Abstract

A backlight module comprises a frame, a plane light source, an optical film and a polarizer is provided. A plane light source, an optical film and a polarizer are fixed in the frame and the polarizer is lied on the optical film. A liquid crystal display module comprises the foregoing backlight module, a liquid display panel and a second polarizer. The liquid crystal display panel is disposed on the first polarizer, and the second polarizer is disposed on the liquid crystal panel. As the mentioned above, the first polarizer is unnecessary adhered with the liquid crystal display panel, and then the second polarizer is adhered with the liquid crystal display panel only, so that optical characteristics of the liquid crystal display module is improved and costs of the liquid crystal display module is further reduced.
