Claims (20)
- 一種水性聚合物分散體,包括一聚氯丁二烯的濃度小於或等於40wt%及一殘留單體含量小於50ppm,其中該水性聚合物分散體具有一黏度小於50mPa*s,一pH值穩定性大於2小時,及一剪應力大大正比於剪變率;其中該水性聚合物分散體具有一pH值8到10。
- 如申請專利範圍第1項的水性聚合物分散體,其中,該水性分散體的黏度在從10到1000/s的範圍以小於或等於3倍因子作改變。
- 如申請專利範圍第1項的水性聚合物分散體,進一步包括一總乳化劑濃度小於1.5wt%。
- 如申請專利範圍第1項的水性聚合物分散體,進一步包括從0.1到5重量百分比的老化/氧化穩定劑,基於聚氯丁二烯的固體濃度為100百分比。
- 如申請專利範圍第1項的水性聚合物分散體,其中該水性聚合物分散體具有一Zn濃度小於0.24wt%。
- 如申請專利範圍第1項的水性聚合物分散體,進一步包括40到100重量百分比的氧化矽/水-玻璃作為水中的個別粒子懸浮物,其中該氧化矽懸浮物的固體含量被用來計算百分比及一聚氯丁二烯乳膠的聚氯丁二烯固體含量被設定為100百分比。
- 如申請專利範圍第6項的水性聚合物分散體,其中該氧化矽是水性的二氧化矽分散體,該等SiO2 粒子具有 一主要粒徑從1到400nm。
- 一種用來製備如申請專利範圍第1項的水性聚合物分散體之製程,包括下列步驟:(a)在一水性的乳化液中連續地或不連續地(共)聚合氯丁二烯,選擇地以一限定量的一調整劑形成一水性的聚合物分散體;(b)從該水性聚合物分散體移除殘留的單體到小於50ppm之值;(c)選擇地以水稀釋該水性聚合物分散體;以及(d)選擇地在溫度控制的條件下儲存該水性聚合物分散體及/或濃縮及選擇地接續以水稀釋該水性聚合物分散體。
- 如申請專利範圍第8項的製程,其中(a)的實施,基於100重量百分比的氯丁二烯,是以0到20重量百分比的共聚合的乙烯化未飽合單體存在0到1mmol的調整劑中,基於100g的單體,於溫度0到70℃在該水性乳液中,所得水性聚合物分散體具有一不可溶在有機溶劑的含量,基於該聚合物,是0.1到90wt%。
- 如申請專利範圍第8項的製程,其中(a)是以一批次製程或以一連續製程實施。
- 如申請專利範圍第10項的製程,其中該等成份添加是連續的,同時利用靜態的混合器/動態的混合器,或其組合,其中該等混合時間小於1小時。
- 一種黏著劑組合物,其包括如申請專利範圍第1項的水性聚合物分散體。
- 如申請專利範圍第12項的黏著劑組合物,其中該黏著劑組合物利用刷子、滾輪、噴灑或霧化塗佈。
- 一種基材,其係塗有如申請專利範圍第12項的黏著劑組合物。
- 一種用來在發泡體上製造濕式接合(wet-in-wet bond)的製程,包括(1)利用噴灑、刷子或滾輪作用塗佈如申請專利範圍第12項的黏著劑組合物到一基材及(2)在一空氣乾燥時間小於5分鐘之後於膜形成之前產生一濕接合。
- 一種用來在發泡體上製造濕式接合的製程,包括(1)在一基材表面上利用噴灑、刷子或滾輪作用塗佈如申請專利範圍第12項的黏著劑組合物到小於75g/m2 ,基於聚氯丁二烯及(2)在一空氣乾燥時間不小於5分鐘之後於膜形成之前產生一濕接合及延長接觸時間到大於5min而沒有功能的損失。

- 一種包括如申請專利範圍第1項的水性聚合物分散體的接合基材,其中該接合基材是選自群組包括:木材、熱塑性塑膠、彈性體、熱塑性彈性體、硫化橡膠、紡織物、針織物、編織物、金屬及粗陶器,其已彼此固結在一起及/或固結在具有一密度小於1kg/l之多孔基材上。
