Description

-24 - Then, the leg member 1 2 6 of the stop member 丨 2 is inserted through the mounting hole 〇 08, and is used by The ends of the legs 1 2 6 are flattened in the trumpet-shaped recesses and nailed to the body 100, so that the stop member 120 is between the flattened ends of the circular body 124 portion 1 2 6 Tighten the zipper body i 〇〇, and the parallel plate 1 16 is between the zipper body 100 and the part 1 2 2 of the stopper member 丨 20. Therefore, the pull tab 1 3 〇 can Rotate around the pivot to move relative to the zipper head body 100. The zipper head shown in FIG. 18 is the pull tab 130 which actually pivots and rotates relative to the zipper head body 100. However, in case the pull tab 1 30 is broken or the wearer needs to replace the pull tab for other reasons, he or she cannot replace the pull tab 1 3 0 because of the difficulty The leg of the stopper member 1 2 6 makes its lower end nailed into the flared recess formed by the wings of the slider body 100. If it is worn If the user wishes to replace the sheet 130, the entire zipper head must be replaced. In order to remove the zipper head from a zipper for an object, the first end must be removed and then the zipper head must be opened by the zipper. After that, a new piece of 130 lugs is moving in the direction of the tabs. Then install the cylindrical cylindrical zipper head and its legs to make the round enlarged head turn around and can be around both types for any. Here When pulling the moving member in the middle of 120-1 04, the zipper head-6- (3) (3) 1243658 must be inserted into the zipper, and an upper stopper must be attached to it. As such, the replacement operation is tedious and time-consuming. Furthermore, since in this type of zipper head, a pull tab can be rotated around the pivot and rotatably moved on the zipper body; when I am exercising, such as jogging in sportswear with the zipper , More the pull tab of the zipper head bumps and hits the zipper body, which adversely causes rattling noise. This olfactory noise causes unpleasant behavior to the wearer's ear. Furthermore, when I walked with a bag in my hand, the pull tab also collided with the body of the zipper, causing annoying D-clicks: 0 sound. Some methods have been adopted to prevent or reduce this rattling noise. One of the conventional methods is shown in U.S. Patent No. 5,101,358, and is reproduced in Figure 9 by the way. As shown in FIG. 19, a cylindrical fixing member 202 is disposed on one end of the rectangular joint 201, and the joint is pivotally mounted on a lock of a zipper body 206. The arm 2 0 4 is on. A ring-shaped elastic member 2 1 0 is injection-molded to the cylindrical fixing member 2 2 2 'so as to provide a pull tab 2 0 0. The free end 209 of the ring-shaped elastic structure 210 is usually biased against the top anti-zip element 208 by the elasticity of the ring-shaped elastic structure 210, or the woven strip of the sportswear 'ΓΓΠ pull-button system. Attached to s Hailian moving clothes. This prevents the pull tab from twitching and causing rattling noise. Another method 1 is not shown in Japanese Patent Laid-open Application No. 20001_2054, and is also reproduced in FIG. 2 by the way. An outer cover 300 made of metal or plastic is attached to a pull tab 302 of a zipper head 3 04 which is interchangeably installed along the zipper 3 06. The outer cover 3 0 has-7- (4) 1243658 locking member 3 0 8 in the form of a circular hole formed on the free end of the locking member. The sportswear has a locking plate 3 10 mounted on a front textile. The locking plate 3 1 0 has a locking protrusion 3 1 2 formed thereon. When the zip 3 06 is closed, the locking member 3 0 8 of the outer cover 3 0 is designed to be suitable for forming a locking engagement with the locking protrusion 3 1 2 of the locking plate 3 1 0, And to prevent the pulling tab 3 02 from bumping and thus causing rattling noise. The zipper head 2006 of the zipper shown in FIG. 19 is complicated in structure and requires a special pull tab 2000. Therefore, its manufacturing cost is very high. It is difficult to supply this slider 206 at a lower price. In the zipper head 3 0 4 of the zipper shown in FIG. 20, in order to prevent the sniffing noise of the tab 3 2 from being pulled, it is necessary to slide the zipper head 3 4 to the end of the zipper, and make The locking member 3 08 of