1273885 九、發明說明: 【發明所屬之技術領域】 本發明係有關於一種「灑水器之止水、出水控制結構 改良(二)」,其利用控制桿之平面與管體之平台内壁平面保 持一適當距離僅與一止水件密貼進行止水及出水控制之設 計,俾可減少控制桿與管體平台之接觸面積而相對降低磨 擦係數,令控制桿於操控上更為輕鬆、省力,且止水件係 ; 位於控制桿之平面與管體之平台内壁平面間而相互呈平面 _ 貼抵,令該止水件不論於高低水壓均可平整密貼於平台之 内壁平面,進而保持更佳之防漏目的者。 【先前技術】 按,台灣專利公告第1241157號及美國專利公告第 6736340B1號之灑水器(10)雖設有一具頸部(33)之控制桿 (30)與一具出水口(21)及鞍形座(25)之封條(2〇)相配合以 _控制出水口(21)何時出水之效益'然在操作上,往往因控 ‘制桿(30)之桿身必須完全貼合包覆於封條⑽)之鞍形座 (25)上,以致增加桿身與鞍形座(25)之接觸面積而相對提 高磨擦係數,令控制桿(3〇)於推動上更為吃力,且因桿身 與鞍形座(25)係呈圓弧狀貼抵以致磨擦阻力較大,故於高 水壓時,強大之水流則會順控制桿(3〇)之桿身周緣面衝抵 鞍形座(25)之内面而由桿身及鞍形座(25)之間隙渗入出水 ⑵:出U控制桿於高水壓之防漏止水效 佳者。 本發明人有鐘於&,即本著創作之精神,乃思及製程 5 1273885 ‘ · 爭面(211)之平台(21),於平台(21)頂面之貫設若干出水孔 (22)各與一喷嘴套(221)相套設,且兩側之出水孔(22)係對 稱設呈向外漸傾狀,而平台(21)兩側面凸設若干與管體(2〇) f 内部相通之控制孔(23),該控制孔(23,如第四圖所示)並 與平台(21)之内壁平面(211)兩侧各形成一擔部(24),控制 桿(30)係樞置穿設於控制孔(23)内而可活動推移,於一側 設一平面(31)與平台(21)之内壁保留一適當間距且恰與出 水孔(22)相對,而一端設一具環槽(321)之擋頭(32)供一止 籲漏環(33)套設,另一端延設一具彈性卡聊(341)之套段(34) 與一具鉤孔(351)之擋蓋(35)相套合,該擋頭(32)及擋蓋 (35)分別位於擋部(24)之兩外側而隨控制桿(3〇)之移動相 互抵擔定位,而平面(31)上各凹設一具止水件(36)之定位 槽(311)及一孔狀之入水區(312),該止水件(36)係可設為 環狀或其它形狀並設為彈性塑材而略凸於平面(31)恰可密 貼於平台(21)之内壁平面(211),喷嘴蓋(4〇)係蓋合於管體 (20)上方,於頂面貫設若干與出水孔(22)相對之限位孔(41) _ 以供喷嘴套(221)突伸而出(如第五圖所示),令兩侧之嗔嘴 套(2 21)自然順出水孔(2 2)之斜度往外漸傾呈擴散狀者。 當控制桿(30)在一侧推移至止水件(36)與出水孔(22) 相對(如第四圖所示)時,出水孔(22)之外圍則受止水件(36) 之阻塞形成止水狀態而可減少喷嘴套(221)之噴水孔數(如 第六圖所示),且當控制捍(30)往另一侧推移至入水區(312) 與出水孔(22)相對(如弟七圖所示)時,出水孔(22)即呈開 啟狀態以供管體(20)内之水流由控制桿(30)之入水區(312) 經喷嘴套(221)喷出以增加喷水孔數(如第八圖所示)進而 達到自由變化喷水孔數,且控制桿(30)利用平面(31)與管 1273885 體(20)之平台(21)内壁平面(211)保持一適當距離僅與一 止水件(36)相密貼進行止水及出水控制之設計,俾可減少 控制桿(30)與管體(2〇)平台(21)之内壁平面(211)接觸面 < 積而相對降低磨擦係數,令控制桿(3〇)於操控上更為輕 鬆、省力’並藉由止水件(36)係位於控制桿(3〇)之平面(31) 與管體(20)之平台(21)内壁平面(211)間而相互呈平面貼 抵之設計’令該止水件(36)不論於高低水壓均可平整密貼 於平台(21)之内壁平面(211),以確實防止水流於高水壓時 φ 由出水孔(22)渗出之缺失,進而可保持較隹之防漏目的者。 