1322858 九、發明說明: 【發明所屬之技術領域】 本發明係關於一種滚珠滑軌,尤指一種裝設有滚 珠架定位裝置的滚珠滑軌。 【先前技術】 為減小滑軌軌體間相對滑動的摩擦力,很多滑軌 於其軌體間設有包括複數滾珠的滚珠架,該等滚珠分 別裝設於滚珠架上的對應裝設孔而排列成行,以使不 同執體間的相對滑動更為順暢,同時減小相互摩擦對 滑軌的損傷。如三段式滑軌的内執與中執之間、中執 與外執之間,都可設置滚珠架。為保證滾珠架可以和 插入其内的軌體同步滑動,而且當不同軌體分離時, 相應的軌體可以準確快速地插入對應滚珠架内,滑軌 上還需設定位裝置以定位滚珠架。習知滚珠架定位裝 置多設於滑軌的軌體端部,因而需佔用滑執端部的空 間,而可能影響滑執上其他裝置的設置。 【發明内容】 鑒於以上内容,有必要提供一種裝設有不佔用滑 執執體空間的滚珠架定位裝置的滚珠滑軌。 一種滚珠滑軌,包括一第一執、一第二執、一設 於第一軌和第二軌之間的滾珠架及一可樞轉地裝設 於滚珠架的定位件,該滚珠架和第一軌係可滑動地收 6 1322858 容於第二執,該定位件包括一卡扣片,該滚珠架開設 一穿槽,該第二軌開設一卡槽,該卡扣片穿過該滚珠 架的穿槽後卡入該第二執的卡槽而將該滚珠架定位 於該第二軌。 相較習知技術,該滚珠滑執的定位件直接裝設於 滚珠架,而不會佔用滑執執體的空間。 【實施方式】 請參閱圖1及圖2,為本發明滚珠滑執較佳實施 方式,其包括一滾珠架20、一第一軌40、一套設於 第一執40的第二軌60、一套設於第二執60的第三軌 70和一滚珠架定位裝置,滚珠架20設於第一軌40和 第二執60之間,用於辅助第一軌40相對於第二執60 的滑動。該滾珠架定位裝置用於將滚珠架20於第二 軌60上定位,其包括一定位件80,一鉚釘90將定位 件80裝設於滚珠架20。 定位件80的主體為近似三角形的片體,其一角 處開設一通孔82,鉚釘90可穿過通孔82以裝設定位 件80。定位件80上鄰近通孔82的一側邊向靠近第一 軌40的方向彎折一較窄折片84,折片84鄰近通孔 82的一端向外延伸成一彈片840。定位件80上與通 孔82相鄰的另一側邊向靠近滚珠架20的方向彎折一 卡扣片86。 滚珠架20包括一腹板22及兩側臂24,兩側臂 7 1322858 24分別自腹板22的兩侧邊向靠近第一執40的方向彎 折。腹板22中部向靠近第一軌40的方向平行偏移形 成一凸出板220。凸出板220上靠近其一端部處設一 抵片222及一固定孔224,抵片222與定位件80的彈 片840相對應,固定孔224則對應於定位件80的通 孔82。腹板22上的凸出板220邊緣及其凸出的過渡 處開設一可供定位件80的卡扣片86穿過的階梯狀穿 槽226。每一側臂24上設有複數裝設孔,每一裝設孔 内裝設一滚珠240,以輔助第一軌40相對於第二執 60的滑動。 第一執40包括一腹板42及兩側臂44,兩側臂 44分別自腹板42的兩侧邊向靠近第二軌60的方向彎 折。每一側臂44向相對側臂44的方向凹陷,從而於 側臂44的外側形成一沿滑執縱長方向的滑道。 第二執60用於收容滚珠架20和第一軌40,其包 括一腹板62及兩側臂64,兩側臂64分別自腹板62 的兩侧邊向靠近第一軌40的方向彎折。腹板62中部 向靠近第一軌40的方向平行偏移形成一凸出板620, 腹板62 —端的凸出板620邊緣及其凸出的過渡處對 應定位件80的卡扣片86開設一階梯狀卡槽622。每 一側臂64具有較大的厚度,且中部内縮從而形成沿 滑軌縱長方向一内滑道642及一外滑道644。 第三執70用於收容第二執60,其包括一腹板72 及兩侧臂74,兩侧臂74分別自腹板72的兩側邊向靠 8 1322858 近第二軌60的方向彎折。每一側臂74向遠離相對侧 臂74的方向凸出,從而於側臂74的内側形成一沿滑 軌縱長方向的滑道742。