【物品用途】;本設計係關於一種踏板之部分，尤指一種裝設於機車上以供後座乘客踩踏的踏板。;【設計說明】;本設計一種踏板之部分，請參閱各圖所示，從立體圖觀之，呈現如同刀鞘的造型，顯得格外酷炫，且帶有流線型的外觀，為整體增添了獨特的與美感；而由俯、仰視圖觀之，造型呈現如同匕首般的造型，後方的孔洞就好似匕首的手指套，讓整體設計看起來更有視覺衝擊，而從前、後視圖觀之，整體造型又呈現如同在水中飄盪的小船，尖端的凸起如同船頭般，使整體設計的視覺觀感看起來更有層次，同時增添了本設計的趣味性；而單以後視圖觀之，其呈現如同玩具刀一般的造型，使整體設計又具備了不同的視覺觀感；又，以左視圖觀之，層層排列的區塊如同畢卡索的抽象畫般，使整體設計又帶有特殊的立體感，因此，藉踏板之部分的特殊造型與設計，以展現本案之創意，誠已備具設計專利之申請要項，乃依法提起設計專利申請，謹請鈞局予以專利，至感德便。;另一視角立體圖為本設計另一角度的擺放示意。;圖式所揭露之虛線部分，為本案不主張設計之部分。[Item Usage] This design relates to a part of a pedal, particularly a pedal mounted on a motorcycle for rear passengers to step on. [Design Description] This design depicts a part of a pedal. Please refer to the figures. From a three-dimensional perspective, it resembles a scabbard, which is particularly cool and has a streamlined appearance, adding a unique and aesthetic feeling to the whole. From a top-down or bottom-up perspective, the shape resembles a dagger, with the holes at the rear resembling the fingertips of a dagger, making the overall design look more visually impactful. From a front-to-back perspective, the overall shape resembles a boat floating on the water, with the protrusion at the tip resembling a bow, making the whole design look more visually impactful. The overall design creates a sense of layering, adding to its playfulness. From the rear view, its toy-knife-like shape adds a unique visual dimension. From the left view, the layered blocks resemble Picasso's abstract paintings, lending the design a unique three-dimensional quality. Therefore, the unique shape and design of the pedals showcase the design's creativity and meet the requirements for a design patent application. We have filed a design patent application in accordance with the law and sincerely request that the Bureau grant the patent.