如第九圖所示,其中控制桿(30)之入水區(312,)係可 設呈槽狀,令控制捍(3〇)往一侧推移至止水件(36)與出水 孔(22)相對(如第十圖所示)時,出水孔(22)之外圍則受止 水件(3 6)之阻塞形成止水狀態而可減少喷嘴套(2 2丨)之喷 水孔數’且當控制桿〈3〇)往另一側推移至入水區(312,)與 出水孔(22)相對(如第十一圖所示)時,出水孔(22)即呈開 啟狀態以供管體(2〇)内之水流由控制桿(3〇)之入水區 φ (312 )經喷嘴套(22丨)喷出以增加喷水孔數進而達到自由 變化喷水孔數者。 綜上所述’當知本發明具有產業上利用性與進步性, 且本發明未見於任何刊物,亦具新穎性,當符合專利法第 一十一條及二十二條之規定,爰依法提出發明專利申請, 懇請貴審查委員惠准專利為禱。 ^唯以上所述者,僅為本發明之其中較佳實施例而已, 當不能以之限定本發明實施之範圍;即大凡依本發明申請 專利範圍所作之均等變化與修飾,皆應仍孱本發明專利涵 蓋之範圍内。 1273885 【圖式簡單說明】 第一圖:係為本發明之灑水器立體外觀圖。 第二圖:係為本發明之立體分解圖。 第三圖:係為本發明之立體組合圖。 第四圖:係為本發明之組合剖面暨止水狀態示意圖。 第五圖:係為本發明之喷嘴蓋蓋合於管體上方使喷嘴套 突伸而出使兩側喷嘴套自然往外漸傾之組合剖 面圖。 鼸第六圖:係為第四圖之減少出水孔數示意圖。 第七圖:係為本發明之組合剖面暨出水狀態示意圖。 第八圖:係為第七圖之增加出水孔數示意圖。 第九圖··係為本發明之另一立體分解圖。 第十圖:係為第九圖之組合剖面暨止水狀態示意圖。 第十一圖··係為第九圖之組合剖面暨出水狀態示意圖。 【主要元件符號說明】 10·… ..灑水器 11··· ...座體 12·… ..灑水控制組 20··· ...管體 21···· ..平台 211·· ...平面 22·… ..出水孔 221·· ...喷嘴套 23·… ..控制孔 24· · · ...擋部 30···. 控制桿 31··· ...平面 311… ,..定位槽 312、 312’.....入水區 32··· · ...擋頭 321·· . . .環槽 33··· · ,..止漏環 34··· ...套段 1273885 341… ..彈性卡腳 35··· ...擋蓋 351… 36··· u .止水件 40·… ..喷嘴蓋 41··· ...限位孔 50·… ..封蓋

1273885 十、申請專利範圍: 1、 一種灑水器之止水、出水控制結構改良(二),其灑 水器係於一進水組之管體頂面設一具若干出水孔且内壁為 平面之平台,於平台之兩侧面設有若干與管體内部相通之 控制孔各供一具平面之控制桿枢置穿設,控制桿之平面與 平台之内壁平面並保持一適當之間距且恰與出水孔相對, 而平面上分別設有一止水件及一入水區,該止水件係略凸 於控制桿之平面恰可平整密貼於平台之内壁平面,藉此, > 使止水件及入水區可隨控制桿之推移位置分別與出水孔相 對以達到止水及出水之控制者。 2、 如申請專利範圍第1項所述之灑水器之止水、出水 控制結構改良(二),其中控制榉之入水區係可設呈孔狀者。 3、 如申請專利範圍第1項所述之灑水器之止水、出水 控制結構改良(二),其中控制桿之入水區係可設呈槽狀者。 4、 如申請專利範圍第1項所述之灑水器之止水、出水 控制結構改良(二),其中控制桿之平面上可凹設一定位槽 供止水件容設定位者。 P 5、如申請專利範圍第1項所述之灑水器之止水、出水 控制結構改良(二),其中止水件係可設為環狀及其它形狀 者。 6、 如申請專利範圍第1項所述之灑水器之止水、出水 控制結構改良(二),其中止水件可設為彈性塑材者。 7、 如申請專利範圍第1項所述之灑水器之止水、出水 控制結構改良(二),其中管體之每一出水孔係可與一喷嘴 套相套設者。 8、 如申請專利範圍第1項所述之灑水器之止水、出水 1273885 控制結構改良(二),其中管體之上方可蓋設一具限位孔之 喷嘴蓋者。 9、 如申請專利範圍第1項所述之灑水器之止水、出水 控制結構改良(二),其中管體之兩側出水孔可對稱設呈向 外漸傾狀者。 10、 如申請專利範圍第1項所述之灑水器之止水、出 水控制結構改良(二),其中管體之控制孔與平台之内壁平 面兩側各形成一擋部者。 > 11、如申請專利範圍第1項所述之灑水器之止水、出 水控制結構改良(二),其中控制桿之一端設一具環槽之擋 頭供一止漏環套設,另一端延設f具彈性卡腳之套段與一 具鉤孔之擋蓋相套合者。 12
