Abstract
【物品用途】本創作係關於一種『行李袋』之造型設計。【創作特點】請參閱附圖所示，本創作「行李袋」概呈一矩形袋體，其袋口之後端緣與袋蓋縫合，袋體上半部為素面材質，下半部為具特殊織紋之布質，上下兩部拼接成整個袋體。本創作設有兩條拉鍊，一條在袋體上方與相對應袋蓋間，另一條環繞各個側面，使袋體除可上下開闔外，亦可由兩側開關。在袋體封閉的情況下，兩側上部呈現向下延伸之流暢圓弧造型。二布質平行手把置於袋體前側拉鍊下方與後側處。另於左右兩側中央拉鍊下方之位置，飾有垂直布條懸吊一矩型環。整體而言，旅行袋呈現立體及幾何之視覺美感。藉此，本創作未公開或見於任何刊物上，完全合乎「首先創作」之專利要件，申請人爰依法提出申請，懇請賜准，實感德便。[Item Usage] This creation is about the design of a "luggage bag". [Creation Features] Please refer to the attached picture. This creation "luggage bag" is roughly a rectangular bag with the rear edge of the bag opening sewn to the bag flap. The upper half of the bag is made of plain material, and the lower half is made of cloth with special weaves. The upper and lower parts are spliced into the entire bag. This creation has two zippers, one between the top of the bag and the corresponding bag flap, and the other surrounds each side, so that the bag can be opened and closed from both sides in addition to the top and bottom. When the bag is closed, the upper parts of the two sides present a smooth arc shape extending downward. Two parallel fabric handles are placed below the zipper on the front side of the bag and on the back side. In addition, a rectangular ring is suspended from a vertical strip of cloth below the central zipper on both sides. Overall, the travel bag presents a three-dimensional and geometric visual beauty. Therefore, this creation has not been disclosed or seen in any publication, and it fully meets the patent requirements of "first creation". The applicant has filed an application in accordance with the law and sincerely requests approval. I am truly grateful for this.
