1325241 0) 玖、發明說明 (發明說明應敘明:發明所屬之技術領域、先前技術、內容、實施方式及圖式簡單說明) 技術領域 本發明係關於無線通信。具體而言,本發明係關於爲高 速下行鏈路封包(HSDP)提供已偏壓的二進位決定。 先前技術 在HSDP HSDPA以及許多其他的通信系統中,.有.的應.用J|. 要二進位元決定,但其中錯誤的懲罰在二決定之間是不等 的。 例如,HSDPA使用一 ACK/NACK信號,其中使用者設備(user equipment ; UE)可指示所發送的一資料區塊是否已成功解 碼。已發現:將NACK訊息錯誤地解釋爲ACK較將ACK訊息 錯誤地解碼爲NACK對系統效能損害更大。在後一種情形 下,錯誤將導致所發送的區塊進行不必要地重新發送,這 只不過相當於效率的較小損失。在前一種情形下,發送器 將假定先前所發送的區塊已成功發送,不再進行重新發送。 此種災難性故障會引起嚴重的系統崩潰。 已發現數種明顯的技術可施加偏壓於應答,以便識別 NACK之條件。例如,在二進位相移鍵控(binary phase shift keying ; BPSK)之正常固有的解調變中,輸出信號通常加以 標準化,如代表1的理想信號爲+1.0,而代表〇的理想信號則 爲-1.0,且在具有損失、干擾和雜訊的典型通道中,標準化 輸出可能採用兩者之間的任何値。 在未施加偏壓的決定中,若一輸出z>0,則該程序便宣告 1 ;若該輸出z<〇,則該程序便宣告該輸出=0。在施加偏壓 1325241 • m I pH說麵:if 的決定中,若該輸出z>X,則宣告1,否則宣告0。X視爲臨 ♦ 界値,並根據分析來選擇。若希望輸出爲1,則X將爲負, 例如一較小的負數,如-0.1等。 使用上述程序來使輸出標準化,並得出最佳臨界値,實 施起來是棘手且複雜的,且實施中的公差會引起降級。 發明內容 根據本發明,可利用一標準以使該決定在應用中簡單且 可靠甚多,該標準明顯比簡單的X臨界値更加可靠。 根據此標準,對於時間劃分雙工(TDD)而言,該標準係以 . ' 所測量的信號干擾比(SIR)爲基礎,該信號千擾比係源·自通 道估測程序。可見實際上所有的錯誤實例都發生在SIR値較 低時。 無線電調變(RM)解碼器的故障或近似故障與傳輸中其他 位元錯誤之間的相關性較高;因此,本發明之標準具有高 度可靠性,且易於實施。 實施方式 圖1之常式係用以實施本發明之技術。在圖中所示的下行 鏈路範例中,諸如基地台(BS10)之類的裝置以來自UE12的通 信(步驟S1)爲基礎,利用此通信獲得通道估測値(步驟S2)。 在步驟S3處,BS10使用廣爲人知的技術自該通道估測値 得出一信號干擾比(SIR)。在步驟S4處,BS10將在步驟S3處 所獲得的SIR與一既定的臨界値比較。 該臨界値可藉由採用多種不同技術之一予以決定。一種 可能使用的技術爲:藉由借助類比之分析及使用測試裝置 1325241, ⑷ . 應瞭解,圖1所示的常式可等效地應用於上行鏈路,其中 « BS10及UE12所執行的功能反向,且在步驟S1發送及暫時儲 存通信的是BS10。UE12在步驟S2處獲得通道估測値,在步 驟S3處獲得SIR,在步驟S4將所衍生的SIR與一既定的臨界値 比較,且在步驟S5將NACK發送至BS。BS10分別在步驟S6及 S7處接收NACK並發送所暫時儲存的通信,重新發送的通信 在步驟S8處由UE12接收。若SIR係大於該臨界値,則UE在步 驟S9發送一 ACK條件(其在步驟S10由BS10接收),從而該ACK 信號使該BS10清除所暫時儲存的通信。 應瞭解,本發明之技術亦可同時用於使用者設備與基地 台之間的上行鏈路及下行鏈路通信。 圖式簡單說明 圖1係槪略性說明實施本發明之新穎方法的裝置。 圖式代表符號說明 BS10 基地台 UE12 使用者設備
Claims (1)
