Abstract

This invention discloses a torsion measuring structure of an electrical torsion tool, including: strain gauges provided on each of opposing sides of the box end of a wrench body, and a strain gauge on a grip. The three strain gauges are all connected to an output device having a built-in computing unit. The output device is affixed to the rip of the wrench. The output device is provided with a display device and an adjustment knob. The strain gauges provided to both sides of the box end enhance sensitivity of the torsion measurement. The computing unit determines the selected strain gauge based on changes in resistance and then computes the torsion value so as to eliminate the possible measurement deviations of torsion caused by wrenching fasteners in different directions. The torsion value is then displayed by the display device as a reference for the user.
