Description

施配裝置
本發明可用於施配黏性材料,諸如糊狀可擠壓材料、可擠壓泡沫材料或類似材料。本發明所特別應用於的一領域係食品工業。
在食品工業中,通常藉助一種含有所要施配之物質之錐形撓性封裝來手工塗敷糖衣或預先攪打之澆頭。舉例而言,通常在一錐形密封袋中提供預先攪打之澆頭,其中自形成出口部分之較窄末端施配產品。出口部分通常藉助剪刀裁剪而打開。其他用於打開袋子之方法亦適合。一旦在該出口處打開該撓性封裝,便藉由壓擠該封裝之側面以迫使產品經由打開處流出來施配產品。以此方式手工施配預先攪打之澆頭或糖衣可導致工人之肌肉疲勞,此可不利地影響生產力。
需要一種更容易操作、可用一隻手操作、可儲存於有限空間內、且具備能使澆頭維持一安全溫度之冷卻特性之施配裝置。為維持所施配產品之物理特徵,當該機械單元未在施配時,該施配器不應對預先攪打之澆頭或糖衣施加任何力。
本發明藉由提供一施配裝置來滿足上述需要,該施配裝置具有能夠接收一預先封裝之預先攪打之澆頭或糖衣充填物之殼體。該殼體具有一內壁,該內壁中形成有一用於容納一齒條之槽。該齒條具有一組與一柱塞上之掣子相嚙合之齒輪齒。活塞沿軸向移動以迫使預先攪打之澆頭或糖衣通過其封裝內之出口。活塞上之掣子在一個方向上鎖定並在相反方向上轉動,以使齒條在活塞沿一第一方向移動時與活塞嚙合且使齒條在活塞沿一與該第一方向相反之第二方向移動時與活塞脫開。
齒條在槽內之旋轉會將齒輪齒移至槽中與掣子相對之側上,從而容許將活塞朝殼體末端推回以重新裝填該裝置。於本發明之一實施例中,封蓋之自動關閉會使齒條旋回至一其中該齒輪齒可與齒條嚙合之位置。
大體地參照圖1-21,並首先參照圖1-5,其顯示一具有一第一端16及一第二端19之殼體13。第一末端16係單元10之施配端,且如下文中所將詳細闡述,第一端16可配備有一具有一開口25之轉動封蓋22。開口25之大小可接納一在運作上與含有所要施配產品之撓性封裝31(圖12)相關聯之出口28(圖12)。熟習此項技術者根據本揭示內容將顯而易見,封裝31之出口28可配備有一施配尖端(未顯示),該施配尖端位於封裝31內部並在施配開始時移至出口28之端部以為可擠壓產品提供一通道。封蓋22大致平坦,以使該單元能夠自第一端16支撐於一水平面上。
第二端19可配備有一大致平坦之端壁34,以使該單元亦可自第二末端19支撐於一水平面上。第二端19亦可裝配有一吊鉤23,以用於自第二端19懸掛單元10以便進行儲存。吊鉤23可相對較薄且以轉動方式附固於第二端19上,以使其可貼靠端壁34折疊且在藉由第二端19支撐單元10時將不會具有妨礙作用。
轉至圖6,殼體13界定一接納撓性封裝31(圖12)之空腔37。殼體13之總體形狀可大致為圓柱形,以使其能夠在其中接納一碟狀活塞40。活塞40能夠在殼體13內部滑動並由殼體13之內壁43圍繞其邊緣進行支撐。活塞40及內壁43可在材料及間隙方面設計成使活塞40在殼體13內平滑地滑動而不偏離直線或黏滯在內壁43上。活塞40作用於封裝31之力使產品經由第一端16處之出口28(圖13)施配出。殼體13可構造有若干內壁43及一外壁44。壁43、44之間的空間可用具有隔熱特性之材料形成及填充,以使欲施配材料保持溫熱或冰冷。或者,殼體13可由一具有隔熱特性之材料構造而成之實心壁圓柱體形成。活塞40及蓋22亦可使用具有隔熱特性之材料形成。
對於圓柱型殼體13,活塞40為圓形且可具有足夠寬之厚度以便抵靠內壁43穩定地滑動。活塞40配備有一能夠嚙合位於殼體13內部之傳動齒條49之掣子46(圖8、9)。齒條49之移動(其將在下文中更詳細闡述)使活塞40相對於殼體13沿軸向移動。活塞40之軸向移動使撓性封裝31被壓縮並使產品如上文所述被擠出。