the outer cover 3 0 and the locking protrusion 3 1 2 of the locking plate 3 1 0 form a locking engagement, and stare at the locking member 3 0 8 and the attentively. The protruding part 3 of the lock buckle 2 is very dull. When the pull tab 3 02 is not locked to the lock plate 3; [〇 the lock protrusion p 卩 {zj j 1 2 0 inch 'or when the pull tab 3 0 2 stops at the pull button 3 〇 At the middle of 6, the attachment link 3 07 that pulls the tab 3 2 that is not covered tends to collide against the slider body 3 0 5 and cause rattling noise. Therefore, as mentioned above, it is absolutely necessary to slide the zipper head 3 04 to the end of the zipper 3 06 'and make the lock member 3 0 8 of the outer cover 3 0 and the lock plate 3 1 0 The buckle projections 3 1 2 form a lock engagement, which is very tedious. In view of the disadvantages proposed above, the present invention has an object to provide a zipper head of a zipper type for pulling a tab, the pulling tab system (5) 1243658 being rotatable about a pivot and rotatably connected to The zipper body has a simple mechanism, so that it is very easy to replace only the pull tab, even when the zipper is used to attach a zipper to an object; if the pull tab is broken or The wearer wishes to replace the pull tab. Another object of the present invention is to provide a double zipper head for a zipper, in which a pair of zipper heads are alternately installed on a single zipper, and opposite sides of each other are provided, and the pull tabs of the two zipper heads can be secured by a locking mechanism. Easy and reliable locking. Still another object of the present invention is to provide a zipper head for a zipper, which has a pull tab that is rotatably and rotatably connected to the zipper head body, and has a function for preventing or reducing The mechanism for pulling the tabs against the rattling noise caused by the zipper body is so simple and less expensive to achieve the curbing effect. Yet another object of the present invention is to provide a double zipper head for a zipper, in which a pair of zipper heads are interactively mounted on a single zipper, and are arranged opposite to each other. The pull tab of the two zipper heads can be locked by a lock The buckle mechanism locks reliably and easily, and each zipper head has a mechanism for preventing or reducing the rattling noise caused by the pull tabs from colliding with each other or each pull tab from the individual pull__ 'body. , So simple and less costly to achieve a deterrent effect. Furthermore, the objects and advantages of the present invention will become apparent from the discussion of the drawings and the ensuing description. [Summary of the Invention] (6) (6) 1243658 According to the present invention, there is provided a zipper head interactively mounted on a zipper, which includes a zipper head body including a guide post, and the guide post has a forming bud. A mounting hole at δ 亥; an attaching post with a large diameter portion formed at one end and a bolt hole formed at the other end so as to extend laterally through the place; the attachment The post rod is inserted upward through the mounting hole and rotatably mounted on the zipper body so that the bolt hole is located beyond the upper surface of the zipper body; a pull tab includes a gripping portion and Two attachment lugs formed by bifurcating the proximal end of the pull tab, the attachment lugs aligning their respective bolt pin apertures with each other; and a bolt that is inserted into the bolt of the attachment post The pin hole and the bolt pin hole D 'of the pull tab cause the pull tab to be pivotally mounted on the attachment post. According to another aspect of the present invention, an additional zipper head is alternately mounted on the zipper, so that the two zipper heads are disposed on the zipper opposite to each other. A pull tab of a zipper head 1 is curved obtusely in a curved portion. The curved portion is adjacent to the attachment tab in the opposite direction with respect to another zipper head and the pull tab, and each pull tab The sheet has a penetrating hole which abuts to the distal end of the pull tab and penetrates there, so that when the W chain heads are brought into abutting engagement with each other to close the zipper, the & The moving tab can be turned flat against the other pulling tab, so that