玖、發明說明: 【發a月所屑之技術領域】 發明領域 本發明係針對一種用於造纸之帶狀物,特別本發明係 針對用於造紙機之壓機區段之具有槽口之溝槽帶。 L先前技術:J 發明背景 造紙過程中含纖維素之纖維料片係經由將纖維漿液亦 即纖維素纖維水性分散液,於造紙機之成形區段沉積於移 動中之成形織物上形成。大量水由舰經由成形織物排 乾,留下含纖維素之纖維料片於成形織物表面上。 剛成形的含纖維素之纖維料片由成形區段前進至麼機 區段壓機包括u壓機壓力部含纖維素之纖维料 片通過由壓機織物所支載之壓機壓力部,或經常係通過兩 張壓機織物間。於壓_力部,含纖維素之纖維料片置於 壓縮力之下,壓縮力將水擠壓出,壓縮力將料片中之纖維 素纖維彼_著,㈣含纖維素之纖_片轉成紙張。水 可由壓機織物接收,理想上水不會再返回紙張。 紙張最終前進至乾燥器區段,乾燥器區段包括至少〆 系列旋轉式乾燥器轉鼓或工作缸,内部藉水蒸氣加熱。新 成形的紙張於f曲路彳绿乾燥^織物被彳轉導引環繞一系 列轉鼓’乾燥器織物夾持紙張緊密f向轉鼓表面。被加熱 的轉鼓經蒸發將紙張之水含量降至預定程度。 須了解成形織物、壓機織物及乾燥器織物全部皆呈循 環迴圈形式於造紙機上,且係作為輸送帶功能。進一步須 了解紙張的製造是一項連續過程,紙張係以相當速度前 進。換言之,纖維素料漿於成形區段連續沉積於成形織物 上,而剛製造的紙張由乾燥器區段送出後連續捲繞於輥上。 目前造紙織物係以寬廣多種不同樣式製造,設計用來 滿足造紙織物所安裝之造紙機對所製造的紙品等級之需 求。通常包含織造基底織物。基底織物可由單絲紗、層狀 單絲紗、多絲紗或層狀多絲紗織造而成,基底織物可為單 層、多層或層合。紗典型係由熟諳造紙機布料業界人士幕 所周知用於此項目的之合成聚合物樹脂如聚醯胺樹脂及聚 酯樹脂中之任一種擠壓製成。 織造基底織物之本身係呈多種不同形式。例如可織造 成為循環形式'或平織以及隨後以織造接縫變成循環形 式。另外織造基底織物可藉一種俗稱為改性循環編織方法 製造,該方法中,基底織物之寬度方向緣使用其機器方向 (Mo)紗而被提供以接縫迴圈。於此種方法,機器方向紗介 於織物寬度邊緣間連續來回編織,於各個邊緣返回而形成 接縫迴圈。藉此方式製造之基底織物於安裝於造紙機時設 置成為循環形式,因此理由故稱作為可於機器上接縫之織 物。4 為了將此種織物設置成為循環形式,二寬度方向緣調 整々 口 甘一起,於二緣之接縫迴圈彼此指狀交叉,接縫針或接 0針被導引通過由指狀交叉之接縫迴圈所形成之通路。 此外,織造基底織物可層合,經由將至少一基底織物 置於另一基底織物所形成之循環迴圈内層合,以及經由針 !3222l〇 刺短纖襯墊貫穿此基底織物彼此接合而層合。一或多個織 造基底織物可屬於可於機器上接縫類型。今日為眾所周知 - 具有多重基底支撐結構之層合壓機織物。 . 總而言之,織物基底織物係呈循環迴圈形式,或織造 5基底織物可接縫成為此種形式,於縱向方向測量有特定長 度,以及於橫向測量有特定寬度。 傳統壓機區段包括一系列經由一對毗鄰之圓柱形壓機 輥所形成的壓力部。晚近使用長壓機壓力部,發現優於使 用由一對毗鄰輥所形成的壓機壓力部。