To reduce the time for the process of recovering the phase, the invention also discloses a binary searching method and a two-time oversampling data recovery circuit architecture, so as to greatly reduce the required locking time. A multiphase time-sharing parallel sampling technique is used for achieving the effects of high speed operation and low power consumption.
