【物品用途】;本設計物品，是一種用以鎚打物件的機工鎚。;【設計說明】;本設計之機工鎚之特點在於具有一圓柱狀之連接部，由左視圖觀之，該連接部底部相切延伸有一扁平狀之連接端，由前 視圖觀之，該連接部左端相連有一直徑小於連接部的軸心部，軸心部的表面套設有螺旋狀的彈簧，該軸心部左側相連有一直徑大於軸心部且為圓柱形之鎚頭，該連接部右端凸設有一直徑小於連接部圓柱形之鎚尾，鎚頭加上軸心部的長度長於鎚尾，如是構成整體外觀具整齊、規則效果之設計，使用時是在連接端相連一鎚柄做使用，以上應已符合設計專利成立要件，爰依法提出申請，懇祈 鈞局早日惠准專利，至感德便。;圖式所揭露之虛線部分，為本案不主張設計之部分。
