有添加劑而成之冷凍機用潤滑油組成物,其特徵係前述添加劑為雙苯酚類,前述雙苯酚類係由4,4′-雙(2,6-二-t-丁基苯酚)、4,4′-雙(2-甲基-6-t-丁基苯酚)、2,2′-甲撐雙(4-乙基-6-t-丁基苯酚)、2,2′-甲撐雙(4-甲基-6-t-丁基苯酚)、4,4′-亞丁基雙(3-甲基-6-t-丁基苯酚)、4,4′-異亞丙基雙(2,6-二-t-丁基苯酚)、2,2′-甲撐雙(4-甲基-6-壬基苯酚)、2,2′-異亞丁基雙(4,6-二甲基苯酚)、2,2′-甲撐雙(4-甲基-6-環己基苯酚)、4,4′-硫代雙-(3-甲基-6-t-丁基苯酚)、3,9-雙[1,1-二甲基-2-[β-(3-t-丁基-4-羥基-5-甲基苯基)丙醯氧基]乙基]、2,4,8,10-四氧雜螺[5,5]十一烷、及肆-[甲撐-3-(3',5'-二-t-丁基-4'-羥基苯基)丙酸酯]甲烷選出的至少1種以上,前述雙苯酚類的搭配量係以組成物全量基準計之0.1~10質量%。
  2. 如申請專利範圍第1項之冷凍機用潤滑油組成物,其中前述雙苯酚類係2,2'-甲撐雙(4-甲基-6-t-丁基苯酚)、2,2'-甲撐雙(4-乙基-6-t-丁基苯酚)、及4,4'-亞丁基雙(3-甲基-6-t-丁基苯酚)中至少任一者。
  3. 如申請專利範圍第1項之冷凍機用潤滑油組成物,其中 該冷凍機用潤滑油組成物係用於由飽和氟化烴、二氧化碳、烴、氨、及以下述分子式(A)所示之含氟有機化合物所選出之至少任一冷媒;Cp Oq Fr Rs (A)(式中,R表示Cl、Br、I或H,p為1~6、q為0~2、r為1~14、s為0~13之整數,惟,q為0時,p為2~6,且分子中具有1以上之碳-碳不飽和鍵)。
  4. 如申請專利範圍第3項之冷凍機用潤滑油組成物,其中前述以分子式(A)所示之化合物係碳數2或3之不飽和氟化烴。
  5. 如申請專利範圍第1項之冷凍機用潤滑油組成物,其中前述基油係礦油及合成系基油之至少任一者,且前述合成系基油係由烷基苯、烷基萘、聚-α-烯烴、聚乙烯基醚、聚烷二醇、聚碳酸酯、多元醇酯、及以下述式(1)所示之醚系化合物之中所選出之至少1種化合物;Ra-[(ORb)n-(B)-(ORc)k]x-Rd (1)(式中,Ra、Rd分別為氫原子、碳數1~10之烷基、碳 數2~10之醯基或具有2~6個鍵結部位之碳數1~10之烴基;Rb、Rc分別為碳數2~4之伸烷基;n、k係0~20之整數;x係1~6之整數,(B)係含有3以上以下述式(2)所示之單體單元的聚合部位) (式中,R4 、R5 及R6 分別表示氫原子或碳數1~8之烴基,該等係可互為相同或相異;R7 係碳數1~10之二價烴基或碳數2~20之二價含醚鍵氧之烴基;R8 係氫原子、碳數1~20之烴基;m表示其平均值為0~10之數,當m為複數時,每個構成單元可分別相同或相異;R4 ~R8 係每個構成單元可相同或分別相異,又R7 O有複數個時,複數個R7 O可相同或相異,又,式(1)中之k、n同時為0時,式(2)中,m為1以上之整數)。
  6. 如申請專利範圍第1項之冷凍機用潤滑油組成物,其中前述基油中,尚且搭配由極壓劑、油性劑、酸捕捉劑、金屬惰性化劑及消泡劑之中所選出之至少1種之添加劑。
  7. 如申請專利範圍第1~6項中任一項之冷凍機用潤滑油組成物,其中冷凍機的滑動部分係由工程塑膠所構成者,或是具有有機塗膜或無機塗膜者。
  8. 如申請專利範圍第7項之冷凍機用潤滑油組成物,其中前述有機塗膜係聚四氟乙烯塗膜、聚醯亞胺塗膜、聚醯胺醯亞胺塗膜、或使用由聚羥基醚樹脂與聚碸系樹脂所成的樹脂基材及含有交聯劑之樹脂塗料所形成的熱硬化型絕緣膜。
  9. 如申請專利範圍第8項之冷凍機用潤滑油組成物,其中前述無機塗膜係石墨膜、類鑽石碳膜、錫膜、鉻膜、鎳膜或鉬膜。
  10. 如申請專利範圍第1~6項中任一項之冷凍機用潤滑油組成物,其係用於開放型汽車空氣調節器、電動汽車空氣調節器、氣燃式熱泵、空調、冷藏庫、自動販賣機、展示櫃、各種熱水供給系統、或冷凍兼暖房系統。
  11. 如申請專利範圍第10項之冷凍機用潤滑油組成物,其中前述系統內之含水量為500質量ppm以下,而殘存空氣分壓為13kPa以下。
  12. 如申請專利範圍第7項之冷凍機用潤滑油組成物,其係用於開放型汽車空氣調節器、電動汽車空氣調節器、氣燃式熱泵、空調、冷藏庫、自動販賣機、展示櫃、各種熱水供給系統、或冷凍兼暖房系統。
  13. 如申請專利範圍第12項之冷凍機用潤滑油組成物,其中前述系統內之含水量為500質量ppm以下,而殘存空氣分壓為13kPa以下。
  14. 如申請專利範圍第8項之冷凍機用潤滑油組成物,其係用於開放型汽車空氣調節器、電動汽車空氣調節器、氣燃式熱泵、空調、冷藏庫、自動販賣機、展示櫃、各種熱水供給系統、或冷凍兼暖房系統。
  15. 如申請專利範圍第14項之冷凍機用潤滑油組成物,其中前述系統內之含水量為500質量ppm以下,而殘存空氣分壓為13kPa以下。
  16. 如申請專利範圍第9項之冷凍機用潤滑油組成物,其係用於開放型汽車空氣調節器、電動汽車空氣調節器、氣燃式熱泵、空調、冷藏庫、自動販賣機、展示櫃、各種熱水供給系統、或冷凍兼暖房系統。
  17. 如申請專利範圍第16項之冷凍機用潤滑油組成物,其中前述系統內之含水量為500質量ppm以下,而殘存空氣分壓為13kPa以下。
