Abstract
【物品用途】;本設計係關於一種用於模造一鑄件的脫箱之鑄模造模機。在本設計之使用中，本設計將一雙面模板部分移動至一上鑄模框部分與一下鑄模框部分之間。接著，當一上鑄模框部分、一下鑄模框部分及一下疊對框部分藉由垂直移動而彼此依附且一下腔室部分及下鑄模砂箱部分藉由垂直移動而彼此連接時，本設計自上鑄模砂箱部分及下鑄模砂箱部分內填充鑄模砂，接著藉由執行一擠壓而壓縮該鑄模砂。此外，在本設計使一鑄模分開且視需要將一模芯插入於分離鑄模之間之後，本設計藉由向上移動該下鑄模框部分及該下腔室部分而組合該等分離鑄模，且接著自該上鑄模框部分及該下鑄模框部分拉出該鑄模。;【設計說明】;「展示透明部分及各部分之名稱之參考前立體圖」所揭露之斜線部分係透明板。 本設計係關於一種新穎且具創意之設計，其不僅可達成所需功能，且亦可提供先前技術中所未見且令觀察者耳目一新之一獨特外觀。
Description
本設計係關於一種用於模造一鑄件的脫箱之鑄模造模機。在本設計之使用中，本設計將一雙面模板部分移動至一上鑄模框部分與一下鑄模框部分之間。接著，當一上鑄模框部分、一下鑄模框部分及一下疊對框部分藉由垂直移動而彼此依附且一下腔室部分及下鑄模砂箱部分藉由垂直移動而彼此連接時，本設計自上鑄模砂箱部分及下鑄模砂箱部分內填充鑄模砂，接著藉由執行一擠壓而壓縮該鑄模砂。此外，在本設計使一鑄模分開且視需要將一模芯插入於分離鑄模之間之後，本設計藉由向上移動該下鑄模框部分及該下腔室部分而組合該等分離鑄模，且接著自該上鑄模框部分及該下鑄模框部分拉出該鑄模。