齒條49可安裝於殼體13上的一槽52中,槽52係由一附固於殼體13周邊上之管狀構件54(圖8)形成。槽52亦可整體地形成於殼體13本身中的一凹槽內。槽52自第一端16沿軸向延伸至第二端19,且槽52靠近殼體13之內壁43沿軸向延伸。形成槽52之管狀構件54可係圓柱形或其他適合形狀。除了一其中由管狀構件54形成槽52之間隙55外,殼體13之內壁43之橫截面大致為圓形。活塞40在殼體13內貼靠內壁43滑動,且掣子46延伸至槽52內,在此處與齒條49相嚙合。如下文中所將更詳細闡述,齒條49在槽52內往復移動。如在此實例中所顯示,施配器10可配備有單個齒條49。亦可使用額外齒條49。往復運動之齒條49無需在活塞40上附裝連接桿,因而減小了單元10所需之空間。
如在圖7中所顯示,齒條49由一具有一組齒輪齒60之桿57形成,該組齒輪齒60位於桿57之周邊之至少一部分上。在所示實例中,桿57係細長的並自一中空之圓柱體形成。其他形狀亦可適用。桿57沿單元10之縱向軸線方向延伸且可自一端或兩端支撐。桿57係中空的且滑套於一導銷61上。導銷61可自一附固於第一端16上之實心桿狀構件形成。導銷61裝於桿57內且在殼體13之長度之一部分上延伸。桿57與銷61滑動嚙合以維持齒條49在槽52內之之對直。
轉至圖9,活塞40上之掣子46延伸至槽52內並與桿57上之齒60嚙合。掣子46在樞軸點47處以轉動方式附固於活塞40上,以便在齒條49沿一特定方向移動時掣子46能夠轉離齒輪齒60。因而,如在圖20及21中所最佳顯示,當齒輪齒60沿一由箭頭61所指示之第一方向行進時,掣子46與齒60嚙合且活塞40與齒條49一起沿第一方向移動。當齒條49沿一與該第一方向相反之第二方向(由箭頭62指示)移動時,掣子46轉離齒輪齒60且齒條49能夠滑過活塞40而不移動活塞40。因而,在正常運作期間,活塞40沿一個朝向施配端16之方向移動。在觸發器63之每次致動之間,藉助掣子46與齒條49中之齒60之嚙合將活塞40固定就位。掣子46佈置成使其因與一凸肩51(圖21)之嚙合而在一個方向上受到止擋。因而,齒條49相對於該等圖式從左至右之移動會使活塞40移動,且掣子46與齒60之嚙合使活塞40不能相對於齒條49向左移動。
單元10設計成使活塞40自第二端19朝第一端16移動以在第一端16處經由開口25施配產品。齒條49以往復平移方式朝第一端16及遠離第一端16移動。
單元10可藉助一以機械方式耦接至齒條49之致動觸發器63(圖2)用一隻手操作,以使因朝一固定手柄72壓擠觸發器63所引起之旋轉能使齒條49朝單元10之第一端16移動。於所示實例中,致動觸發器63耦接至一軸66,軸66使一連桿69旋轉以將軸66之旋轉運動變換為齒條49之直線運動。連桿69藉助在槽67中行進並對軸環70施加力之元件68連接至齒條49。在圖15中,顯示觸發器63處於致動之前的其正常位置。如在圖18中所顯示,壓擠觸發器63會使其如箭頭71所指示朝固定手柄72旋轉。軸環70圍繞齒條49外側設置。軸環70內的一軸承71(未顯示)使齒條49及導銷61能夠相對於軸環70旋轉。軸環70與齒條49相連接以使連桿69所引起的軸環70沿軸向之移動會使齒條49與軸環70一起沿軸向移動。連桿69使齒條49沿單元10之縱向軸線方向往復移動。
朝一固定手柄72壓擠致動觸發器63,以使齒條49沿第一方向朝殼體之第一端16移動。
當釋放致動手柄63時,軸66藉助一偏置構件(例如一螺旋彈簧75)沿相反方向旋轉。此旋轉使連桿69沿相反方向移動,從而使齒條49沿第二方向移動。
