【物品用途】;本創作係一種杯子新設計，其乃係具造型新穎美觀而可供盛飲之容器。;【設計說明】;敬請參閱所附圖式，本創作主要係呈現一大圓徑杯口及階層式圓形杯身之杯子，杯身下半部內縮形成較小圓徑之杯身、與上半部大圓徑杯身，形成雙階層杯身形狀；杯身上下部環設有複數長形凸緣，凸緣上下端呈圓弧。整體觀之，本創作之杯子形體構成杯身具上下對比外觀且造型圓潤、以及杯身線條突出之視覺美感，堪稱一兼具實用及造型美之設計，由於未曾見有類同創作公開在先，爰依法提出設計專利之申請。[Use of the object]; This creation is a new design of a cup, which is a container with a novel and beautiful shape that can be used to hold drinks. ;[Design Description];Please refer to the attached drawings.