料片可於壓力部接 φ 1〇受加墨的長度愈長,則可去除之水量愈多,結果將有較少 水殘留而有待於乾燥器區段透過蒸發去除。 於靴式長壓力部壓機,壓力部係介於一對圓柱形壓機 親與拱形壓力Μ形成。鄉壓力歸有陳形凹面,肖 I〗凹面之曲率半徑係接近於圓柱形壓機輥之曲率半徑。當輥 15及_整成為彼此於實體上接近時,形成壓力部,壓力部 於機器方向比介於二屋機觀間形成之壓力部長5倍至⑺ 倍。如此增加含纖維料片於長壓力部之所謂的停駐時間, 鲁 同時維持於二輥壓機之每平方时壓縮力的相等壓力程度。 ^此種長壓力部技術結果比較習知於造紙機上報壓力部於 '〇長壓力部將纖維料片去水之去水量大增。 、 机型長壓力部壓機需要特用帶。此種帶設計用來保護 支樓、載運以及將含纖維料片去水之壓機織物,避免因於 固疋施壓力轨上方直接滑動接觸所導致之加速摩耗。此種 帶必須製作成為光滑不透性表面,其係跨其騎於固定執之 7 潤滑油膜上或於油膜上朴。帶係叫略錢機織物相等 速度移動通過壓力部。 此等類別之帶例如係經由將呈循環迴圈形式之織造其 底織物浸潰以合成聚合物樹脂製造。較佳樹脂於帶: 面上形成為具有預定厚度之塗層,故織造成為基 紗可避免直接賴長壓力部壓機之㈣壓力學元件。 經常希望提供該帶,於帶之外表面上及内表面上 若干預定厚度之樹脂塗層。此外當帶外表面具有若2 之樹脂塗層時,允許溝槽、盲错^丨+ 又 表面卜而去異•山 它腔穴於成形於該 表面上,而未暴路出織造基賴物之任何部分。 提供由片材壓出的水暫_存於壓機壓力部H、 於若干長壓力部壓機組喊態,需要存在㈣溝槽、盲鑽 孔等而提供之若干空隙容積於帶之外表面上。 本發明係有關具有複數個溝槽及槽口於機器方向位在 其外表面之樹脂塗層之靴式壓機帶。 C 明内智— 發明概要 本發明係有關—絲式壓機帶其具有複數個平行機器 方向溝槽形成於外表社。各憾卿成有複數個錐形槽 槽口順著各溝槽彼此隔開,槽口中心重合溝槽中線。 槽口位置沿對肖線方向步料跨㈣鄰之平行溝槽。 t 】 較佳實施例之詳細說明 本發明之較佳具體實施例將就造紙機靴式壓機帶做說 明。但須注意,本發明適用於處理用於造紙機其它區段之 帶狀物’以及適用於其它產業設備之帶狀物,其較佳^有 可輔助去水之帶。 第1圖為根據本發明之-具體實施例,溝槽机式壓機帶 1之平面圖。第2A及2B圖為於機器方向觀視之帶丨之剖面 圖。但於說明帶1之進一步細節前,須作若干附註。為了輔 助於長形壓力賴機去水,典型先前技術料壓機帶有縱 向溝槽形成於其表面,來當壓機帶通過壓力部時通風去除 來自料片及壓機織物之空氣及水。但此種習知帶有某種程 度之溝槽閉合,當帶基體材料於壓力部負載下偏轉時,造 成於溝槽兩邊之二陸塊區彼此接觸,無法通風而對帶效能 造成關鍵性影響。 本發明之帶1經由增加錐形槽口 2陣列至各個溝槽3而 了解決此項問通。較佳槽口 2為置於帶1之額外空隙,俾允 許水流入帶溝槽3,而帶1仍然位於壓機壓力部,如第23圖 所示。如第3圖進一步舉例說明,經由設置通風口6於溝槽 3’因而改良去水,可防止於壓力下溝槽完全閉合。換言之, 通風口 6允許水流入帶溝槽3,而帶1仍然維持於壓機壓力 部。槽口2沿機器方向(MD)溝槽3彼此隔開,槽口中心較佳 重合MD溝槽中線。