A stepless positioning feeding apparatus for carpenter machine having a working bench and a saw blade, the feeding apparatus including a guiding rack provided on the work bench, a plurality of feeding roller members provided on the guiding rack, a swing arm provided on the feeding roller, a driving motor feeding member, a pressure source, a first direction-changing valve connected to the pressure source, a second direction-changing valve and a third direction-changing valve connected between the pressure source and the first direction-changing valve, and a cylinder pressure member connected to the first direction-changing valve. The first direction-changing valve can be switched from a neutral status to a first or a second status, the second and third direction-changing valve can be switched between conductive and blocking status, the third direction-changing valve has a switch in front of the saw blade, and the swing arm and the feeding roller stepless positioning processes are operated by driving them to a pre-determined position by the cylinder.
