Abstract
The present invention provides a heat-dissipating device including a housing having at least one air inlet and one air outlet, and at least one set of rotor blades disposed in the housing, wherein an extending wall extends out from the inner periphery of the air inlet for defining an air storage in the housing and there are a plurality of air-guiding elements so as to greatly increase and stabilize the blast pressure of the discharged airflow and enhance the heat-dissipating efficiency.