the individual penetrating holes are aligned with each other. According to still another point of the present invention ', the slider body and the pull tab are made of a hard material. The zipper pull 尙 includes a shock absorbing member, which is made of soft M material and is installed on the -10 (7) (7) 1243658 in the area where the pull tab contacts the zipper body so that the pull tab The tabs protrude above and below. This means that the shock-absorbing member is softer than the slider body. [Embodiment] The following provides a list of the main reference letters used in each drawing: 1 Zipper head 2 Zipper head body 3 Pull tab 4 Attachment post 5 Pin 6 Zipper 7 Zipper element 8 Zipper cloth tape 9 Sewing Coil 10 Upper wing 11 Lower wing 12 Guide post 13 Mounting hole 1 4 Drill taper reaming 15 Edge 1 6 Guide channel 17 Side flange 20 Large-diameter part flared end part 2 1 Pin hole -11 -(8) (8) 1243658 22 narrowing part inner peripheral protruding part 25 attachment lug 2 6 bolt hole 2 7 curved part 28 penetrating hole 2 9 grip part 3 1 groove 34 padlock 3 5 U-shaped hook 50 Shock absorbing member 5 2 Wall recess 5 3 Small penetrating hole 5 9 Groove The zipper head 1 for a zipper according to the first embodiment of the present invention will now be described. Figures 1 to 5 of the drawings. According to the present invention, it is apparent that a slider 1 includes four parts > i.e., a slider body 2, a pull tab 3, an attachment post 4 and a bolt 5. These parts are made of metal. The slider body 2 includes an upper wing 10 and a lower wing 11 which are joined to each other by a guide post 12 at a front surface thereof. A mounting hole 13 is formed vertically through the guide post 12 to receive the attachment post 4 penetrating therethrough. The upper and lower drilled cone reaming holes 14 are formed at the upper and lower ends of the mounting hole 13 respectively. A raised edge 15 is formed on each of the outer surfaces of the upper and lower wings 10, 1 1 to form a conical reaming 14 around the drill. Therefore, the pull tab 3 attached to the attachment post 4 contacts the zipper body 2 only on some contact surfaces of the raised edge 15 or -12 (9) (9) 1243658, and therefore incurs some The friction resistance L / L 'makes the pulling tab 3 be able to smoothly and rotatably move relative to the zipper head body 2 about a pivot axis. The pull tab 3 includes a gripping portion 29 as a main part, and a pair of opposing attachment lugs 2 5 ′. The lugs are formed by bifurcating the proximal end of the pull tab 3 and are Designed to be suitable for attachment to this attachment mast 4. A pair of bolt pin apertures 2 6 are formed through the individual attachment lugs 25 and arranged to align with each other. The diameter of the pin hole 26 is slightly larger than the straight φ diameter of the pin 5 so that the pin 5 penetrates there. As seen in the outline, the pull tab 3 is roundly bluntly bent at a curved portion 27, which is adjacent to the attachment lug 25. As a result, the pull tab 3 attached to the attachment pole 4 can contact or stay floating above the front surface of the object, such as clothes or a bag, and the zipper is attached to the object Therefore, the pulling tab 3 can be advantageously, stably and beautifully arranged on the object, and the pulling tab 3 can be further gripped easily. The attachment post 4 is cylindrical, and a large-diameter portion 2 Q is provided at the lower end thereof, which is designed to fit into the taper reaming hole 14 of the drill. A pin hole 21 is formed through the attachment post 4 laterally, the orifice is adjacent to the upper end of the attachment post, and is designed to be suitable for the pull tab 3 to be rotatably mounted about a pivot axis. On it. The pin hole 21 is narrowed in the middle thereof to provide a narrow portion 22 protruding inwardly in the form of an inner peripheral protruding portion so as to firmly tighten the pin 15 therein. The pin 5 is cylindrical, but has a wave-like slit 31, which is formed longitudinally throughout the length of the pin to impart elasticity to the pin 5. This pin 5 is generally called a spring -13- (10) (10) 1243658 pin. To assemble the zipper head 1, first, the attachment post 4 is inserted through the mounting hole 13 from the lower end of the mounting hole, and the mounting hole forms a guide post 12 