Abstract
【物品用途】; 本設計物品，係一種能夠裝載物品，且可作為外出旅行及省力托運使用，藉由箱體面板的凹凸設計來增強結構強度之實用特性及立體多變，讓人眼睛為之一亮之行李箱造型設計。;【設計說明】;本創作係於矩形箱體，前、後面板的表面皆等距設計猶如六格狀，每一個格狀內設有複數個如扇葉般具有傾斜角度的凸部，不僅呈現出線條變化的立體視覺感受，且相鄰的格狀內的凸部傾斜角度相反，彰顯出不同空間變化的立體風貌造型。其中，後面板下方的更設計有兩個對稱的凸圓，搭配立體變化的凸部，使凸圓能夠點綴出俏皮可愛之新視點，再藉由凸部烘托出直線的安定感與流線的動態感，充分表達出創作者對行李箱獨特眼光的俐落、時尚感設計觀感，同時也為行李箱整體外觀上展現出與習用行李箱完全不同之新奇穎異風貌。本創作跳脫既有冰冷產品的單調無趣，充分展現出創作者獨到之巧思，誠符合新式樣申請之要件，爰依法具文提出申請，懇請 鈞局惠為審查，並早日賜准專利，實感德便。[Item Usage] This design item is a luggage that can carry items and can be used for traveling and consignment. The concave and convex design of the box panel enhances the practical characteristics of the structural strength and the three-dimensional changeability, which makes the design of the suitcase eye-catching. [Design Description] This creation is a rectangular box. The surfaces of the front and rear panels are equidistantly designed like six grids. Each grid is equipped with multiple convex parts with tilt angles like fan blades. Not only does it present a three-dimensional visual experience of line changes, but the convex parts in adjacent grids have opposite tilt angles, showing the three-dimensional style of different spatial changes. Among them, there are two symmetrical convex circles designed below the rear panel, which are matched with the three-dimensional convex part, so that the convex circle can embellish a playful and cute new perspective, and then the convex part sets off the stability of the straight line and the dynamic sense of the streamline, fully expressing the creator's unique vision of the luggage, the neat and fashionable design, and at the same time, the overall appearance of the luggage shows a completely different novelty from the usual luggage. This creation breaks away from the monotony and boredom of existing cold products, fully showing the creator's unique ingenuity, and sincerely meets the requirements for new style application. Therefore, I have filed an application in accordance with the law, and sincerely request the Jun Bureau to review it and grant the patent as soon as possible, which is really convenient.
