【物品用途】;本設計物品，係一種於訓練過程中(如溜冰、直排輪、足球、越野腳踏車、滑輪板…等)排列形成模擬出預定路線或是不同型態的障礙物使用之訓練器材者。;【設計說明】;本設計之設計特點在於，該訓練器材係一體成形之三角錐之錐體型態，該錐體形成中空的錐狀，其該錐體上環繞端面係設有複數貫穿錐體的蜂巢狀的透孔與U形狀的卡槽以及複數對應設置橢圓形插孔，其由前後左右視圖檢視有如抽象藝術雕塑物，給人一種圓融、柔和的親和力，另俯視圖以及仰視圖所檢視有如融合複數幾何圖形所組合產生的形成對應平衡與銳利的線條感，顯現出流暢、一氣呵成又兼具個性化的視覺感受；整體造型設計兼具實用性及整體美感，予人一種獨特風格之視覺感受，呈現出現代又前衛的巧思，不同於目前業界所見之設計，誠為一訓練器材的首創新式樣，應已符合設計專利成立要件，爰依法提出申請。

本設計物品，係一種於訓練過程中(如溜冰、直排輪、足球、越野腳踏車、滑輪板…等)排列形成模擬出預定路線或是不同型態的障礙物使用之訓練器材者。
