【物品用途】;本設計為用以盛裝液體之一杯子。;【設計說明】;本設計是一種杯子，主要特徵在於該杯體設有長橢圓形開窗，使杯體在側邊上呈現視覺的穿透性；且長橢圓形開窗的對側設有連續線段組成、縱貫杯體之撕裂線，並沿著杯體縱軸線從接近杯口處向杯底延伸設置，且撕裂線最下方有一彎形開窗。;依據本設計一實施方式，本設計杯子可搭配一不同材質或相同材質之內層來盛裝液體，使用者可透過長橢圓形開窗及彎形開窗看到內層之顏色，或是液體剩餘量。本設計在視覺上具體呈現有別於一般杯子的特殊美感。

本設計為用以盛裝液體之一杯子。
本設計是一種杯子，主要特徵在於該杯體設有長橢圓形開窗，使杯體在側邊上呈現視覺的穿透性；且長橢圓形開窗的對側設有連續線段組成、縱貫杯體之撕裂線，並沿著杯體縱軸線從接近杯口處向杯底延伸設置，且撕裂線最下方有一彎形開窗。
依據本設計一實施方式，本設計杯子可搭配一不同材質或相同材質之內層來盛裝液體，使用者可透過長橢圓形開窗及彎形開窗看到內層之顏色，或是液體剩餘量。本設計在視覺上具體呈現有別於一般杯子的特殊美感。
