Abstract

The present invention relates to one-dimensional nano-material apparatus and method of making the same. The method includes: providing a solution having one-dimensional nano-material; providing two separated electric conductors disposed oppositely; applying an alternate voltage to the conductors and dipping their ends into the solution until at least one of the one-dimensional nano-material is assembled between the ends; separating the ends mounted the one-dimensional nano-material such that at least one end having the one-dimensional nano-material is formed. A one-dimensional nano-material apparatus manufactured by the same method is also provided.
