【物品用途】;本新式樣物品，係一種遊戲、把玩用之玩具車，同時也是一種比例精準提供觀賞、收藏用之汽車模型。;【創作特點】;本創作涉及一種汽車模型的裝飾性設計，特別地指一種新穎美觀「汽車模型」之新式樣。;本新式樣係一種三門掀背休旅型汽車之縮小版，外觀外形融入了輕、薄、短、小的設計概念，並刻意摒棄了傳統凹凸分明的裝飾線元素，從外部幾乎看不到任何的脊線。值得一提的是，截短的車頭、車尾顯得小巧玲瓏，展現在外部鈑件上的特性，包括一個圓融、下部伴隨著幾乎全寬度延伸之氣壩孔的前保險桿覆設在車頭前緣，一個豐潤飽滿的引擎蓋連同水箱護罩幾乎罩滿整個車頭，前視時在其正面中央配置上、下雙格柵，一對杏仁狀的頭燈斜臥在梯形狀上格柵的左、右側，倒梯形狀的下格柵位於氣壩孔的中央，及一對圓形的霧燈設置在該氣壩孔的左、右側角隅；該前、後保險桿下緣各包含一個深色的型框與前、後輪弧連接成一體並環繞整個車體下緣，及一個深色的裝飾板順著A柱傾斜向並前輪輻方向延伸；又，車身上方搭配顯一個像蓋子般的硬頂，顯得更成熟耐看；後視時包含一個被尾脊和相對凹進之弧面所裝飾的尾門向後保險桿的上部延伸，及一對像漣漪般的後燈配置在此尾門的左右角隅，及一個複色相間對比鮮明的後保險桿環抱著尾部下緣等，都是聚集目光焦點所在，把三門休旅型汽車之氣韻栩栩如生地表露無遺。;如上述之「汽車模型」表達出一種動感的原創性，創作特色和諧地調和各構成間的視覺條件，獲致最佳的效果及整體的協調性，整體造型予人產生優雅、鮮明、清新與舒適的視覺印象，令人愛不釋手。
