【物品用途】;本創作係有關一種杯蓋之新式樣設計，尤指一種用於保溫瓶、飲料杯等容器之杯蓋。;【設計說明】;本創作瓶(杯)蓋之蓋體係呈一體成型(請參閱說明書後頁所附之圖式，本案圖式所揭露之色彩，為本案不主張之部分)，其下段呈圓環形之塞部，且塞部周緣係呈向下收束之弧狀斜錐，可嵌套在一容器之開口上，又杯蓋上段形成有一覆蓋容器頂端開口緣之蓋部，由上視觀之，蓋部係呈矩形體，且蓋部周緣角落並呈弧狀倒角。而本創作之主要設計特徵在蓋部中央具有一菇狀提塊，且該菇狀提塊綁飾有一垂掛於邊緣之穗帶；藉此，本創作具有擬”學士帽”之獨特視覺感受，且該形狀使整體呈現凹凸有緻之立體美感，為一融合視覺美感與實用設計之新式樣。[Item Usage];This creation is about a new style design of a cup lid, especially a cup lid for thermos bottles, beverage cups and other containers.;[Design Description];The lid of this creation is formed in one piece (please refer to the diagram attached on the back page of the manual. The colors revealed in the diagram of this case are not advocated by this case). Its lower section is a circular plug, and the periphery of the plug is an arc-shaped tapered downward, which can be nested in the opening of a container. The upper section of the cup lid is formed with a cover covering the edge of the top opening of the container. When viewed from above, the cover is a rectangular body, and the corners of the periphery of the cover are arc-shaped chamfers.
