Abstract

The invention is about a method and structure of the clearance reduction between gears in the transmission mechanism. This mechanism comprises a driving gear meshing with two driven gears that are assembled in the mechanism block. One side of the driving gear is connected to the power mechanism. Those two driven gears are pivotally connected to the mechanism block with two pendulum arms. A resilient component is arranged between the outside of two pendulum arms and the mechanism block so that a buffering resilience can be passed onto the driven gears. These two driven gears will have a spring-loaded pivot point that lies along the centerline of the driving gear and driven gears. When the transmission mechanism move along the rack to cause clearance between gears, both driven gears will revolve pivotally toward the rack. This design will reduce the clearance between gears, improve the meshing accuracy of gears transmission, and enhance the efficiency of transmission.
