Abstract

The present invention provides a composite formation method for substrate of electronic product, which is applied in forming the housing of electronic product. The method includes first providing a substrate to be formed; pre-forming the substrate to be formed by conventional skill such as hydraulic pressure, casting or punching; then, placing the pre-formed substrate in a mold; and stacking and pressing a metal plate on the pre-formed substrate. When the electromagnetic coil set at one side of the pre-formed substrate is conducted by pulse current and close to the pre-formed substrate, a repulsive force is generated between the electromagnetic coil set and the pre-formed substrate. The repulsive force drives the pre-formed substrate to be deformed outwardly and extended by contacting the mold for formation.
