以微弱之力由開尾筒40B脫離,因此可減少插銷3〇及開尾 筒40B破損之問題。 其後,用圖4〜圖7說明將滑件5〇下拉至滑件5〇之嚙合口 抵接於開尾筒40B之上部的位置後,於開尾筒4〇B之嵌插 t 部40Z内嵌插插銷30,其後使滑件5〇朝上方移動而將左 右之鏈帶彼此閉合之狀態。 圖4圖7所不之狀病令,插銷3〇係嵌插於開尾筒4〇b之嵌 插部40Z’該狀態下’插銷3〇係成為藉由表壁面4〇c對拉鏈 4〇j。 以下說明未伴隨下拉滑件5〇之操作,而立即使處於嚙合 狀態之左右之鏈帶開裂的順序。 如之前所說明,使滑件50向上移動至滑件5〇之導入口與 上止擋1 8抵接之位置後,若利用者施加將左右之鏈帶彼此 朝左右方向打開之力,則首先第1鏈帶16之芯部14從滑件 50之布槽脫離。 若利用料繼續施加將左右之鍵帶彼此朝左右方向打開 之力,則比滑件50更靠下方所嚙合之左右之第丨鏈齒排12 及第2鏈齒排13 ’將由上方順序脫離喷合,成為順序開離 之狀·4,即成為嚙合脫離至插銷3〇及筒銷4〇之正上方,且 左右之鏈帶僅藉由插銷3〇及開尾筒40Β而結合的狀態。 再者,若利用者再繼續施加將左右之鏈帶彼此朝左右方 向打開之力’則插銷3〇會一面傾斜一面由裏防脫突片4〇ε 之上方所空出的寬大開口 40J脫離。由於該開口 40J係寬大 空出’因此藉由傾斜插銷3〇可將插銷3〇從嵌插部4〇2容易 將插銷30對快開式拉鏈10之裏方向定位之裏防脫突片的另 一實施形態。 圖8係顯示由開尾筒140B之底壁40G之側緣突出之裏防 脫突片40E以直接與筒銷側壁面40H連接之形式而形成的 狀態的圖。另,具有與圖2所示之構件相同之功能的構件 係賦與相同之符號,且省略其說明。 圖2〜圖7所示之實施形態中,由開尾筒40B之底壁40G之 側緣突出之裏防脫突片40E與開尾筒40B之筒銷側壁面40H 0之材質之彈性率係設定為低於第i及第2 鏈齒排12、13之材質的彈性率。 其後說明進行將處於閉鎖狀態之快開式拉鏈3丨〇瞬間開 離之操作時,滑件350與第i鏈齒排12的關係。若於滑件 350之側方施加將左右之第1鏈帶16及第2鏈帶17朝左右方 向打開之力’則第1鏈齒排12之最靠導入口側之鏈齒將進 入延設高度設定較低之導入口側之凸緣5〇T、5〇lj之間的 布槽。此時,第1鏈齒排12之最靠導入口侧之鏈齒將使凸 緣50Τ及上翼片52之角部欲朝上方彎曲。其結果,成為導 入口側之布槽擴寬,且布槽内伸入有第丨鏈齒排12之狀 態。 再者’若繼續施加將左右之第1鍵帶16及第2鍵帶17朝左 右方向打開之力’則伸入於布槽之第1鏈齒排丨2之鏈齒將 跨越凸緣50Τ、50U,如圖13之假想線所示,會完全從滑 件之鏈齒引導通路脫離。 141738-1011016.doc 複數之鏈齒12-1〜12-4將由導入口側順序通過滑件35〇之凸 緣50T、50U之間的布槽,最終第1鏈齒排12從滑件35〇之 鏈齒引導通路完全脫離。當第1鏈齒排12從滑件350之鏈齒 引導通路脫離時’喝入鏈齒之上翼片52之彎曲(彈性變形) 將回復,而返回至原先之自由位置(圖丨3之實線所示之位 置)。 若第1鏈齒排12由滑件脫離,則比滑件350更靠下方所嚙 合之左右之第1鏈齒排12及第2鏈齒排13將由上方順序脫離 嚙合,如圖19所示,成為開離之狀態。若繼續開離左右之 第1鏈齒排12及第2鏈齒排13,則插銷30將由開尾筒40B拔 離,成為左右之第1鏈帶16及第2鏈帶17完全開離之狀態。 以下說明使暫時完全開離之左右之第1鏈帶16及第2鏈帶 17再次成為嚙合狀態的情形。該情形下,首先係將滑件 350下拉至第2鏈帶17之最下位,使開尾筒40B與滑件350之 嚙合口相抵接。 其後,將第1鏈帶16從滑件3 5 0之左側之導入口插入,且 將其押下直至插銷30之下端部嵌插於開尾筒40B之嵌插部 40Z(參照圖2)。若於下降插銷30之方向繼續施加力,則最 終於筒銷40之第2扣止部44抵接插銷30之第1扣止部34。若 於該將插銷30嵌插至下端之狀態下進行將滑件350朝拉鏈 之上方拉升的操作,則第1鏈齒排12與第2鏈齒排13將嚙合