每一側臂74的滑道742内收 容一裝設複數滚珠的滚珠架744,以輔助第二軌60相 對於第三軌70的滑動。 請參閱圖3,安裝時,將鉚釘90穿過定位件80 的通孔82和滚珠架20的固定孔224,從而將定位件 80可樞轉地裝設於滾珠架20,此時,定位件80的卡 扣片86穿過滾珠架20的穿槽226,定位件80的彈片 840抵頂於滾珠架20的抵片222,定位件80的折片 84的頂端抵頂於滚珠架20的一侧臂24。將滚珠架20 滑動裝入第二執60,其滚珠240分別接觸第二軌60 的侧臂64的内滑道642並於其中滑動,定位件80的 卡扣片86抵靠於腹板62的凸出板620的凸出過渡 處。當滾珠架20完全插入第二軌60並滑動到鎖固位 置後,定位件80的卡扣片86卡入第二軌60的卡槽 622並抵頂於卡槽622位於凸出板620部分的邊緣, 而將定位件80定位於第二軌60。將第二執60插入第 三執70,使其收容於第三執70的兩侧臂74内,第三 執70的滚珠架744的滚珠接觸第二執60的侧臂64 的外滑道644,而輔助第二執60相對於第三執70的 滑動。將第一執40插入第二執60,使其收容於第二 軌60的兩側臂64内,此時滚珠架20因定位於第二 軌60,第一執40可順利插入滚珠架20的側臂24内, 9 1322858 滚珠架20的滚珠240接觸第一軌40的侧臂44的滑 道,以輔助第一軌40相對於第二軌60的滑動。 請參閱圖4,推動第一軌40使其向縮入的方向滑 動,當第一軌40的一側臂44的端部接觸定位件80 的折片84後,折片84將受力而使定位件80樞轉, 定位件80的卡扣片86與第二執60的卡槽622位於 凸出板620的部分錯開,即卡扣片86樞轉至卡槽622 位於第二執60的腹板62未凸出部分的上方,而不再 抵頂於卡槽622的邊緣,定位件80即相對第二執60 解鎖;繼續推動第一執40,滚珠架20將與第一執40 一起向縮入的方向滑動。此時定位件80的彈片840 處於彈性變形狀態,當第一軌40對定位件80的推力 撤去後,定位件80將於彈片840的恢復力作用下復 位。 當然,根據實際需要,本發明中的滚珠架定位裝 置也可應用於第二執60與第三執70之間的滚珠架的 定位,或者應用於兩段式滑軌的滚珠架的定位。定位 件80也可以鉚釘90以外的其他方式柩轉裝設於滾珠 架20,如樞軸樞轉連接等。 當然,根據實際需要,本發明中的滚珠架定位裝 置也可應用於第二軌60與第三軌70之間的滚珠架的 定位,或者應用於兩段式滑執的滚珠架的定位。定位 件80也可以鉚釘90以外的其他方式樞轉裝設於滚珠 架20,如樞轴樞轉連接等。 10 1322858 綜上所述,本發明符合發明專利要件,爰 依法提出專利申請。惟,以上所述者僅為本發 明之較佳實施例,舉凡熟悉本案技藝之人士, 在爰依本發明精神所作之等效修飾或變化,皆 應涵蓋於以下之申請專利範圍内。 【圖式簡單說明】 圖1係本發明滚珠滑執較佳實施方式的立體分解 圖。 圖2係本發明滚珠滑執較佳實施方式的定位件的 放大圖。 圖3係本發明滾珠滑軌較佳實施方式的立體組合 圖,其中滚珠架處於鎖固狀態。 圖4係本發明滚珠滑軌較佳實施方式的立體組合 圖,其中滚珠架處於解鎖狀態。 【主要元件符號說明】 滾珠架 20 腹板 22 凸出板 220 抵片 222 固定孔 224 穿槽 226 侧臂 24 滚珠 240 第一軌 40 腹板 42 侧臂 44 第二軌 60 腹板 62 凸出板 620 卡槽 622 側臂 64 11 1322858 内滑道 642 外滑道 644 第三執 70 腹板 72 侧臂 74 滑道 742 滾珠架 744 定位件 80 通孔 82 折片 84 彈片 840 卡扣片 86 鉚釘 90 121322858 IX.
