【物品用途】;本創作係提供一種“置物座”新穎式樣造型設計，尤指一種有別於業界貫用造型之新穎式樣設計，本創作所述置物座內部係能夠容裝物品、食品或液體。;【創作特點】;如附圖所示，所述”置物座”係包括周壁呈凹圓弧型態之一容置殼部，以及形成於該容置殼部頂端之殼緣和設於該容置殼部底端之支撐部所共構而成；其創作特點在於其整體各部位相乘視覺效果，包括：若由前視圖與俯視圖觀之，其殼緣係由容置殼部上方分別朝向前端、後端傾斜延伸而形成之第一傾斜緣以及第二傾斜緣，且該第一傾斜緣之延伸長度係大於第二傾斜緣，令該殼緣呈現出偏心擴徑之非對稱視覺效果，以增添置物座整體變化性之視覺美感，且該殼緣開口處形成有向內間隔並略微傾斜之斜切面(此處請參考立體圖)，能夠令該殼緣於視覺上具有厚實飽滿效果；請配合前、後視圖所示，該容置殼部與殼緣的銜接處係形成有接合線，該接合線係由前端至後端呈傾斜延伸之型態，另配合由左、右側視圖觀之，該接合線並呈現弧曲之視覺觀感，令容置殼部與殼緣銜接處具有線條變化修飾之穎異造型；且當該置物座為倒置的狀態時(此處請參考另一立體圖)，即能夠具有仿帽子態樣的設計感，且該第一傾斜緣係呈現出帽子的前帽緣型態，而更能夠增添整體視覺印象；藉此所構成的置物座，其完全擺脫既有產品的傳統單調造型設計，整體架構中帶有線條變化修飾美感，確實為一新穎、獨特之新式樣創作，且設計風格極富個性、視覺美感，因此，極為實用美麗，爰依法提出新式樣專利申請。[Use of items]; This creation provides a novel style design of a "storage seat", especially a novel style design that is different from the commonly used style in the industry. The first inclined edge and the second inclined edge are formed, and the extension length of the first inclined edge is greater than that of the second inclined edge, so that the shell edge presents an asymmetric visual effect of eccentric expansion to increase the overall visual beauty of the storage seat. In addition, the shell edge opening is formed with an inwardly spaced and slightly inclined chamfered surface (please refer to the three-dimensional diagram here), which can make the shell edge visually thick and full. As shown in FIG. 1 , the joint between the housing portion and the housing edge forms a joint line, which extends obliquely from the front end to the rear end. In addition, when viewed from the left and right sides, the joint line also presents a curved visual sense, so that the joint between the housing portion and the housing edge has a unique shape with line changes and decorations; and when the storage seat is in an inverted state (please refer to another three-dimensional figure here), it can have a hat-like design. The first inclined edge presents the shape of the front brim of a hat, which can enhance the overall visual impression. The storage seat thus formed completely breaks away from the traditional monotonous design of existing products, and the overall structure has a decorative aesthetic of line changes. It is indeed a novel and unique new style creation, and the design style is very individual and visually beautiful. Therefore, it is extremely practical and beautiful, and a new style patent application is filed in accordance with the law.
