Description

Claims (1)
- 拾、申請專利fg圍 第9 2 1 0 1 6 8 2號『硬模管件」專利案 (2 0 0 6年1月修正) 1 . 一種硬模管件,其具有以樑述形式(B e a m - B 1 a n k - F 〇 r m a t) 製成之雙T形內橫切面及外橫切面,該硬模管件在形成 水間隙(1 4 )之情況下由一依據其外形而形成之引水外罩 (12)所包封,其特徵爲:硬模管件(1)之壁厚(D)在傾斜 狀之相鄰凸緣(5 )上由前方互相面對之向縱軸(3 )拉入之 中央條片(4)所包含之圓形化之過渡區(2,2a,2b,2c,2d)中 至少一部份較其餘之壁區段(6,7 )中之壁厚還小。 2 .如申請專利範圍第1項之硬模管件,其中壁厚(D )在過 渡區(2,2a,2b,2c,2d)中只在浴面之高度區中減少。 3 .如申請專利範圍第1或2項之硬模管件,其中在過渡區 (2 )之外側設有縱向對準之槽形凹入區(8 )。 4 .如申請專利範圍第1或2項之硬模管件,其中在過渡區 (2 a,2b,2 c)外側設有多個縱向對準且相鄰而延伸之槽 (1 8,1 8a,l8b) ° 5 .如申請專利範圍第1或2項之硬模管件,其中在過渡區 (2 d )之壁區段中設有多個縱向對準且相鄰而延伸之鑽孔 (19) ° 6 .如申請專利範圍第1項之硬模管件,其中該引水外罩(1 2 ) 具有矩形之橫切面且在引水外罩(1 2 )及條片(4 )或凸緣(5 ) 之間在由硬模管件(1 )之外形及引水外罩(1 2 )之內形所形 成之橫切面區域上加入適當之塡充件(1 7 )。