passing through the zipper head body 2 until the attachment post The large-diameter portion 2 of 4 is fitted into the drill taper reaming 14 'and the bolt hole 21 of the attachment post 4 beyond the upper surface of the slider body 2. then. The bolt hole 21 of the attachment post 4 and the bolt hole □ 2 6 of the opposite attachment lugs 25 of the pull tab 3 are aligned with each other. So that the pin hole 21 and the pin hole 2 6 are kept aligned 'the pin 5 is forced into the pin hole 2 6 of the attachment lug 2 5 of the pull tab 3, and then the attachment The pin hole 21 of the post 4 resists the elasticity of the pin 5 so that the pin 5 is locked to the narrow part 22 of the pin hole 21 by its own elasticity, and the zipper head The assembly is already underway. Although the pull tab 3 is broken or the wearer wants to replace it for other reasons, in order to replace the pull tab 3, the bolt 5 is pulled out of the attachment lug 2 5 of the pull tab 3 The pin hole 26 and the narrow portion 2 2 of the pin dt 2 1 of the attachment post 4 resist the elasticity of the pin 5. then. The g pull tab 3 is removed from the slider body 2. Finally, a new pull tab is attached to the attachment post 4 in a manner discussed earlier. As shown in FIG. 1 ', as mentioned earlier, the zipper head 1 includes four parts, namely the zipper head body 2, the pull tab 3, the attachment post 4 and the Mk pin 5. The zipper body 3, the pull tab 4, and the attachment post Feng Qian 4 are made of hard material. They are made of metal molds, such as zinc alloys, tungsten alloys, or injection molding of hard plastics, such as polyacetal resin, polyfluorene-14-(11) (11) 1243658 amines, polypropylene, polybutylene terephthalate Glycol vinegar. The zipper body 2 includes one of the upper and lower wings 10, 11 which are joined at the front end by the guide post] 2. A pair of guide flanges 17 are provided on each side of the upper wing 10 to define a γ-shaped guide channel 16 with the guide post, and the zipper element 7 is guided therethrough. A circular cross-section attachment hole 13 is formed vertically through the guide post 4. The mounting post 4 is inserted through the attachment hole 13. As shown in Fig. 3, the upper and lower drill taper reaming holes 14 are formed above and below the attachment hole 13 respectively. As shown in FIG. 4 above, the raised edge 15 is formed on the outer surfaces of the upper and lower wings 10, 11 surrounding the drilled tapered ream 14. When the pull tab 3 is pivoted or pivoted on the zipper body 2, the raised edge 15 is designed to be formed with the tip of the attachment lug 25 of the pull tab 3. Sliding contact. As shown in FIG. 1, the pull tab 3 includes a grip portion 29 as a main part, and a pair of opposite attachment lugs 25, which are bifurcated by the pull tab 3 Proximal formed. The two attachment lugs 24 have individual pin openings 26 formed therethrough, the pin openings 2 6 being aligned with each other. The diameter of the pin hole 26 is larger than the diameter of the pin 5, so that the pin 5 penetrates there. Further, the diameter of the pin hole 26 is formed to be larger than the diameter of the pin hole 21 formed through the attachment post 4. As seen in the outline, the gripping portion 29 of the pull tab 3 is bent in a rounded manner in a curved portion 27, which abuts to the attachment lug 25. A circular penetrating hole 28 is adjacent to the distal end and passes through the gripping portion 29. As further shown in the figure, the attachment post 4 designed to attach the pull tab 3 -15- (12) 1243658 is cylindrical as a whole and has a large diameter portion 20 formed in Its lower end so that it can be deployed radially therefrom. The large-diameter portion 20 is designed as a drill-shaped reaming hole 14 suitable for being attached to the slider body 2. The attachment post 4 has a bolt hole 2 formed through the upper end thereof, and is designed to allow the pull tab 3 to be rotatably mounted on it. The bolt 孑 L 2 1 has a narrow portion 22 formed in the middle thereof, which is shaped as an inner protruding portion 2 2 and protrudes inward from its inner surface, so as to tighten the insertion through its elasticity. Of the bolt 1 5. The narrow portion 22 may be in the form of a g-U-shaped section protruding portion or a protruding section protruding portion, as shown in FIG. 5. The narrow