【物品用途】;本設計係關於一種拖鞋，以供使用者穿戴於足部，並對足部提供適當保護。;【設計說明】;本設計物品為拖鞋之整體外觀設計，特別是針對鞋面、鞋底底面以及鞋底頂面之花紋設計，該鞋面為可調式黏邊，可自行調整鞋面空間，並於鞋面一側穿設一橢圓穿孔，該穿孔兼具通風功能及美學感受，並且在中底足弓部位設計有支撐結構，讓穿著時足弓有良好的支撐，同時於拖鞋兩側的流線設計，勾勒出足弓弧度拱形，並於鞋底設計有波浪造型及橫紋造型止滑紋路，使該止滑紋路體現出活潑且不單調的視覺感受，如此以勾勒出獨特的美學設計元素而令人有鮮明視覺享受。綜上所述，本設計重新賦予整體造型具有藝術涵養的美感，實為一極佳之造型設計，爰依法提出申請，並請鈞局早日賜准本案專利，實感德便。;圖式係以灰階電腦繪圖呈現，各視圖表面所呈的濃淡僅係為表現本案之形狀，而非用以主張色彩。;【Use of Article】;This design relates to a pair of slippers for users to wear on their feet and provide appropriate protection for their feet. ;[Design Description];This design item is the overall appearance design of the slippers, especially the pattern design of the upper, the bottom of the sole and the top of the sole.
