【發明内容J τ ίχ月係k供-種提高影像播放順暢度之顯示卡,以解決上、求 習知之問題。 '、^ 本發明係揭露-種提高影像播放順暢度之顯示卡,其包含— 像擷取引擎,用以接收數 ^ ^ 士 ^ ^心像1吕唬,一吕己^體,連接於該影像 擷取Μ,用來儲存該影像擷取引擎擷取之數位影像信號,— 像—’連接於該記憶體,絲接㈣存於該記憶體之杨 影像信號,m —時脈產生器,連接於該影像操取引擎㈣ 繼示引擎,用來對該影像操取引擎與該影像顯示引擎提供同 示引擎同步接收數位影 3寸脈,以使該影像擷取引擎與該影像顯 像信號。 【實施方式】 請參閱圖二,圖二為本發明顯示卡2〇〇之示意圖,顯示卡咖 包含-解碼器220,其包含-第一時脈產生器挪。顯示卡2〇〇另 包含-影像操取引擎230、-影像處理引擎25〇、一記憶體24〇、 -影像顯示引擎26。、一影像處理時脈產生器252、-電視編碼器 21 〇、—液晶顯示器(LCD)輪出介面212、—陰極射線管(crt)顯示 器輸出介面214’以及一電漿顯示器⑽p)輸出介面216。解碼器 1263925 220將接收之類比影像信號AVS轉換為數值影像信。影像掏 取引擎230係用以接收解碼器220之數位影像信號_存入記憬 體240中,記憶ϋ 24(M系連接於影像擷取引擎23〇。影像處理引擎 2b0自記憶體24G中讀取數位影像信冑跳,對數位影像信號_ 作影像放大、影像縮小或其他特殊之影像效果之處理,而形成數 位影像資料DVD儲存至記憶體240中。影像顯示引擎26〇自記憶 體240讀取數位影像資料_再輸出至一輸出介面例如電視編碼 器21〇、LCD輸出介面212、CRT輸出介面214或pDp輸出介面216, 影像顯示引擎26G所讀取儲存於記憶體24〇中的影像資料可為影 像棟取將230傳送至記憶體24()<數位影像信號(未經特殊處理) 或為經過影像處理引擎250所處理過後之數位影像資料。 在顯示卡200巾,解碼器220之第一時脈產生器怨係為—鎖 相迴路’連接於影像擷取引擎23〇與影像顯示引擎26〇,用以提供 同-時脈DCK於影像操取引擎23〇與影像顯示引擎彻,以使影像 擷取引擎23◦與影像顯示引擎·的時脈同步,$而避免影像不 順暢之現象。1夕卜’第-時脈產生器222亦另可連 與電視編碼謂、輸編212'⑽及216,峨與影^ 操取引擎230、影像顯示引擎26㈣一頻率之時脈Dc{(於電視編碼 器210、輸出介面212、214以及216。 於同一晶片中,解碼器 由於顯示卡200内部之構件並非全設置 1263925 乙》20係δ又置方;*日日片202中,影像擷取引擎23q、影像處理引擎 250、影像處理時脈產生器252、記憶體240以及影像顯示引擎26〇 係設置於第一晶片204中,而電視編碼器21〇、液晶顯示器輸出介 面212、陰極射線管顯示器輸出介面214以及電漿顯示器輸出介面 216係設置於第三晶片206中,當第一晶片2〇2上之第一時脈產生 裔222輸出%脈CAPCLK於第二晶片204上之影像擷取引擎230與 影像顯示引擎260,以及輸出時脈CAPCLK於第三晶片2〇6之編碼 杰、210、輸出介面212、214與216時,由於時脈CApCLK自一晶片 傳至另一晶片可能會有時脈跳動(jitter)的現象,易造成影像顯 示引擎260、編碼器210、輸出介面212、214以及216所接收之 時脈CAPCLK有跳動的現象,進而使影像顯示於螢幕時會有晝面跳 動或其他問題產生,因此為避免因時脈跳動造成顯示影像的品質 降低,圖三本發明另一實施例中係可解決此問題。 明參閱圖一,圖二為本發明另一實施例顯示卡3 0 0之示意圖。 顯示卡300與顯示卡200的架構相似,在此相同元件以相同符號 表示,於此不再重複說明,不同處在顯示卡3⑽中增加第二時酿 產生器270與多工器280,第二時脈產生器270連接於第一時脈產 生為222及多工器280之第二輸入端284,第二時脈產生器270 係為一鎖相迴路用來依據第一時脈產生器222產生之時脈^仆⑶冗) 產生與第一時脈產生器222產生之時脈(CAPCLK)相同週期之時脈 (DCK)。多工器之輸出端286連接於影像顯示引擎260、編碼器 1263925 JO輸出介iKf m 2i4以及2i6,用來提供同一時脈CAPCLK或 DCK。另外,多工器28〇之第一輸入端282直接接收第一時脈產生 裔222所產生之時脈CAPCLK,以可經由多工器28〇之輸出端2肋 t同日守脈CAPCLK提供於影像顯示引擎260、編碼器21 〇、輸出 介面212、214以及216,此與顯示卡200直接提供同一時脈於影 像擷取引擎230 '影像顯示引擎26〇、編碼器2丨〇、輸出介面212、 214以及216是相同之方式。在本實施例中,使用者可藉由操控多 工器280之控制端288來選擇輸出第一時脈產生器222產生之時 脈CAPCLK或第二時脈產生器270產生之時脈dck。 如月j所述由於CAPCLK自-晶片傳至另一晶片可能會有時脈 摘(jitter)的現象,因此,藉由第二時脈產生器27Q依據第一 時脈產生器222產生之時脈(CApcLK)產生與第—時脈產生器似 產生之時脈(GAPGLK)相同週期之時脈(DGK),此鎖出之⑽會較穩 定’便可避免時脈跳動之問題。相同地,影像掏取㈣230自另 日日片接收CAPCLK日可亦有時脈跳動之可能,然而圖三之實施例中 並未重新鎖出αρακ,如第二時脈產生器270重新鎖出DCK,其 原口為/、要;^像扣貝取引¥ 230所需之時脈之頻率與解碼器㈣ 接收影像時脈之頻率相同,即可正確地擷取影像資料並將影像資 料存至記憶體240中。 另外,如前所述 顯示卡200、300内部之構件並非全設置於 !263925 ι晶μ 1而本發明亦可將顯示卡·、細内部之構件設計 於同一晶片中,再應用本發明之第—實施例(如圖二)之方式,又即 可避免習知之影像晃動現象,而不必使用第二時脈產生器打〇重 新鎖出DCK。 以上所述僅為本發明之較佳實施例凡依本發明申請專利範 圍,所做之均等變化與修飾,皆應屬本發明專利的涵蓋範圍 【圖式簡單說明】 圖式之簡單說明 圖一為習知顯示卡之示意圖。 圖一為本發明顯示卡第一實施例之示意圖。 圖二為本發明顯示卡第二實施例之示意圖。 圖式之符號說明 110 、 210 電視編碼器 112 、 212 LCD輪出介面 114 、 214 CRT輸出介面 116 、 216 PDP輸出介面 120 > 220 解碼器 122 、 222 · 第一時脈產生器 130 、 230 影像擷取引擎 140 、 240 記憶體 150 、 250 影像處理引擎 12 1263925 152 160 162 270 280 286 282 100 252 影像處理時脈產生器 260 影像顯示引擎 第二時脈產生器 第二時脈產生器 多工器 輸出埠 284 輸入埠 200、300 顯示卡

Claims (1)