portion 22 may be of any cross-sectional form as long as it has a function of tightening the bolt 5 there. The pin 5 may be of any shape, allowing the pin 5 to be inserted into the pin hole 21 and firmly nailed by the narrow portion 22 thereof. As such, the write-off $ can be solid or hollow like a tube. The optimal structure of the bolt 5 is a hollow cylinder or tube 'and has an axially shaped wave-like groove' in order to impart elasticity to the bolt 5 so that the bolt 5 can be easily inserted through the bolt 5 The narrow portion 22 of the bolt hole 21, and thereafter the bolt 5 can be firmly clamped in the narrow portion 22 through the elasticity of the bolt 5. For the assembly of the zipper head 1, first, the cylindrical attachment post 4 is inserted upward through the circular mounting hole 13 and the mounting hole forms a guide post 12 passing through the zipper head body 2 until the attachment The large-diameter portion 20 of the post 4 is fitted into the drill-cone reaming 14 so that the attached post 4 is a rotatable women's dress on the zipper body 2. Then, the bolt pin openings 2 6 passing through the attachment lugs 25 are brought to be aligned with the bolt pin holes 2 of the attachment post 4] Aligned with '16-(13) 1243658, the attachment post It is located beyond the upper surface of the slider body 2. Then, the pin 5 is forced to pass through the pin hole 26 and the pin hole 21 so that the pin 5 passes through the narrow portion of the pin hole 21 by resisting its elasticity by shrinking its diameter. 2 2, and then the elasticity passing through the pin 5 becomes clamped by the narrow portion 22. Therefore, the bolt 5 is fastened to the mounting post 4 itself, but the pull tab 3 is pivoted on the bolt 5 back and forth around the pivot. In addition, since the attachment post 4 is rotatably mounted on the zipper body 2, the pull tab 3 can be horizontally rotated on the zipper body 2 in a manner without obstruction φ, so that the attachment protrusion The tip of the ear 25 slides on this raised edge 15. As shown in FIG. 2, the zipper head 1 according to the present invention is assembled with a zipper 6 to provide a zipper. The zipper thus assembled is then sewn to an item such as clothes or a bag. When the pull tab 3 is broken or the wearer wishes to replace the pull tab 3 which is inserted into the zipper of the article, by only the bolt pin opening 26 of the pull tab 3 and the attachment post The bolt pin hole 21 of 4 removes the bolt pin 5, and the wearer can disassemble the pull tab 3. Then, a new pull tab 3 can be attached to the attachment post 4. A zipper head according to one of the second specific embodiments shown in FIG. 6 of the present invention is designed for use with a zipper of the following type, in which a row of zipper elements is sewn to the rear surface of its zipper tape. Unlike the pull chain head 1 according to the first embodiment, this slider 1 has a pair of guide flanges 17 formed on one of the lower wings 11 of its slider body 2 to guide the fastener element 7. The mounting ring L 1 3 has the same shape as that of the first embodiment in its upper and lower portions. As can also be seen from the comparison of FIGS. 3 and 6, according to the -17-(14) (14) 1243658, the assembly of the zipper head 1 of the first specific embodiment is exactly the same as that according to the first embodiment. ' It is only that the slider body 2 has been placed upside down. The attachment post 4 is first inserted upward through the mounting hole 13. The pin hole 26 of the lug 25 is brought into alignment with the pin hole 21 of the attachment post 4. Then, the bolt 5 is forced to pass through the bolt hole 26 and the bolt hole 2 1 'so that the bolt 5 is releasably attached to the attachment post 4. Fig. 7 shows a slider 1 according to a third embodiment of the present invention. In the zipper head 1, the shape of the mounting hole 13 is a truncated cone shape, and a larger diameter portion is provided at the bottom thereof. A raised edge j 5 surrounds the mounting hole 13 only on the upper surface of the slider body 2 only. The shape of the attachment post 4 is also a truncated cone shape as a whole. Since the mounting hole 13 is a truncated cone, and the attachment post 4 is a complementary truncated cone, the attachment post 4 can be mounted on the pull head body 2 in a very stable