Description

在另一個具體實例中,施用於QCM表面的組成物含有一或多種抑制一或多種細菌生長速率之組份,且其中該組份係選自至少一種下列化學物質:除生物劑、界面活性劑、聚合物、有機酸及其組合。
在另一個具體實例中,施用於QCM表面的組成物促進一或多種微生物的生長,且其中該組成物係選自由下列所組成之群:絲狀細菌用之鐵鹽,硫酸鹽還原菌用之乳酸及/或硫酸鹽及常見於抄紙機積垢的物種用之澱粉和纖維素。技術領域中具有通常知識者將對於常見於抄紙機積垢的物種有豐富的知識。
在進一步的具體實例中,該微生物為黏液菌。
在進一步的具體實例中,該絲狀細菌係選自由下列所組成之群:球衣菌屬(Sphaerotillus
)、繡菌屬(Crenothrix
)、纖毛菌屬(Leptothrix
)、披毛菌屬(Gallionella
)、爬管菌屬(Herpetosiphon
)及哈里斯康菌屬(Haliscomenobacter
)。
在另一個具體實例中,該組成物包含一或多種塗料聚合物。
在另一個具體實例中,該塗料聚合物為硬化環氧樹脂,其含有一或多種環氧樹脂及一或多種硬化劑。可藉由將塗佈表面放置在周圍狀態下一段時間以達成固化或者以光化學或熱加速之。

在另一個具體實例中,用以製備該硬化環氧樹脂之硬化劑係選自由下列所組成之群:短鏈脂肪族聚胺、經氧烷基化短鏈聚胺、長鏈聚胺加成物、芳香族聚胺、聚胺基醯胺、聚硫醇及其組合。
在另一個具體實例中,該塗料係衍生自一或多種可熱或UV-硬化之環氧樹脂。
在另一個具體實例中,該塗料聚合物含有矽氧橡膠。
在另一個具體實例中,該矽氧橡膠為室溫硫化性橡膠。
在另一個具體實例中,該塗料聚合物係由紙漿的化學組份所組成。
在另一個具體實例中,該紙漿的化學組份係選自由下列所組成之群:澱粉、木質素、纖維素、半纖維素、經化學改質的澱粉、木質素、纖維素、半纖維素及其組合。
本方法論可選擇地提供進行校正動作以改變一或多種程序參數或改變施用至程序的化學或其組合,以達成關於微生物沈積所欲的結果。
許多裝置和演算法可用來幫助沈積的監測。
在一個具體實例中,該監測係藉由使用具有一或多種塗料以增加或防止特定污染物沈積之感測器陣列/複數個感測器來實現,可選擇地其中該監測為線上監測方案。
在另一個具體實例中,感測器陣列包括含有有機物監測(對一類型的有機物種非特定)之塗料、含有用於微生物增加的營養素之塗料以及含有用來抑制微生物生長的除生物劑之塗料。
藉由使用許多類型的感測器和施用許多類型的塗料,技術領域中具有通常知識者可以創設一或多種用來區分許多類型的沈積物之方案,例如,許多類型的微生物沈積物可藉由供給用於抑制或表現存在於造紙系統的許多類型的微生物沈積物的充足介質來測量。此外,可創設一或多種方案以區分非生物沈積物與生物沈積物,例如,無機沈積物與不同類型的細菌。
使用複數個包括QCM感測器在內的感測器,某可有助於技術領域中具有通常知識者所欲達成的區分。
此外,區分包括在許多尺度水平,諸如在微觀/巨觀/奈米水平觀看生物、有機和無機物種之間的差異,例如,巨膠黏物相對於微膠黏物。
在一個具體實例中,感測器陣列包括一種含有用於有機物監測的組成物、一種含有用於微生物增加的營養素的組成物以及一種含有用於微生物生長抑制的除生物劑的組成物。
在另一個具體實例中,閉環微生物控制係以來自至少一個感測器,根據為微生物控制發展的演算法的資訊為基礎;可選擇地其中該控制包括調節抑制微生物生長的化學品饋入。技術領域中具有通常知識者應能夠發展所關注的演算法使得所欲的方案在所關注的程序中執行。可以該演算法程式化控制器,(例如程式邏輯控制器,其中該控制器處理該演算法以經由媒介展示所採取的一系列動作或該程序的處理器用來分析和反應的數據,或者該控制器可經由含有改變程序中所採取動作的手段(例如饋入策略)之媒介發信號。

