Abstract
【物品用途】;本創作係一種「四軸飛行器」之外觀設計，可於室內或戶外飛行之搖控飛行器，適合家中大小朋友同樂之物品。;【設計說明】;請參閱圖面所示；主要係：機身側面具有四支軸桿，各軸桿皆設有螺旋槳，機身下方設有兩支架；該機身略呈矩形，且機身頂面具有由前端向後端漸縮的凸面，凸面與機身透過圓滑的曲線修飾出優美的飛行器形體；而各軸桿前端(即與螺旋槳結合處)同樣以圓弧修飾，該兩支架概呈「八」字型而支架底端具有連接件並結合橫桿；藉此構築出造型前衛之四軸飛行器，營造出與一般造型截然不同之新穎視覺感受。;綜上所述，本創作於「四軸飛行器」物品領域，實屬獨一無二，極具創意及巧思，誠符合設計專利要旨，懇請賜准專利。