manner, so that The attachment post 4 can be smoothly rotated on the slider body 2. The attachment post 4 has, at its upper end, a bolt hole 21 penetrating therethrough for receiving a bolt 5 penetrating there. As seen in the outline, the pull tab 3 (including the attachment protuberance 2 5) as a whole is formed straight, unlike the pull tab according to the foregoing specific embodiment. The bolt hole 26 of the attachment lug 25 is brought into alignment with the bolt hole 21 of the attachment post 4, which is located beyond the upper surface of the zipper head II 2. Then, the bolt 5 is forced to pass through the bolt hole 2 6 and the bolt hole 21. It can be easily seen that unlike the zipper head body 2 according to the foregoing embodiment, the zipper head body 2 according to the third embodiment is -18- (15) (15) 1243658 unidirectional 'that is, the zipper The head body 2 can allow the attachment post 4 to be installed into its mounting hole 13 when it is only provided in one direction, in other words, if the zipper head body 2 is set upside down, the attachment post 4 cannot be installed in the Mounting hole 13. FIG. 8 shows a slider according to a fourth embodiment of the present invention. The zipper head according to the fourth embodiment is substantially the same as the zipper head according to the first embodiment, except that the attachment hole 13 has a drilled tapered reaming hole 1 4 formed solely at the lower end thereof. other than. 0 FIG. 9 shows a slider 1 according to a fifth embodiment of the present invention. The zipper head 1 has a simple cylindrical mounting hole 13 and is provided with a uniform diameter across the length thereof to form a guide post 12 passing through the zipper head body 2. The attachment post 4 is substantially a simple cylindrical shape and has a large-diameter portion 20 in the shape of a thin disc, and is integrally formed at the lower end thereof. The large-diameter portion 20 is flat on its inner and outer surfaces. The large-diameter portion 20 is designed to be in close contact with the lower surface of the slider body 2. Instead of the large-diameter part 20 integrally formed with the attachment post 4, the post body of the attached φ attachment post 4 and the large-diameter part 20 may be separate parts. For example, the lower end of the post body of the cylindrical attachment post 4 is provided with an internal thread, and the large-diameter part 20 has a threaded shank correspondingly formed at the center of its upper surface. The large-diameter portion 20 is provided with a threaded shank that is screwed with the internal thread of the cylindrical body of the cylindrically attached post 4 to provide the attached post 4. Figs. 10 and 1] show a double zipper head 1 for a chain according to a sixth embodiment of the present invention. In this specific embodiment, the two zipper heads are connected to each other on a single zipper 6 and are disposed opposite to each other. According to this specific embodiment, one of the two zipper heads 1 (the left side zipper head as viewed in FIG. 10) is exactly the same as the zipper head 1 according to the first embodiment, but the right side zipper head is different therefrom, where The pull tab 3 is bent at the curved portion 27 as opposed to the pull tab 3 of the slider 1 according to the first embodiment. Since one pull tab 3 is bent opposite to the other pull tab 3; when the two zipper heads 3 are brought into contact with the individual front ends that are in contact with each other, to close the zipper 6, as shown in FIG. 11, And when one pull tab 3 is flipped against the other pull tab, the one pull tab 3 can be placed flat on the other tab. As shown in FIG. 11, after a pull tab 3 is placed flat on the other tab so that the individual circular penetrating holes 2 8 are aligned with each other, a U-shaped hook 3 4 of a padlock 3 4 It is inserted through the two circular penetrating holes 28 of the pull tabs 3 of the two pull chain heads 1 and locked. When the former is flipped against the latter, the two pull tabs 3 which are oppositely bent at the curved portion 27 allow one pull tab 3 to be placed flat on the other tab tab 3. This facilitates the insertion of the U-shaped hook of the padlock 34. Figures 12 to 6 show a zipper head 1 according to a seventh embodiment of the present invention. The zipper pull 1 