槽口2位置例如沿對角線方向步進地跨 過毗鄰之平行溝槽,來最小化局部陸塊面積4之脆弱程度。 於第2B圖注意,槽口2之側繪係略大於於頂部開口之溝 槽3,但呈錐形向下而最終匹配至少溝槽3底部側繪。進一 步注意槽口 2延伸深度不比溝槽3深度更深。最佳槽口 2只對 1322210 中出現於溝槽3,而未偏離溝槽3。最後注意槽口 2並未改變 溝槽3的概略形狀,只有槽口 2的特定位置例外。 於根據本發明之帶1之又一具體實施例,可修改一或多 個錐形槽口形狀。舉例言之,錐形槽口形狀於沿溝槽之機 5 器方向可為細長。但也預期涵蓋其它錐形槽口形狀。此種 錐形槽口形狀例如可進一步提升前述本發明帶1用於特殊 用途之優點(例如去水能力改良)。 第4圖顯示用於帶1製造上之槽口方法。槽口 2可與溝槽 3同時形成來確保校準,以及最小化處理時間。槽口2及溝 10 槽3皆可藉切削形成。但熟諳技藝人士也可使用其它適合用 來形成槽口 2及溝槽3之手段。 槽口切削刀具7校準溝槽切削刀具(圖中未顯示),於處 理中往復而形成所需間隔。槽口 2之確切維度及側繪將依據 各種特定用途決定。就此方面而言,注意例如具有前述細 15 長形狀之錐形槽口 2可藉單純於衝程底部延遲切削刀具7典 型達數分之一秒形成。如此讓槽口 2具有卵形或細長形,而 非例如為純錐形。 本發明與美國專利第6,029,570號(「’570專利案」)間存 在有重要差異。’570專利案教示一種帶具有溝槽及盲鑽孔 20 二者。但須注意盲鑽孔只重合至少一溝槽。雖然’570專利 案教示「溝槽通過盲鑽孔中心耦合」(第2欄,第55-56行), 但須注意’570專利案也教示盲鑽孔為主要儲水容積,幾乎 不需使用溝槽。因此孔不會作為水於負載之下移轉入溝槽 的管道。此外,盲鑽孔之形狀為圓柱形可延伸超過溝槽深 10 1322210 度。更重要地,孔至溝槽之圖案對’570號專利案之帶功能 並不重要。 本發明也與外國文件DE 44 11 621不同。該文件教示一 種具有所謂之「表面空隙」之溝槽帶。但’621帶特別有淚 5 滴形溝槽,其蓄意設計用來於壓力下完全緊閉,如此於壓 機壓力部不會吸水,反而留下壓力部嘗試控制紙張的再度 濕潤。此外,’621專利案之帶具有「盲鑽孔」對中於溝槽, 而非具有槽口。此等「孔」如第3-5圖以及第8-10圖可知, 只由帶表面延伸至特殊設計之溝槽頂。此外,此等「孔」 10 於申請專利範圍第2項描述為「第一區(28)始於帶(20)表 面」。於申請專利範圍之同一項,溝槽被描述為「第二區(30) 具有比第一區(28)更大的剖面」。 前述修改對熟諳技藝人士顯然易知,但不超出本發明 之範圍。隨後申請專利範圍應解譯為涵蓋此等情況。 15 【圖式簡單說明】 第1圖為根據本發明之靴式壓機帶之平面圖; 第2A圖為第1圖之帶於形成槽口之前於機器方向之剖 面圖; 第2B圖為形成槽口後於機器方向之剖面圖; 20 第3圖為本發明之平面圖,開放式通風口處於切槽閉 合條件下;以及 第4圖為根據本發明之形成槽口方法之剖面圖。 11 1322210 【圖式之►主要兀*件代4表符號表】 1…帶 2.. .錐形槽口 3.. .溝槽 4.. .陸塊面積 6.. .通風口 7.. .切削刀具