轉至圖9,在機械單元10之正常運作期間,活塞40朝第一端16移動,以在第一端16處經由噴嘴28(圖12)施配產品。在每次拉動致動觸發器63時,活塞40皆前進一可如上述加以調整之預定距離。如上文所述,當與齒條49嚙合時,活塞40僅可單向移動。於活塞40到達第一端16且已施配完所有產品之後,必須移除空的封裝且須將活塞40返回至單元10之第二端19以便進行再填充。為使活塞40相對於齒條49沿第二方向移動,必須使齒條49自活塞40上之掣子46脫開。於所示實例中,齒輪齒60位於圓柱桿57一側上。因而,桿57之旋轉(如圖11中箭頭58所指示)將使齒60旋轉脫離與掣子46之嚙合。一旦齒60已旋離掣子46,便可沿箭頭59之方向用手朝殼體13之第二端19推動活塞40,以便再填充單元10。
轉至圖10,其顯示一用於自動使齒60旋離掣子46之實例。封蓋22以轉動方式附固於殼體13之第一端16處,且旋轉封蓋22來打開單元10會使齒條49旋轉。封蓋22以轉動方式安裝於一自殼體13外部毗鄰第一端16支撐之軸91上。軸91上亦安裝有一第一齒輪94,該第一齒輪94與封蓋22及軸91沿同一方向旋轉。齒輪94嚙合一與第一齒輪94約成九十度角安裝之橫向齒輪97。因而,齒輪94之轉動會使齒輪97在一垂直平面中旋轉。橫向齒輪97藉助一第三齒輪100在機械上耦接至導銷61。因而,封蓋22自閉合位置旋轉至打開位置會使導銷61藉由一組齒輪94、97、100來旋轉齒條49。齒條49自一其中齒60與掣子46嚙合之位置旋轉至一其中齒60與掣子46脫開並不接觸之位置(最佳顯示於圖11中),從而使活塞40沿第二方向(由圖11中箭頭59指示)朝殼體13之第二端19自由滑動。
導銷61具有一位於其上並向外延伸之凸起103。齒條49中所形成之縱向槽106接納導銷61。凸起103在機械上在旋轉方面將導銷61耦接至齒條49。因而,藉由操作齒輪94、97及100使導銷61旋轉會使齒條49藉助與靠近槽106之齒條49之側壁相嚙合之凸起103而一起旋轉。
相反,縱向槽106使凸起103沿軸向自由地往復滑動,以使齒條49能夠相對於導銷61沿軸向滑動。因此,導銷61與齒條49一起旋轉但能夠彼此沿軸向相對滑動。
轉至圖12-14,為填充單元10,打開封蓋22,此會使齒條49旋離活塞40上之掣子46。隨後可將活塞40推至殼體13後側。將含有所要施配材料之撓性封裝31插入殼體13並使出口28穿過封蓋22之開口25。撓性封裝31可在與出口相對之端部處配備有一伸出部分32。伸出部分32提供一與活塞40對接之表面以提供額外的穩定性。隨後如在圖13中所顯示,合上封蓋22並藉助剪刀、小刀或類似物打開出口28。或者,出口28可具有一可撕開之形體。一旦打開出口28,便可藉由朝固定手柄72壓擠觸發器63來施配材料。
可提供一毗鄰殼體13之第一端16之轉動掣子109,以將封蓋22固定於閉合位置上。掣子109可以轉動方式附固於第一端16上,以便在按壓位於一樞軸點115對側上之操縱桿112時會使掣子109旋離與封蓋22之嚙合。掣子109可藉由彈簧而偏置於如圖所示之閉合位置上。
上文已結合一用於往復齒條49之機械驅動系統闡述了單元10。熟習此項技術者根據本揭示內容將顯而易見,齒條49之聯接裝置可由一電動馬達或類似裝置來驅動。

Claims (13)

  1. 一種施配器,其包括:一殼體,其具有一界定於其中之空腔並具有一出口;一活塞,其位於該殼體內並具有至少一個自其伸出之可回縮掣子;至少一個能夠平移運動之齒條,該齒條具有能夠與該活塞上之該掣子嚙合之齒,從而使在該齒條沿一第一方向移動時該活塞沿該第一方向移動;一觸發器,其與該齒條成運作關係以使該觸發器之致動使該齒條沿該第一方向移動;及一以轉動方式附固於該殼體之該出口處之封蓋,其中該封蓋機械地耦接至該齒條以使打開該封蓋會致使該齒條旋轉,從而使該齒條上之該等齒自該活塞上之該掣子脫開,以使該活塞可沿該第二方向移動以便再填充該施配器。