according to the seventh embodiment is substantially the same as the zipper pull 1 according to the first embodiment. Except that the pull tab 3 has a shock absorbing member 50, when the pull tab 3 is When rotating around the pivot or on the zipper head body 2, the shock absorbing member is installed in a region where the grip portion 20 of the pull tab 3 contacts the zipper head body 3. The shock absorbing member 50 is made of soft materials, such as polyurethane, silicone rubber, thermoplastic elastomer, and other soft plastics, which are more than the slider body -20- (17) (17) 1243658 2 and the pull tab The material of 3 is softer, so that the shock absorbing member 5 has the function of absorbing the impact caused by the collision between the pull tab 3 and the zipper head body 2, so as to prevent rattling noise. In order to mount the shock-absorbing member 50 on the pull tab 3, as shown in FIG. 15, first, a certain area is formed on each side of the grip portion 29 of the pull tab 3 One of the pair of wall recesses 5 2 is formed at a position where the pull tab 3 is likely to contact the zipper body 2. The plurality of small penetrating holes 5 3 are formed in the wall recess 5 2 to pass through the grip portion 29 of the pull tab 4. Then, the shock absorbing member 50 is injection molded from the soft plastic in the wall recess 52 so as to fill the wall recess 52 and expand or protrude above and below the pulling tab 4. As shown in FIG. 5, the upper and lower parts of the shock absorbing member 50 are joined through the small penetration hole 53. Since the shock absorbing member 50 is embedded in the wall recess 52 and will never be caught by foreign substances, and the upper and lower parts of the shock absorbing member 50 are joined through the small penetration hole 5 3; the shock absorbing member 5 0 The pull tab 3 will never be moved away by this pull. Therefore, the shock absorbing member 50 can be used for a long time and enjoy an excellent deterrent effect. As better shown in FIG. 13, when the pull tab 3 is rotated and the zipper head body 2 is rotated about a pivot axis, the pull tab 4 has a shock absorbing member 50 installed in an area in this area. The grip portion 29 of the pull tab 3 contacts the slider body 3. Specifically, as shown in FIG. 15, the two oval wall recesses 5 2 are formed on one of each side of the grip portion 29 of the pull tab 3 and are attached to the attachment lugs. 25 and a penetrating hole 28 formed at a distal end of the gripping portion 29. A plurality of small penetrating holes 5 3 (here shown with 'two circular holes and an oblong hole arranged therebetween) are formed in the recess -21-(18) (18) 1243658 5 2 through the grip Grip a portion 2 9. As better shown in FIG. 16, the shock absorbing member 50 is injection molded from soft plastic on both sides of the gripping portion 29 so as to fill the recess 2 2 and two of the pull tab 4. Swells or bulges on the sides. The upper and lower parts of the shock absorbing member 50 are connected through small penetrating holes 53 formed in the wall recess 5 2, so that the shock absorbing member 50 is firmly installed on the pull tab 3 to prevent movement. from. The shock absorbing member 50 has a plurality of grooves 59, which are formed above and below the shock absorbing member so as to extend the length of the pull tab 3 laterally. These grooves 59 are intended to facilitate the gripping of the shock-absorbing member 50, and therefore the gripping of the gripping portion 29 of the pull tab 3. When the pull tab 3 rotates on the slider body 2 and rotates around the pivot, the shock absorbing member 50 actually exists in the area where the pull tab 3 contacts the material of the slider body 2. Even if the pull tab 3 hits the slider body 2 heavily, the shock absorbing member 50 advantageously prevents rattling noise from being generated or absorbs the rattling noise, thus achieving a deterrent effect. Fig. 17 shows a double slider 1 for a slide fastener according to an eighth embodiment of the present invention. The double zipper head i according to the eighth embodiment is substantially the same as the double zipper head 1 according to the sixth embodiment, except that the two zipper heads 1 have shock-absorbing members mounted on their respective pull tabs 3. 50, as seen by the comparison of Figure 11 and Figure 7 is better.
