Claims (14)
- 一種為了維修鐵軌目的而用於標記及測量鐵軌區段的裝置,其中用於測量點之光學偵測之手段係加以提供,其特徵在於一用於偵測位在鐵軌(1)附近之測量點(3)的感應器單元(2)設有至少兩個獨立的偵測器單元(I,II),基於不同測量原理以非接觸方式進行測量,其中一測量原理使用一種光學感應器(I),其具有光譜選擇性感應力,及一第二測量原理使用一辨識偵測器(II),用於個體地辨識該測量點(3),該測量點(3)具有至少兩個腳部(41,42)作為角形元件(4),其中一第一的、垂直定位的腳部(41)係可拆式地固定在該鐵軌(1),及在一第二的、水平定位的腳部(42)上設有一塗層(5),以窄光譜帶進行發光給予該光學感應器(I),及設有該辨識偵測器(II)所用的辨識值載體(6),及該感應器單元(2)係加以安置在一能夠游走於鐵軌的工作機(8)上,以致於該能夠游走於鐵軌的工作機在移動時,該獨立的偵測器單元(I,II)係平行於該鐵軌(1)而在同一方向上加以引導來越過該測量點(3)。
- 如申請專利範圍第1項所述的裝置,其特徵在於該感應器單元(2)係加以建構成為可移動的感應器單元(21),其在垂直於鐵軌(1)的橫斷面上係可旋轉的。
- 如申請專利範圍第1項所述的裝置,其特徵在於該感應器單元(2)係加以安置,而在鐵軌(1)橫斷面上成為可拆的,使其適應鐵軌規格及該測量點(3)相對於該鐵軌(1)的定位。
- 如申請專利範圍第1項所述的裝置,其特徵在於每一鐵軌(1)所用的感應器單元(2)係提供在該能夠游走於鐵軌的工作機(8)之上,其中感應器單元(2)係在相對於該鐵軌的橫斷面方向上彼此相對地加以安置。
- 如申請專利範圍第1項所述的裝置,其特徵在於該測量點(3)係藉由一永久磁鐵而可拆式地固定在該鐵軌(1)之上。
- 如申請專利範圍第5項所述的裝置,其特徵在於該測量點(3)係安置在該鐵軌(1)之腹板上。
- 如申請專利範圍第5項所述的裝置,其特徵在於該測量點(3)係安置在一開槽軌(11)的護軌上。
- 如申請專利範圍第5項所述的裝置,其特徵在於該測量點(3)係安置在該鐵軌的導軌上。
- 如申請專利範圍第1項所述的裝置,其特徵在於該測量點(3)係設有一發光層(5),其為在窄光譜內發光的塗層。
- 如申請專利範圍第9項所述的裝置,其特徵在於該感應器單元(2)包括一用於發光的光學感應器(I),其適合發光層(5)的發光波長範圍。
- 如申請專利範圍第1項所述的裝置,其特徵在於該測量點(3)係設有一RFID晶片(6),作為辨識值載體。
- 如申請專利範圍第11項所述的裝置,其特徵在於該感應器單元(2)包括一辨識偵測器(II),用於解讀該RFID晶片(6)。
- 如申請專利範圍第1項所述的裝置,其特徵在於該能夠游走在鐵軌上用於固定該感應器單元(2)的裝置,係一種工作機(8),其選自鐵軌研磨機或打壓機。
- 如申請專利範圍第13項所述的裝置,其特徵在於該能夠游走在鐵軌上用於固定該感應器單元(2)的裝置,係一種測量載具。