實施例
在一個使用新穎偵測方法的例示性實驗中,使含有諸如瀝青和膠黏物的天然和人造有機污染物以及許多菌系的流動漿體通過QCM感測器陣列。使用QCM感測器表面上之特定、客製化的塗料來監測瀝青、膠黏物、整體生物膜和細菌的沈積。使用具有塗料的感測器陣列以增加或防止特定污染物的沈積,區分該沈積物,使得系統的即時監測成為可能。
Claims (21)
- 一種用於監測一或多種沈積物的方法,包括在浸入程序的水介質裡之表面上的微生物沈積物在內,該方法包含:a.提供一種與水介質接觸的石英晶體微量天平(QCM),其中該QCM具有與水介質接觸的頂側表面,以及與水介質隔離的第二、底側表面;b.提供一種對於一或多種沈積物類型(包含微生物沈積物)具有選擇性的組成物,該組成物含有一或多種營養素及/或除生物劑且沒有使用抗原或抗體;c.將該組成物施用於該QCM表面的頂側;d.測量該沈積物從水介質到該QCM表面的頂側的沈積速率;及e.可選擇地進行校正動作以改變一或多種程序參數或改變施用至程序的化學,或其組合,以達成關於微生物沈積所欲的結果。
- 如申請專利範圍第1項之方法,其中該程序為造紙程序。
- 如申請專利範圍第1項之方法,其中該水介質為紙漿漿體及/或來自造紙程序中任何階段的水。
- 如申請專利範圍第1項之方法,其中該營養素係選自由下列所組成之群:生物合成代謝物、碳水化合物、多醣、胺、有機酸、醇;無機氮、硫、鉀、鈉、鈣、鎂、磷、鐵、銅、錳化合物;及其組合。
- 如申請專利範圍第1項之方法,其中該組成物含有一 或多種用來促進及/或抑制一或多種從水介質沈積至QCM表面的頂側或在QCM表面的頂側生長之微生物的微生物生長的成分。
- 如申請專利範圍第5項之方法,其中施用於QCM表面的組成物含有至少一種下列組成物:以鹵素為主的除生物劑、次氯酸鹽、次溴酸鹽、氯胺、溴胺、氯磺胺酸鹽、溴磺胺酸鹽、醛、對羥苯甲酸酯、酸-陰離子化合物、二胺、金屬、四級銨化合物、氯已定(chlorohexadine)、染料、醇、酚、甲酚、有機酸及酯。
- 如申請專利範圍第5項之方法,其中施用於QCM表面的組成物含有一或多種抑制一或多種細菌生長速率之組份,且其中該組份係選自至少一種下列化學物質:除生物劑、界面活性劑、聚合物、有機酸及其組合。

- 如申請專利範圍第8項之方法,其中該絲狀細菌係選自由下列所組成之群:球衣菌屬(Sphaerotillus )、繡菌屬(Crenothrix )、纖毛菌屬(Leptothrix )及披毛菌屬(Gallionella )。
- 如申請專利範圍第1項之方法,其中該組成物進一步包含一或多種塗料聚合物。
- 如申請專利範圍第10項之方法,其中該塗料聚合物為硬化環氧樹脂,其含有一或多種環氧樹脂及一或多種硬化劑。
- 如申請專利範圍第11項之方法,其中該環氧樹脂係衍生自表氯醇和雙酚A;及含有芳香族、脂肪族、環脂肪族、雜環主鏈及其組合的樹脂。
- 如申請專利範圍第11項之方法,其中該硬化環氧樹脂係選自由下列所組成之群:甲酚-酚醛清漆環氧樹脂、酚-酚醛清漆環氧樹脂、雙酚F環氧樹脂、多核酚-環氧丙基醚衍生樹脂、四環氧丙基亞甲基二苯胺衍生樹脂、三環氧丙基-對胺酚衍生樹脂、三衍生樹脂及乙內醯脲環氧樹脂。

- 如申請專利範圍第19項之方法,其中該感測器陣列包括一種含有用於有機物監測的組成物、一種含有用於微生物增加的營養素的組成物以及一種含有用於微生物生長抑制的除生物劑的組成物。
